I came home from work this morning to find the water heater not working on Dec. 23. I called Jay and he responded quickly. Came installed new water heater quickly. Doing that right before Christmas is a amazing. Great job and good price. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have tried a number of plumbers over the last five years and have been disappointed in all (didnt show up on time, estimate went up, too expensive, couldnt/wouldnt do the job) until I found Paradigm Shift Plumbing. Jay knows his stuff, very professional and delivered on exactly what he promised. As well, working with Lindsay to coordinate and support follow on questions made the experience even more professional and painless. They go to the top of my contacts for plumbers!

We had deceptively tricky repair of a leaking faucet that we were unable to fix ourselves. Jay did not give up and got everything disassembled and reassembled with no more leaks! Saved me buying a whole new Roman tub filler!

I had another company that was in my attic tell me that my water heater was no longer any good. They quoted me $3700 to replace it. I called paradigm plumbing and I was told it did not need to be replaced. A year later when the heater did finally fail,I called them for a new water heater. They were fast and very efficient and the cost was half of what the other company wanted. I would highly recommend.

We called several local plumbing companies to come and replace our water heater. Paradigm had the first available date for the install, and was the lowest price of all we checked. They were on time, good communication and had new heater installed quickly and hauled off the old equipment as well.We called them a second time to come and repair a CPVC pipe FREEZE break in our wall. They had a list and we were added to it and they were here and fixed our broken wall pipe. Additionally the inlet CPVC ball valve had split from the freeze as well. As well as added new ball valves and back flow preventer on our sprinkler system that had also ruptured.All looks clean and works great! We will continue to use them and recommend them as well!

Overall an excellent experience! They were very prompt and very polite. They took a great deal of care while working within my house by covering floors, not hitting walls and taking extra care on the stairs. They worked efficiently and left the work area completely clean. I would definitely call them again.

I think Jay is honest and capable. He originally thought that a plumbing problem of mine was going to cost thousands of dollars, but he took extra time to verify everything and to realize that the problem was actually much smaller, so it only cost me a few hundred dollars.

I have used Paradigm Shift twice so far. Late last year they installed a hybrid water heater (highly recommended). They were quick and reasonable. Did the job to my satisfaction. Jay was polite and responsive. Had a clogged drain today. Reached out to Jay. Had his guys here in about an hour and drain was clean in about 30. Highly recommend and will be my go to guy for plumbing issues.
