We couldnt be happier with the service on a plumbing leak in our home. The technician showed up on time and was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my plumbing system and provided a clear explanation of the problem and the steps needed to fix it. The technician also provided some great tips and advice on how to maintain my plumbing system going forward to help prevent future issues. This level of education and follow-up care was truly appreciated. The pricing for the service was reasonable, and I was happy to see that they offer a 1-year warranty on their work. We had an excellent experience working with GEI Plumbing and would highly recommend their services to anyone in the Spring, TX area.

We were very happy with the service we received. Gei plumbing services tech was honest and responsive at all times. The team that worked on the drain were excellent. They kept the job site (indoors & out) tidy and cleaned up after themselves each night. The price was fair given the extensive work required that was all done by hand. My parents called because they had plumbing after seeing the positive reviews on google, and Im so glad I did! he arrived very promptly and quickly diagnosed where the leak was coming from. He knew exactly where to cut into the drywall to access the leaky pipe, and had it fixed so fast! he took the time to put on those little booties to keep everything tidy, put down a drop cloth before working, and wore a mask throughout his visit. Hes a true expert in his field, and Ill definitely be calling him again if Ive any plumbing issues in the future. On top of everything else, hes so nice and friendly, explaining everything along the way. Thanks! You are awesome!

I was thrilled that the owner of Gei plumbing services picked up the phone when I called. He was able to have someone come out within a couple hours to fix a leak. Without that I would have been without water for quite some time, because it was to a point where it was gushing out when the water valve was open. Gei plumbing services was great and quick and explained how the valve worked. I appreciate their responsiveness!

Amazingly well...we saw the water heater was leaking on Thursday and ordered the service and Gei plumbing services plumber came out the next day. He had a compatible water heater on the truck and installed it for us in 2 hours. I was impressed with his expertise and advice. He even took the old one away. Will use them again. Would give better than A rating if I could.

This company was Awesome! Dishwasher hose was leaking a lot and the shutoff valve wasn’t working. I called them at 7:30 pm and needed them ASAP! They were at my house in an hour fixing the valve! The technician was super nice, explain everything and put my mind at ease. I will NEVER use any other company to install my dishwasher! This company is 5 star for sure. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Amazing service. Recently, after continual problems with a boiler. I called Gei plumbing services of spring. They provided a detailed written estimate and full explanation of what the works entailed. They provided an excellent price and filled me with confidence. Drew arrived on the day and immediately put shoe covers on and laid covers over all of the flooring. By the end of the day a new boiler was installed. Everything was cleaned and Drew even hoovered throughout his work area. Excellent company and service. Couldnt recommend highly enough. My building is over 70 years old. The clay drainage pipes were already replaced by this company in 2008, but now the other side of the building needed the same work. I was given options of how much work I wanted to be done, as well as given a very reasonable price for the work. In fact, the owner, came to the building on a late evening to temporarily unblock one of the crumbling pipes until they could replace it. The work was done spotlessly, and after it was finished, not a blade of grass was out of place in the garden where they had to dig. I wish other businesses were as caring and conscientious!!!

Yall this is the week of the winter storm here. Its been cold and stressful with the impact of blackouts in sub-zero temps. Then a burst water pipe forced us to turn off water to the house. I called more than ten plumbers. One plumber from Gei plumbing was the ONLY one to return my call. He was compassionate and helpful. He was honest in setting my expectations, itll take a while to get to me and there maybe supply shortages. He put humanity into this very trying time. This is the first time Im writing a review for this business. It is not the first time Ive worked with them though. I wholeheartedly recommend there work.
