I had a volcano in my kitchen sink! After turning off the garbage disposal the water would just flow back into my kitchen sink. Ray came out and took a look at what was happening and figured I had a clog somewhere in the pipe. He gave me best case scenario and worse case. Pricing was reasonable and he did an excellent job. He showed me the situation via a camera in the drain. I opted to go with a flush and treatment so hopefully we could really get the pipes clean. The after pictures showed the pipes were really clean. He advised what I could do to help keep them clean going forward. Then cleaned up everything. I’d highly recommend giving them a call for your plumbing needs. Thanks for the great job done!

Had a kitchen drain that was stopped up. Been in the house for 22 years and I know there has been grease and everything else imaginable poured down that drain so I needed a professionals help. I called Zoom Drain this morning, they put me on the schedule for 1 pm. Showed up on time. They came in, I explained what the symptoms were, they examined my plumbing and said that hydro jetting would solve the problem. They ran the hydro jet through the plumbing clearing out all of the debris, then followed that with a video camera inspection of the plumbing to check if there were any other problems. They were very thorough, cleaned up everything before they left. I thought the price was reasonable for the work done. I recommend Zoom Drain, they will be who Ill call if I ever need a drain unstopped again.

After making an appointment with another for an unclogging, Raymond Sr called me to follow up with our initial phone call. We are special-needs family and we found Zoom drain on thumbtack early this morning as our kitchen sink. Both sides of the sinks were clogged up as I was about to turn on our dishwasher. I went outside and unclogged a lot of buildup and turned on the garbage disposal it was still Clogging up and then my husband found zoom drain. Within 1520 minutes or less Mr. Raymond Senior contacted my husband and we told him exactly what the problem was and he and his son came early, which is a little bit about 1230 this afternoon and spent two hours literally unclogging Huge buildup not just from marching but they did a major professional. I got to say jet flow cleaning where all of our main drains bathrooms and our kitchen stuff was just coming out. We had a huge buildup in our master shower where we assist our daughter and us our dog too and Everything was so professionally done so caring because they also wanted to make sure our family was safe to take take a shower to make sure we can turn on the water and water is not gonna shoot up and we watched them do it 100% for two hours straight and they cleaned up after themselves even though I told him hey, I’ll take care of the mess. No, that’s part of our job. They were so kind and they are running truthfully a family, friendly faith based business It’s family owned that that’s what families like my family need whether they’re not gonna charge you an arm and a leg and not care for the safety of your children or your pets. We would highly highly recommend Zoom drain and I wish we could give them 20 stars instead of just five because they also wanted us to make sure we didn’t have any questions to ask and they double checked everything. Mr. Raymond and Ray who is his son God bless you both from the bottom of our hearts, and thank you again for everything.

We needed some toilet work done and Zoom Drain took care of it. The person they sent (Donell) was on time, courteous, and professional. The fact that he was an army veteran could be a factor - kudos to Zoom Drain for supporting our veterans!The gentleman took the time to explain what he was doing, provided pictures, handled the work, and also explained what we may need in the future. The work took more time than what he originally anticipated, but he saw it through to the finish, and the final product looked and worked great! I wanted to add a small tip to the bill (which was quite reasonable) for the extra time he took to get the work done, but he wouldnt take it.I will definitely recommend Zoom Drain for any drainage/plumbing work required. They do exemplary work!

We hired a plumber to come clear a clog in our drain line and the blockage proved to be stubborn and complicated. That plumber called Zoom Drains, and Steve and Raymond were at our house in less than 30 minutes! After seeing the mess that our plumbing situation was, the guys came up with an idea which luckily worked! Using their drain camera, they showed us where the problem was and also gave us the name of another plumber who specializes in this specific drain work. They did a lot more than was proposed in the quote and their quote was fair and reasonable. Steve and Raymond are highly professional and personable.
