Realized Sunday night that my water heater had met the end of its life and needed to be replaced. On Monday morning at 7:00 am, I filled out the Plumb Perfect contact form on the internet and hit the send button. I was contacted within 30 minutes. By 9:00 am, they were at my house, and two hours later I had a brand new water heater installed and working perfectly. The response time exceeded my expectations, but the best part of the whole experience was the Plumb Perfect plumbers. Very hardworking, and they knew what they were doing. What more could one ask for, but it did not end there. Not only did they earn my trust through their competence and work ethic, but their professionalism earned my respect. Even if you have a cheaper quote from another plumber, just pay the little extra to have peace of mind that the job will be done right by a wonderful company. I have had several prior experiences with other plumbing companies that resulted in distress and conflict. I was so happy that I chose Plumb Perfect. No headaches after the job so that I could get back to enjoying life.

Plumb perfect is a company I will highly recommend. The night before they were scheduled to come out for service, the head plumber took the time to call me to explain the scope of the expected working great detail. The job was to replace a defective valve on the water heater. I truly appreciate the professionalism and the fact that he wanted to be sure I knew exactly what was going to done and why. It shows that this is a company that truly cares about their customers. They actually showed up early for the appointment! The cost of the repairs was very fair, especially considering the quality of the customer service.

We had a leaky bathtub. Plumb came out to fix it, but their plumber got it all wrong and 2 weeks later it was leaking again. The owner himself called us personally and apologized for the shoddy workmanship. He told us he would not charge us for any more work, and he sent out a plumber again to get the job done right. I was really impressed with that, and their prices were very reasonable. These guys will give a quality job, and priced well. My wife said they even showed up early and she felt comfortable with them in our home which is something that isnt always is the case with home contractors. We will use them again if something breaks. Honest, reasonable prices, and quality work.

We self-contracted our kitchen and master bath renovations and without the help of Plumb Perfect it would have taken a very, very long time and additional expense. They helped troubleshoot how to remodel and upgrade, keeping in mind our vision. When we changed our electric cooktop to gas, they located the gas line in the attic and found a way to get it to the kitchen. They made wonderful suggestions and helped us with sources. Great people and reasonable, too. They also installed a new hot water heater and practically designed our new master shower!

Showed up in an emergency within 2 hours, all in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey and after hours!!!!Tanner helped find a temporary solution, rip out wet walls and haul out the debris. Being a single Mom with 3 Kids that was major help.Lisa Ann went way and beyond to schedule a repair a sap.Next day Tanner and Sean returned for the job.They are both very efficient, knowledgeable and HARD WORKING!!!They inspected my plumbing beyond the contracted work and fixed a safety hazard at no additional charge.I can not thank them enough! Special thanks to Lisa and Steve a swell, who not only helped me this time but interrupted their Easter Dinner when my toilet broke.Plumb Perfect is old school decency and quality work, a rare gem these days.

Had to have my water heater replaced, due to an undetectable leak. Problem came to light on a Saturday morning & they were able to take care of the water line within 90 minutes of my call. On Sunday morning, I noticed that water was still draining from. Called Plumb Perfect & they put me on the schedule for first thing Monday morning. They were there by 8:30 & out by 10:30. They did an effective & timely job with a great price.

We have used Plumb Perfect on several occasions. Theyve installed a water heater, repaired a loose toilet and fixed a leaky valve for us. However, I have to say that during the sale of our home there was water in our drain pan and the inspector said the water heater needed repair or replacement. I called Plumb Perfect and with no questions asked they went out right away to defend their work and explain to the potential buyers that it was not the water heater, that it was the vent from the roof leaking from rain earlier in the day. There was an obvious gap and the water was running down the side of the heater into the pan.They went above and beyond the call of duty on our closing day. We were suppose to sign at 11am. They had a plumber there to explain by 9am. The buyers signed at 11 and our sale was complete. They were going to back out, but thanks to their service and explanation the day was saved.We will continue to use them when we move on our new home in the next month!

Ruben worked on my clogged kitchen sink today, 3/9/16. What we both thought a relatively easy fix with The Machine (commercial electric snake), turned out to be a nightmare, but Ruben had no fear and did not give up. He told me (and my 12 month old grandbaby) that he wasnt leaving till it was fixed. I was so worried about the cost, since I am a single, retired, school teacher...but it was a reasonable charge, especially since it took much longer than expected. He tried several methods until the drainage pipes were clear and my kitchen sink would drain. He stayed until he knew the drainage pipes were clear. Then I asked how much it would cost and if he had time to use the snake on my shower drain because it was draining very slowly and had been for a while. He checked with his boss and they gave me a price and did not add an extra service fee....and it now drains much better than it did before his magic hand fixed the problem. Ruben was very understanding, explained everything and even shared some stories about his children. I will definitely use Plumb Perfect again and will recommend them to my friends. This business has Honesty and Integrity!!!I would highly recommend Plumb Perfect to my friends and family, and REQUEST TANNER!My wife and I just bought a home in Spring, TX. The home was built in 1971, and did not have a washer/dryer included. We installed a new washer and ran the first load of wash.The washroom and kitchen sinks backed up with dirty water. Initially, when I described the issue to Lisaann the owner, she thought that it was broken sewer line because of the dirt in the water.This was on a weekend, and the owners of Plumb Perfect were at regional sporting event for their daughter but took time to send Tanner Rokohl to fix the issue.Tanner came and analyzed the problem, then suggested doing a 3000 psi power flush. He did not think it was a broken line. Tanner is extremely knowledgeable, honest, sincere, and loves his work. Tanner took time and explained why he advised us to do the power flush.He did the flush & it worked!This is a situation where we could have been taken advantage of and sold a sewer line re-pipe at considerably more money.We are grateful for using Plumb Perfect, a business with honesty & integrity.

The customer service from everyone I dealt with at Plumb Perfect was exceptional. I first spoke with Teresa around noon on a Friday, about replacing our hot water heater. After discussing some details and options she gave me a price and was able to schedule Ruben, to arrive between 1:30 and 3:00 that day. She was very honest and upfront disclosing the few possible additional charges for work that might be necessary. Around 2:00 I got a call letting me know Ruben had finished his last call and was on his way, after he picked up my water heater. Ruben was very professional and knowledgable. The owner Steve arrived shortly afterward to help with the install. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived and finished the entire job by 6:30. The work was great. The whole team was awesome. Most definately recommended.

Our experience was very professional, very honest and upfront and clear on all charges, and so hard working and determined to get everything perfect. The charges were very fair and we called around to a lot of plumbers who kept upping the price. My husband is an electrical engineer - worked for NASA and said the job they did on our two hot water heaters was commercial level. Our house was so difficult to do, it is a custom home and we just had painting done and these folks worked til late at night, never complained, always positive, and did not get even one mark on any wall anywhere - so incredibly neat to boot.We love these folks and Lisaann was so professional and level-headed and fair. We recommended them to our father in-law and neighbors.They know their products, clear and upfront and fair pricing, on time, so pleasant to deal with, so honest (I would have given them the keys to the house and left), and truly determined to make it perfect. I didnt know their were companies out their still like this. Family-owned business with professional installment and yet very personal care.

Renovated bathroom--replaced drop-in tub with a Kohler Sunstruck freestanding tub with a straight apron. Lisa-Ann and Jacque worked with me every step of the way with advice on how to accomplish this new project. I ordered the tub and fixtures online and once they were delivered, Steve came to recon the tub, overflow kit, and fixtures (to make sure I had everything I needed) and he explained, thoroughly, what the steps would be to begin and complete the project. So many details to replacing your tub! The demo of tub, chip through slab to run new water lines, then we removed walls down to studs and put tile on the walls and floor. (I do my own tiling.) The day of the tub install, the plumbers talked about their plan for installing the tub, fixtures, angles, everything! We read the Kohler installation instructions together and discussed why some of their instructions would work for this application and why some of them would not. They were very detailed on exact placement, which I appreciated. They did not assume anything and wanted my input on all cosmetic details. They marked everything before cutting, made sure everything was level and plumb, and was so respectful of keeping my spaces clean. Hauling in buckets of cement to secure the tub could have been a little tricky, but they were VERY careful of my home. They took their time and cleaned up after themselves. The end result was absolutely perfect! This project can be pretty expensive, but Plumb Perfect made it affordable by guiding my choices and answered endless questions to prevent mistakes. Everyone I talked to and plumbers that came to my house were careful and respectful of my home and my time. I have used them for years. They have installed toilets, sinks, a tub upstairs, tub and shower fixtures, and unclogged the main line for my air conditioner unit (several times). Loved them and recommend them! Next project--shower!

My water heater burst during the winter time so it left us without hot water. Called this place because of the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. They showed up on the same day I called and replaced it as well. I am not sure if I would have gotten a better price elsewhere but the service was quick and efficient. It learned though that one needs to consider replacing their water heater around 6 years. Mine gave me 10, so it was severely rusted. I do it at 8 next time.

Just like the first time he did an awesome job a while ago, he fixed the broken faucet. He even cleaned up the bathtub. If you need any plumbing work, he is definitely one you need to call.

PlumbPerfect (PP) on time and fixed it right the first time. We had a shower leak, changed the shower head, yet leak continued. Ted the PP plumber arrived on the scene and quickly found the problem, and solved the problem with new seals. We could not ask for any better service, because of this experience we have two more projects planned for PP. We were in need of a water filtration system and walk in bath tub both are planned for upcoming months.We would recommend PP to all of our relatives and friends.

We had a massive leak in our hot water heater. These guys came out same day as we called, and moved things around just to make it out to us. The whole water heater needed to be replaced and was in a horrible area in our attic. They replaced everything that day. They also cleaned up after themselves which so few companies rarely do all the way. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone. Jay, who came out to help us, was extremely friendly and good humored throughout all the work. Even though it was 100 degrees in our attic.

First off, everyone that I spoke to and dealt with were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Also, since the company does not do drywall repair, they referred an individual that did excellent work repairing my drywall at a very reasonable cost. Overall, they were a great company and my whole house repipe was completed satisfactorily at a very reasonable price. But there were a few issues with my large project along the way. First, while the estimate stated my repipe would take 3 to 6 days, on the second day, everyone, including the owner, said 3 1/2 days to complete. I had to make the second payment that day since they were ahead of schedule. The job ended up taking 7 days. I understand a whole house repipe is a large job; however, there were only 2 individuals working the job most of the time and with time limits for being in a hot attic, more people should have been working to be able to switch out. Be prepared for your job to take much longer than estimated. Also, while doing the work, one of the workers broke my attic ladder, which was in perfectly fine condition. They frankensteined it so they could finish the job, but it is still broken. After research, I found that it will cost around $300 to replace and install a new attic ladder. I emailed the company on 6/29/2018 (they sent an email making sure everything was good and I was happy with the job they did) asking if there was anything they could do to help with this since breaking my ladder was completely avoidable and not an issue that was stated not be covered in the contract. There was no reply so I sent a follow-up on 7/11/2018. No reply to that email either. Even if they said no, they would not cover or help cover my broken attic ladder that was 100% their fault, an email stating that would have been appreciated.UPDATE: company helped with getting my attic ladder fixed. Upgraded from 3 to 4 stars.

Its very stressful to wake up with water coming from your ceiling due to a faulty water valve. My husband was not home at the moment and it was very unfortunate for my neighbor to be ripped out of his house just waking up to my panic. After watching and listening to my water heater struggle for the last few years, it finally went out last week. I called Plumb Perfect on account of all the groom reviews they had, and because they were not far away. The water heater went out on Tuesday, Plumb Perfect was at the house early Thursday. Jamaal arrived st the promised time, and went right to work, disconnecting and taking the old one out. It was in the attic, so it wasnt that easy. As he was preparing the connections, Steve arrived with the new heater. They had it connected and ready to go in about an hour, maybe slightly longer. Both Jamal and Steve explained what they were doing every step of the way. I had originally planned on replacing the water heater myself. Im glad I didnt, I would still be trying to get the old one out if there. The price they gave me ended up being lower than what was originally quoted to me. Im very pleased with the product and the service. I would recommend Plumb Perfect to anyone.

I would highly recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again if I have another issue. Due to the winter freeze, we had a hairline fracture in our sprinkler pipe. Steve and Reuben quickly assessed the problem, made a couple of quick runs to the truck, and were done before my lunch hour was up. And to top it off, since I live in the neighborhood adjacent to their location, they waived their trip charge. These guys are professionals and gave us practical tips on how to prevent pipe bursts.

Steve,Tanner and the whole team is awesome and honest.We had a heater that stopped working,called these guys,they took care of everything from calling the warranty to getting it shipped to their place,assembled it in the middle of the night ,In the mean time they also made temporary arrangements for us to get hot water unti then.They are family owned and they are very honest.You wont go wrong hiring them for your small or big plumbing needs.Update: We went with Noritz water heater.They still didn’t send the whole parts so still waiting for permanent hot water.As mentioned Steve and team said they will work some magic so hopefully we will get it by tonight.. will update once again when we get it up snd running
