I called Milton Frank Plumbing yesterday. They were able to come out today with a very easy three hour window of my choice…Oscar the service technician came to my home today. I have six bathrooms. He was able to take care of all of my concerns with a leak and servicing a few other issues. He was professional and polite. Pricing was very fare and I would definitely recommend using this company to anyone who needs good honest service.

The best service I have ever had and I will never use another plumber again! I called my home warranty company who sent out a different plumbing company, who quickly informed me that they couldnt help me (long story). I called 6 other companies, all of which went to voicemail with return calls over the next couple of days, however Milton Frank Plumbing answered the phone and sent someone out within a couple of hours. Micah and Nate from Milton Frank Plumbing arrived and had a different attitude than I had experienced with the last plumber. While facing the same circumstances (no water to my home), they begin diagnosing the issue and working through all of the possible solutions to get water to my home for my family. They not only solved the problem, restored water within a couple of hours, but they were pleasant, professional, friendly, honest, fair and prompt. Technician Robert Reed and his apprentice came to replace the toilet flange on pur downstairs bathroom. Mr Reed quickly evaluated the situation, explained the repair process and quickly started the job. His apprentice was very observant and seemed to be one step ahead at all times. The original flange was cut off and a new one installed and secured. The toilet was reinstalled, leak and functional checked, and everything was cleaned up like new. When accepting delivery on new washer/dryer, we were told the faucets were too corroded. Called Milton Frank. Earliest appointment was the next day. My husband happened to mention that if anything opened today, he would love it. About 15 minutes later, I received notification that there was indeed an opening today. Within the hour, someone was at the house. The repair took about 30 - 45 minutes. The gentleman that did the job was incredibly professional and informative. He even explained when to look for these things other areas of the house. Will definitely be calling Milton Frank next time!

We’ve had numerous plumbing issues recently—shower faucet handle malfunctioning, dishwasher not draining/clogged disposal, two blocked up sinks not draining, and for every fix have called Milton Frank. They also did great job getting our tri-fuel generator hooked up to natural gas line during Hurricane Beryl so we didn’t have to rely on hard-to-get propane. The front office always gets us scheduled quickly, and the plumbers have been outstanding! We trust their service and couldn’t recommend them more!

I will never be able to say enough to compliment Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling. My water heater began leaking on Memorial Day Friday. I called as soon as their business opened and was able to get an appt at 11:00 am same morning. I chose a replacement water heater due to age of broken unit. Milton uses top quality Bradford White product. They replaced all necessary parts and brought all up to code. My technician Micah Johnson was incredible. Excellent in his trade profession and answered all questions I had. All was complete in a mere few hours. Cost was reasonable and I feel confident that this new water heater will provide for me for many years. I am a repeat customer and no need to search anywhere else when I already hire the best team.

Quick response, friendly service folks, reasonable pricing on air handler replacement. They got the job done very quickly, and every person I interacted with was professional and courteous. They made sure to cover/protect the flooring throughout the house, and made sure to explain everything they were doing. Solid warranty, fair pricing, good customer service.Only “issue” I had was the price I got quoted (it was either $300 or $350) for the capacitor replacement, which anyone can do themselves for $25-$30. But, I have been quoted $500 in the past from “Crossway mechanical”. I understand this is a high margin part/service for these businesses, and I don’t fault them for it. This alone was not worth taking away the 5/5 rating for the services I did choose to purchase from Milton Frank. Happy with the service we received.

He was unable to complete the install since he was unable to diagnose the improper position of a check valve in the faucet hose. Experience is worth paying for.

We have had 2 really good technicians, Clinton and Richard who are always professional, courteous, and thorough. Our unit is now 10 years old and weve only had one minor repair in that time--we hope to get 10 more years out of it and will continue our maintenance contract with Milton Frank.

He said he was going to order them.2 weeks later the shower is still unusable, and I am unable to get any estimated delivery details.I have called multiple times, and I am always told that the parts are on order, and I will be called when they arrive.I am now trying to get any information to regain confidence that the parts will indeed arrive. I have asked for the name of the supplier, an order reference number, part numbers, or anything that would backup their claim that the order has been placed.I am consistently told that the service technician placed the order, and that he has the details. I have been told that he will call me with the details, but he has not.I asked that the technician speak to someone in the office and give them the details since he wont speak to me, but I was told No. He wont speak to me..So now it seems that the service tech is the only person that knows anything about the order, and he wont even share the information with his employers.When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that one of the 2 managers would be on the line with me shortly. The problems that I had were all caused by the gatekeeper that answered the phone and absolutely refused to give me any information or transfer me to anyone else.It was not Delia. I heard ghost flushes coming from a toilet and thought only the flapper needed to be replaced. When that did not work, I realized that the flush valve could be the problem. As he pointed out, our A/C is 20 years old and we might have to replace it since the parts can be difficult to find but he said he see what he could do. He was indeed able to find another blower motor which he replaced. The pressure switches were not available but he was able to bypass them (I accepted the possible risk to the compressor). My A/C was promptly back up and running at a fraction of the cost of a new unit. I am quite satisfied with Milton Frank and am on their ongoing service plan which I feel is a pretty good deal- twice per year system inspection and discounts on repairs.

MF Plumbing responded to my need for an appt immediately and had a team at my home within 30 min of my call.I didnt give 5 stars because of the way the job was priced out -I needed my cold water valve replaced.The plumbers said they normally change both - so I approved. However, after looking at the hot water valve they chose not to change it because they feared the pipe in the wall could break. They did only half of the job but refused to half the price. They only discounted it by $50. I didnt think that was fair - especially after I added another service on top of that. Overall, very happy with the service 😀

A seemingly simple drain clog was actually pretty tricky and too much for me. Jesus figured out a workable solution and did a great job getting at the clog without making a mess cutting drywall, impressive.We just moved to Houston so I called a few commercial plumbers to see who they would recommend for a residential job and Milton Frank came up more than once. Im glad I went with them and will use them again if I get into another situation thats out of my range.I have no idea if their pricing is right. I havent hired a plumber in over 20 years and didnt shop price. But the bill was fair enough and the service was A+.

Update- I am blown away by the level of customer service. The service manager is top rate and have aided in making everything right again and in a quick manner. If ever we have a plumbing need I will call on them again as I know they stand behind their work.They were prompt in responding to our call. However, the leak they repaired was leaking again in the exact same location that they “repaired” a year ago.
