This company is very professional. I got a phone call when they were on their way and I even got a phone call when they were running late due to traffic. Sam was very thorough when installing my two faucets and made sure that I was happy with the end result. He cleaned everything up and was very respectful. The cost was somewhat reasonable for plumbing services. Not the cheapest but, definitely, not the most expensive I have ever seen. They showed me exactly how much everything was going to be so I could make an informed decision. I dont mind paying a little more for professional work and that is exactly what I got with Sam so I am happy. I will definitely use them again if necessary.

Donald Helka came to my parents house and just blew us away! My parents had a drainage issue at their house. And Donald explained step by step and took the time to show how to fix and solve the drainage issue. He is a 10 out of 10 when it comes to professionalism and knowledge. We could see that he actually cares about the customer and his craft. And lastly he made my parents feel comfortable and they trusted his advice. I’m never disappointed with the level of service I receive from JD Plumbing. Recently I had the water shutoff valves replaced for all my bathroom sinks and toilets due to age and an outdoor spigot replaced. Asa was my plumber and he did an excellent job. He was prompt, meticulous, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend this business and this plumber.

Quick service after calling and Donald was great at finding and correcting the issue after Lowe’s completed a faulty dishwasher install. He explained each mistake and was sure to photograph and document it all so we can submit a claim to Lowe’s for compensation. Will use them in the future if needed.

Nicholas was prompt, friendly, polite. My toilet power flush had failed to operate. He initiated and handled a call to the manufacturer and got the unit covered under the one year warranty. I asked him to replace the toilet shut-off valves which he did in a timely manner. I appreciate the responsiveness of their service and the notifications regarding arrival of the plumber. I am a repeat customer and will be using their services to replace my outdoor faucets which are difficult to use with arthritic hands. I recommend JD Precision Plumbing Services.

I called JD Plumbing due to a toilet that wouldn’t stop running; I was expecting a house full of guests and needed it fixed ASAP. They sent Nicholas out the next morning and he fixed the running toilet as well as the other 2 toilets in the house that had some wear and tear on them. Nicholas was very mannerable and had a great personality. He was also timely and had all 3 toilets fixed well ahead of time, before guests started arriving to my house. Would recommend if you’re having plumbing issues.

This has to be one of the best experiences I have had with any company. From the rep that answered the phone to the tech that fixed the issue at my rental property. After nearly two weeks of no one knowing what was wrong with the ac and my tenants being without cool air, I called JD Precison plumbing and they were able to get a tech out in 35 mins at 9:30 pm. . This after I called nearly 5 plumbing companies who could not come out until the next day.The tech Brice was on time, professional, courteous and knew just what the problem was. He explained the issue clearly and was able to resolve it in less than hour. Pictures and detailed explanations of the issue were emailed to me in a matter of minutes after the work was complete . I highly recommend this company .

Called them for an emergency weekend service, they didnt have anyone right away but scheduled next morning. Called me a couple hours later and offered to send someone that night but it was late so we kept the appointment in the morning. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly, explained what the problems were with the water heater and why we needed a new one. He offered multiple options to help us with the unforseen expense. He got it all replaced in about 2.5 hours, and fixed the drainage that wasnt up to code.

Within about 45 minutes that I called Jd precision plumbing had Corey on his way he was only 30 minutes way from my house.He was very thorough and professional.He did a diagnostic assessment to see if there is a leak at main meter or in-house, which he came to the conclusion that was not. I contacted several businesses to come out and make repairs. I initially went with a different business. Ben, contacted later in the evening to check in and make everything had been taken care of, even though we went with someone else. The other company couldnt actually do the work until Monday. Ben gave me a quote for Sunday and one for Monday and we went with JD Precision instead. Ben didnt come out and do the work, but he followed up again after the technicians left to make sure I was satisfied. Not only did they beat the price of the other folks, but they completed the job in a professional, timely manner. I will definitely go to them first next time.

I am editing my previous review which is posted below. I was a bit cranky. Some of my previous still stands. I do believe the first tech still doesn’t enjoy his job. But he was nice. Maybe he was having a bad day.The first install job was still awful and had to be fixed. And the second tech made everything pretty but wasn’t it just working right.This third time everything now looks and works as it should and I am satisfied.They worked with me to get me in the next day even though they were booked up. They sent a tech AND a field manager to come out to fix my issue. They were able to find and fix all the problems and I am now 100% happy.Disappointed it took 3 times but i’m happy they were willing to be so helpful.Previous post:This will be my third time to have a tech out to fix my shower. We had the old knobs and valves replaced in our shower and the first tech left it a mess. He also verbally expressed not liking his job, not to me but under his breath. Nothing was fit or put on correctly so I had to call them back. Then today I finally got to use my shower since we have been updating our old bathroom and the diverting valve is not working correctly. I’m over this and just want it to be fixed.

They were able to come out and give me a FREE estimate for replacement the same day I called. Before the appointment they even send me a BIO of the technician (Dalton) that was coming to my house, which I thought was a nice touch. The person they sent out was professional and fully explained the two quotes he sent over. The next day I decided to go with the bid. I called them and they had Dalton back out by 2:30 that day! I contacted JD Precision Plumbing Services after my water heater quit working. They set an appointment and were at my house within hours. I received an email with biographical information about David Ramos, the technician on his way. I had worked all day and lived with a cold shower that morning, so David was not greeted with enthusiasm. He inspected the water heater and found it was bad. He contacted the manufacturer and they provided a code for replacement. He asked if I wanted them to replace the unit and I said I was unsure and would have to think on what I would do. He was so polite and said he would send an estimate in case I decided I would like them to install it. He was so polite and patient that it simmered me down as well. David is the most professional service person of any type that I have ever had come to my home. JD Precision Plumbing is doing everything right. Thank you David ! Whun was very professional with his job and showed what he found with the camera clearly. The next day, Whun and Vincent came to replace the sewer pipe that was broken by a newly installed cable line.
