Outstanding, knowledgeable assistance from a specialist! Definitely would utilize this service once more! Im hoping I wont require it. This is my second Spring Hill Plumbing use. In both cases, I encountered plumbing problems with the drainage. When our tech Oren first came out, he was very competent and managed to resolve the plumbing problem in one of our lower level restrooms. I turned on every faucet and flushed every toilet in my house after he said he was finished to make sure nothing was wrong. It was already midnight, but he was eager to wait until I finished my test. He assured me that he would stay till I was happy. He left after making sure everything was in order. Here is my most recent experience from today. I noticed that one of my upper-level restrooms was draining slowly. I believe that by trying to unclog the drain on my own, I made things worse. My lower level bathroom ended up leaking once more, causing my other bathrooms and kitchen to become unusable. Given that I lacked Orens information. I reasoned that I would call around to see if I could get someone to come out after my initial service request. Before giving up on trying to get in touch with another firm, I decided to call Spring Hill Plumbing and simply ask for the guy who came out the last time. They stated they would send someone regardless, but they couldnt promise he would be accessible. It was also vital to me that they sent the same technician because my pregnant wife would be at my house when he arrived, and I would not be able to receive him when he arrived. I wanted her to be comfortable and I didnt want anyone to take advantage of her. Nevertheless, Oren surprised us by returning and was incredibly kind, affable, and competent! In my home, he snaked the drains in several places and fixed a leaky faucet that, lets be honest, I was trying my hardest not to have to fix. He not only resolved my plumbing problems but also provided me with excellent maintenance advice. Having said that, He is the reason my home is running smoothly right now! Im phoning Spring Hill Plumbing and asking for a plumber if I ever need one!
