I contacted Guerrero Plumbing due to an urgent leak. I was impressed by their immediate response. Pedro did an outstanding job! He dedicated around four hours to resolving the issue and refused to give up, even when other plumbers might have walked away. His determination to fix the problem truly set him apart. Im so glad we chose to work with this company. Their pricing is very fair and they are transparent about costs before starting. I wholeheartedly recommend Guerrero Plumbing to everyone I know. Guerrero Plumbing is excellent. They really saved us on Christmas Eve. quickly diagnosing and fixing a mysterious water leak. They went above and beyond even noticing another soon-to-be leak in another area and fixed that as well. They were clean and efficient. Price-wise they are definitely competitive even factoring in extra charges for for after hour or holiday work. I recommend them without hesitation!

When we learned while overseas that we had a pinhole leak in a water pipe as well as a leaking water heater, we found Guerrero Plumbing through our neighborhood listserve. The company came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. Contact was easily established and the appointment was quickly scheduled and kept. The work was done in a professional manner and their customer service was great, considering that the whole transaction was arranged and completed over the phone. If you ever have plumbing needs, this is the company to choose.

If you are looking for a plumber look no further than Guerrero Plumbing! They are great! We had both our sump pump and waste pump stop working and they came out to fix them. Both issues occured after-hours and on a Sunday and they were there to help. They are knowledgeable and never did I feel I was being overcharged for any of their services. They will have my business always and will recommend to family and friends.

Our basement bathroom toilet flooded our finished basement around 5:30 in the evening on a Monday. We called Guerrero Plumbing and they answered right away. Milton was out within the hour! He was professional, explained each step of the situation and solutions, helped us understand what we should do next, and took care to keep the rest of our house clean and protected. He was able to identify the problem and fix it in about an hour and a half! Because our call was after hours there was an additional fee, but it was still smaller than the fee weve paid for a regular business hour call from a larger company. I had to call Milton the following day for insurances purposes and he answered right away and quickly helped me with the paperwork I needed. I highly recommend Milton and Guerrero Plumbing!

Really outstanding! Guerrero Plumbing responded promptly to my call on a Friday evening (!) and scheduled a visit for that Monday morning. He identified the problem (a defective regulator) and fixed it on the spot. Guerrero Plumbings communications are way better than most tradespeople. I was really impressed by my recent experience. I had come home to a leaking water heater, and called about 6:30 pm to try and see if anyone could come out the next day. They called me back immediately, and got me set up for the first appointment of the morning. Hector, Carlos, and Juan did a wonderful job replacing the water heater, including putting in a new thermostatic mixing valve. I highly recommend!

Not only did they show up when promised (actually earlier) but they did fantastic work and the cherry on the cake is they were less expensive than the other plumbing company. They have a customer for life.

Thank you for your service! We had two heat pumps replaced inside and out. Guerrero provided clear, affordable estimates that were thousands lower than other companies, and also filed for BG&E rebates for us. Billy, Milton, Hector, and Edwin provided professional, rapid, and respectful installation! Everyone was kind and polite, and went to lengths to make sure they left as little of a footprint behind, inside and out: covered the carpets, wore shoe booties, the works. We received instructions on using our new heat pumps and we feel that well have no trouble moving ahead. I recommend them to my family and friends. We cant wait for our next electric bill!

Great plumbers. Emailed after seeing these reviews on google and recommendations from silver spring online groups. Emailed on a Saturday morning stating not an urgent problem. Received a reply email within an hour or so. Offered a Monday or Tuesday afternoon appointment. Arrived on time, reviewed what needed done and came up with a quote on site. This was my third quote and it was in between the other two but Milton said could be completed today if price was agreed on, so I was comfortable with the price. Pleasant to talk to, nonjudgmental as I am trying to upgrade my bathroom by myself to save on cost (but have never done it before). Every time he and his partner (cousin) came into the house they put shoe covers on which I appreciated even though I have two young kids and a visibly messy house. Educated me with my options and what needed done to complete the job. Informed family when strong smell would be occurring due to glue and asked if that was ok. After job was done, a few days later I needed help removing a cap, sent an email at 5:45am asking if they could help me remove it before their first job of the day, he replied and arrived to loosen it at 7am - it took them 5 minutes and they said no charge even though I was willing to pay. Appreciate both of them very much and would recommend them to anyone in the silver spring area for plumbing issues. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

Great experience with Milton and his team. They installed a whole-home water filter and fixed a broken pipe. They were very professional, clean, on-time, friendly, and took appropriate precautions r.e. COVID (wore gloves and masks the whole time). Efficient. Knowledgeable. Fairly priced. My kitchen sink was backed up and after spending most of Saturday battling it, I decided to give these guys a call at 7am on Sunday - sorry guys. Not only did they fix my kitchen sink drain, they also replaced my shower faucet that was causing us some headaches. They even went above and beyond by replacing some plastic pvc with copper piping at no extra cost. All for a price below what others had quoted. Very happy to have found Guerrero on google.

We have trusted Milton and Hector with all of our homes plumbing needs. Among other jobs that they have done for us, they have replaced the sink and toilet in our existing bathroom, as well as installed the pipes necessary in order to develop a second bathroom in our home, which involved digging up our basement floor. They have also replaced our laundry tub and added a new hose bib. During each job, Milton and Hector have been extremely professional, completing the work in a timely fashion and leaving the work area as clean as it was before work began. We highly recommend Guerrero Plumbing - their work is excellent!

We lucked into Guerrero Plumbing when doing an urgent google search for local plumbers after a Saturday bathroom clog. They were at our house in less than an hour. When the clog turned out to be the symptom of a much larger problem, Milton walked us through everything. He and his team (Hector, Alexis and Mensan) were very professional and updated us on their progress everyday. They went above and beyond to ensure that the space was clean when they were finished and that everything was completed on schedule.
