George is a man of his word. His crew replaced 50 feet of main water line to the house and replaced the valves, wrapped the pipes and put all the grass back in place. His crew was on time, professional, and priced the work fairly. A month or so later, I had a leak at the street valve box that was a problem with the water company. But he came out to verify that his work was not the problem. I appreciate the follow up after he had completed the work, didnt question my request at all and didnt ask for more money. George and his company are my first call now.

I had a pipe burst in my laundry room last night. Mind you this is the night before closing on selling our house. I was able to shut the outside valve but the damage was done. We called George with J&G and he came out at 11 oclock. He plugged the issue and stated he would return in the morning to finish. It started leaking again an hour later. He came back out after making a custom plug. Their team came out first thing this morning and finished the repair job. Extremely professional, did great work, and above all; DID NOT PRICE GOUGE. I highly recommend this company.

Wow, outstanding! Great customer service from when I called at 11:26p.m. to the end when they finished. George, Cody and Tony came out and all were very respectful, well mannered and kind. They explained what needed to be done before anything was touched and started on it once we gave our approval to move forward. Finished in less than an hour. Considering the late call, price was fair and satisfactory with the service and late night call. Amazing work and we also received a military discount... sincerely appreciate that! George and Jesse were so polite, down-to-earth, (loved the plumber stories - hilarious & even made me feel better about my own situation, lol) and lets not forget...fast! After a mishap with some feminine products and toddler toilet paper parties, I had things backing up left and right simultaneously and a pool of you know what forming in my master shower.. ugh :-/I called J&G, George answered & gave me some immediate instructions and took my address, and within an hour and a half - they arrived and had my lines cleared! Woohoo!Not cheap - but nothing about plumbing usually is. I have no qualms and highly recommend! I will definitely call them again when needed!

They rebuilt 3-toilets due to deteriorating parts. Scope: change fill valves, supply line, toilet gaskets and wall shut-off valve. I could have done this myself, however the parts were corroded/deteriorated due to local hard water. Essentially they had to saw-off several parts - plus I didnt have the proper tools nor the patience. The service was very professional with very reasonable rates. I recommend!

Had an emergency the day my family was coming in from out of country. Stress level 1000. I called one company and they said they would call me back. Never heard back so I called J&G. George told me he would arrive within a couple hours. He showed up, identified the problem and thank God he was able to take care of it on the spot! He took a look at another concern I had and identified the problem. Told me what was needed and is ordering the part for me. Extremely grateful he had the time and was able to rescue you us in our last hour. I prefer to support family owned/ small businesses but sometimes it is hard to find a good one. I look for longevity, and I found a business I will definitely continue using and refer out.
