Due to misinformation on the part of my home warranty company, Kelly was unable to solve the septic issue that they had originally sent him out for; however, he DID discover why our AC unit was not working, and solved it with a simple flip of a circuit breaker switch. He was also able to inform us as to our next steps in resolving the septic issue. Very nice and very knowledgeable!

Dr. Rescue did an awesome job with our AC repair. I called on a Thursday afternoon, the technician came out the same evening to diagnose our issue and give us pricing by the next afternoon (Friday) our house was cool again! The team of guys were prompt and very friendly. Dr. Rescue offers military discounts (always a plus) and reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Thank you for your patience and professionalism in explaining that our AC unit was in desperate need of Freon and recommending a gel sealant for the holes in our ductwork system. The technician claims that we needed Freon in our ac unit which is a closed system but said there was no leak in our unit. Charged us almost $500.00. I think they just wanted our money because we use Landmark Home Warranty and the service call would only pay $75.00. With all the heat we’ve been having, I believe it was just the capacitor which we’ve had to have replaced before.***I am editing my previous review. The technician who serviced our ac unit contacted me today. We spoke about my concerns, and he was quite gracious in his explanations. He clarified that there was actually a leak and that he did put a stop leak ingredient as well as freon in our unit. It was not a capacitor as I had thought. I want to give a shout out thank you to this gentleman for following up with my concern. I am truly grateful for the time he took to reach out to me to ensure great customer satisfaction. I know it is hot outside when he and other technicians are working on our equipment. Mr. K, thank you!

Dr. Rescue/Matt came out under a home Warranty contract and completed the repair without suggesting additional services and fees were required byway of make false claims about out of code sink traps... which is exactly what the previous Warranty services provider did. Because of their honesty and professional approach, they have earned our business for our three heating & cooling units as well as signing up for their annual service plan. Integrity goes a long way, well done!

I cant recommended Kellys AC enough. Our system went out. We called Kellys as one of several companies I talked to as part of our research to get a company to troubleshoot the problem. Everyone I talked to at Kellys was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was still researching companies but was so impressed with their people I talked with that I scheduled a visit. Im glad I did. The technician came out, answered all my questions about the problem and how to resolve it. He fixed it quickly at a fair price. I have been very pleased with the entire experience. I have already began telling my friends and neighbors about my great experience.

Came out the day after Christmas, and the responded to my inquiry while it was Christmas Eve! T&P valve on my water heater crapped out right as the holiday was kicking off.Kelly was a great tech. Made sure everything was in great working order before leaving, even showed me everything they did to make sure I was completely satisfied. I am so glad they have added plumbing to their service, now I only have to make one call for A/C, heating or plumbing. I have used Dr. Rescue A/C and heating for several years now and he is awesome. We are so glad we found this company. Our system went out the afternoon of Christmas Eve. We called Kellys AC and the owner personally came out within an hour and a half and got us up and running before all our family came over. Since then, we have replaced our 14 year old unit and have been very pleased with the entire experience. The entire staff was polite and knowledgeable. It is difficult to find a company that you feel you can trust and Kelly was upfront and honest with different systems their prices and what would work best for our home. We have been thoroughly pleased and will gladly refer them out to friends and family in the area and will be using them for our annual maintenance.

I called Dr. Rescue as a second opinion. Other company said I need to replace my outside AC units and that my coil was bad and needed replaced. Kelly arrived onsite and found the coil did need replaced and that it was under warranty. He also found that there was nothing wrong with the outside units. Kelly was very honest and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend Kelly and Dr. Rescue.

These guys were called out by my home warranty company and were awesome. They returned our phone call promptly and exceeded our expectations in regards to service. The technicians explained everything they were doing and checking for as they worked. They were very respectful and professional. Since we were selling our home and the HVAC units were being serviced as part of the repair agreement with our buyer, they modified our invoice to reflect language in our contract. I really cant say enough about how satisfied we are with their service and work ethic. We will definitely be using them for future work, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Pedro, Edgar & Anthony were the gentlemen that worked on my install, they were very professional, friendly, and great at communicating. They also found additional items that they believe could help me, which I hadnt expected previously, Dr. Rescue called me directly and explained what it was and exactly what the price would be. The price was exact, to the penny, that was quoted to me. In the past Ive had services that will quote one price but then charge another, not this time. All in all great to work with and I learned they offer more than just AC services, so I will be using them going forward on any home improvement projects that may pop up.

My a/c quit working in the evening after business hours. Called main number with no answer, but got an immediate call back from Carly who scheduled an appointment for the next morning. After handling a few priorities, Kelly arrived mid-afternoon and was able quickly resolve and repair the problem at a fair price. Due to age and wear and tear Kelly recommended a new unit soon. He didnt try a hard sell, but offered to send some estimate options. He also recommended getting at least two other estimates for comparison. I found him very efficient, knowledgeable, honest and fair. I would recommend Kelly at Dr. Rescue for all your a/c needs.

I have to rave about this company! My technician Kelly was, he came hours within calling on a Sunday! He did everything possible to save my unit; although he had to deliver bad news, he offered solutions at a reasonable rate with financing & warranties!! Arrived for installation within the time window allotted. He worked and sweated hard: unloading, uninstalling old unit, replace/repair lines, install new outdoor and indoor unit, sealed, vacumn tested, triple checked everything, recharged with refrigerant, turned on and waited out the initial run time to confirm everything was good. He cleaned his mess and took all trash with him!! In almost half the time expected!! These people are honest and hard working!!! They are sympathetic of fellow human beings!! We worked with Kelley and his team over the course of the past few months to do a complete replacement for two systems as well as some troubleshooting, due to mechanical errors not an installation issue, they have finally been resolved. Throughout the entire process both he and his team have been accessible, professional, and willing to do whatever it takes to make our house comfortable for our family. From the moment they came to do the initial survey to determine what we were going to replace the units with happened to their final visit, I never felt like they were talking down to me or explaining things or asked to pass messages to my partner. They always cleaned up after themselves each time and even gave additional helpful suggestions on how we could optimize the airflow and insulation in the home on our own.I would highly recommend them for any air-conditioning (or on the off chance heating here in TX) services. True definition of customer service and doing the job 100%!

I will recommend Kellys A/C to everyone! I was put in contact with Kellys A/C though my Home Warranty provider and I could not be happier with my experience. I received a phone call from Kellys A/C within minutes of getting off the phone with my home warranty provider and Kellys A/C had a technician out that afternoon and even arrived 15 minutes early on a Saturday.After the technician Billy listen to me describe the behavior of how our furnace was acting, he immediately had an idea of what was wrong and proceeded into the attic. About 10 minutes later he came down and explained our control board was the culprit and showed me burn spots on the electronics board and he went even further saying that our flame sensor was very dirty.That next Monday we heard from Kellys A/C again saying that the part was ready and they came out that very day and replaced the control board that was failing and cleaned our flame sensor. At this point we signed up to have them maintain our HVAC now and in the Spring.I could not be happier with Kellys A/C! The front office folks that called were very polite and we able to accommodate our schedule. Their technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. Their communication was outstanding, including emails and text messages for the scheduling and technician arrivals and with their follow through with receipts being emailed.5 Stars! Thanks Kellys A/C!

Dr. Rescue was the selection by my home warranty company so I was skeptical. To my surprise, the technician Billy Tolliver was amazing. We called for an a/c out which ended up being an emergency shut off switch that was accidentally turned off by the home networking technician. The nice surprise is that he performed maintenance on the system and said I was good to go and even asked for a sharpie so he could mark the box to indicate not to be shut off. This is after another a/c company (highly rated) tried to sell me a new single 4-ton system for $25k when I called them for maintenance. Thank you, Billy and Dr. Rescue!!
