Jim is great. I just purchased a new home and he fixed multiple plumbing issues from a broken sewer pipe to installing a new hot water system not to mention a number of other plumbing related items. Jim did an excellent plumbing job in our home.He is very knowledgeable and he did everything at a very fair price. He installed two new faucets, redid some piping and replaced a water heater. We were very impressed with the service we got. We would definitely recommend them.

Jim the technician provided excellent service in a timely manner. My shower and bathtub drains were completely backed up and Jim was able to snake and clear the drains in under 10 minutes. He was professional and explained everything he was doing as he worked and why he was doing it. He then explained how to prevent future issues from occurring. Thank you Austex Plumbing.

I want to give Jim a shout out, he came out to my house to clear out a toilet clog, which turned out to be something a little more serious than just a clog. He said he wouldnt charge me for today and would come back the very next day with the scope to properly assess the situation. Although this is a scary thing for me, never having dealt with a sewage pipe issue, Isaacs calm and professional demeanor put me at ease. I will wait for my appointment tomorrow to continue experiencing his world class customer service. Austex Plumbing, you truly have the embodiment of great service with this man. Please give him a raise!!!

What a dependable company! Our plumber went above and beyond to complete the job in spite of several set-backs. He left our yard looking better than it did before he got there and was constantly communicating his progress. It is pleasant to find a company that believes good customer service and a job well done is imperative. Keep doing great my people!

I have used Austex Plumbing on several occasions from outside the house to inside the house. They have always been reasonably priced and honest. From tankless water heater installation, to unblocking clogged pipes and many more. I will definitely recommend them

Five stars well deserved! Trevor came out promptly and had my issue fixed in a matter of minutes. Recognizing that I had a larger issue than originally reported, he rebuilt the internal toilet mechanism and reinstated me to better than before. He also went above and beyond to adjust the water pressure that was coming to the house to prevent further or future damage. I could not ask for better services!

Called after the earthquake which moved our water heater and disconnected it. Jim showed up within 3 hours, moved it back and reconnected it, helped us turn the gas back on, and checked for any other leaks. Will highly recommend.
