So far we highly recommend DeBella for our roof installation. Brady got ahold of us to meet and give a quote. He is very knowledgeable about their products and very courteous person. He is definitely a salesman maybe a little aggressive but that’s his job. Thanks Brady. The crew arrived about 7:30 am and had the old roof removed by 9:30 am on approximately 1700 sq. ft. roof. The crew didn’t speak much English but were very polite and friendly. I couldn’t believe how hard they worked, they were just chatting and laughing enjoying their work, they were excellent. By 1:00pm that afternoon they were completely done and everything was picked up and cleaned. I am impressed by their dedication. Highly recommend DeBella for any of your roofing needs. Gordon Albert

I worked with Roxy and Monica on siding and gutters for my home. They were great, very knowledgeable and no pressure. The cost for my whole home was just too much. They worked with me to do half of my home, which I was going to do but 2 trees fell on my house. I realized that I couldnt afford to even do half my home, so I didnt decide to go with residing my home. When my finances are so tight and ready to reside I will definitely be contacting Roxy and Monica. I really appreciate how they went above and beyond to get me the best value and their commitment ti getting me the deal. Im a single woman and I was very comfortable with having both of them in my home.

Joe Golan was extremely helpful in helping me navigate my roofing project. The roof was very old and needed to be entirely replaced. Joe spent a lot of time figuring out financing that would work for me and explained everything very thoroughly. DeBella was going through the neighborhood and contacted me, asking if I would like to have my roof inspected. I agreed ( I had some concerns in regards to my roof).We had an inspection the next day by Brandon. It was a thorough inspection, with photos of areas of concern. Lets just say, it was worse than I expected and the photos confirmed that.Brandon was able to show me what kind of options were available . I asked if he could give me a couple of hours, so I could ponder my options.After, a. couple of hours, I reached out to him and asked him for his best deal. The offer I received was very acceptable. Contracts were signed and now, I’m awaiting my new roof in about 2-3 weeks.Brandon and his Supervisor Blake, stopped by later that afternoon/ evening. Went over contracts and I had a couple of questions.Both gentlemen were very pleasant to deal with and they were very professional. I will be going back to the business when I’m ready for my siding to be replaced and my wife’s garden window.Photos to follow.UPDATE: the roof was done in a day. I’m very pleased with results and the crew’s performance. Please keep up the great work.

From start to finish DaBella was impressive! Kylan came to our house and worked up a quote and was very knowledgeable. She was not pushy in any way and worked hard to help us secure a great product, price and timeline. Then they showed up a month early to complete the project. They were in and out in two days flat. I have never seen such hard workers, so very impressed. Our roof looks amazing and even better we feel 100% confident our leaks and issues are a thing of the past! We are getting new siding put on by DaBella in February. TBH I wouldnt havent seen us choosing them for the project a week ago. This will be the third job theyve done for us. First was new soffit and fascia. We were okay with the work done. When we needed a new roof they did a wonderful job replacing the roof. However, during roof replacement some of the coil wrap fell off exposing the wood under was not replaced, and that was the major part, as the wood was rotting. We were told it would be taken care of, 2 years later, not so much. We had talked to several people and had several people come out and look at things in disbelief and say they would talk to whoever could help and nothing. Then Lydia and Troy came to our rescue! They listened to our ordeal and got on to solving our issues. It was their professionalism and product knowledge that got us on board!

Brooke Tauscher, physically inspected our roof and checked the attic for any problems. She was very thorough -- she knows her stuff, and is well acquainted with their roofing products. Brooke was very pleasant and not too pushy (we realize she works on commission) -- it was difficult to turn her down. We were both impressed with her professionalism and knowledge as well as her upbeat personality.

I had an amazing experience between my roof and bath install. RoseMarie from Spokane was able to help me out with an affordable bath remodel. The installers were amazing, kept the place clean, and were efficient during the process. They found dry rot and molded insulation behind my shower walls and were able to replace it perfectly. They had the installation done in less than 3 days. This is going to change my daily life with easy accessibility.

If you are looking for some quality home upgrades and/or need custom window sizes anyway, then seriously consider looking into DeBella in Spokane. I had the best sales experience ever with Zach, who was very pleasant and honest, and was not trying to get me to make a terrible financial decision. DeBella seems to have top quality products at very competitive prices - my coworkers had a comparable window replacement job done for almost twice as much as my quote! I was not prepared to make the financial commitment and sign papers on the day of, and my decision was respected. Since then, I have been doing some homework and thus far all results indicate that I will be dealing with DeBella in the future. We had pleasure of having Lamont Mapp and Devon Krajewski in our home for a replacement window quote this eveing, wIth the help of jackson Ives we were able to meet an affordable price for our family. We were more than pleased with their presentation and knowledge presented to us. Both gentlemen were respectful of our home and our fur babies. There was no pressure to buy. When i asked to have a word with my husband both gentlemen jumped to go outside and bear the cold. I was only asking to leave the room for a word with the Hubby. They were able to answer all of our questions and more. They left our home leaving direct contact information and stating we are expecting a call wih any questions or concerns emphasing do not hesitate to call. Remind you we met on a Saturday afternoon and they are expecting and willing to take a call on a saturday evening? Is this even heard of now days??? This being said, please do not take advantage of such souls of sacrifice to please the DeBella Family. but such giving souls can be taken advantage of. Received an outstanding presentation from Damen and Tavin regarding Hardeeboard siding. Damen was the lead and extremely knowledgeable and helpful in addressing all of my questions. Tavin expertly worked the computer software so that we could see what various options looked like. Overall, I feel very confident in the decision we made to go forward. -- Fast forward to 5 Apr. Project started less than 3 weeks from signing. DaBella assigned an absolutely phenomenal company, Northwest Siding. They did a remarkable job and finished on 4 Apr (worked 9-10 hours for 8 days!). Am so pleased with the looks, flashing, caulking, and, most importantly, the quality of installation! Our house looks brand new. My thanks to Damen for selling us the product, Samantha for being the liaison for project execution, and Northwest Siding for their superb installation. Well done!

Highly recommend! We got our new roof installed within weeks of signing. Marcello helped us understand all the warranty and choices in shingle types, and got everything taken care of and explained the backstory of the company. We choose DaBella to replace our roof after hearing good things about them, and having a one-on-one consultation about our specific needs. Ever since I purchased my new home, the attic was HOT! Our DaBella consultant found that our attic was getting hot enough that my roofing nails were popping out, erupting through the shingles.Why was it so hot? On top of the shoddy tile work done when the roof was last replaced in 1998 (They put the nails in the wrong spot, allowing the shingles to lift up and snap in a windstorm), someone had blown insulation on top of all of the soffits. Unfortunately, our house has a very gradual pitch, so it is impossible to get my body into the space where the soffits are placed (my head won’t fit). Luckily, DaBella offers an air intake ‘soffit’ ON THE ACTUAL ROOF. This was a lifesaver, as we now have great ventilation, and I did not have to mess around with the old soffits (and the 10” of insulation that is sitting on top of them.The installation team was very friendly, and very hard working. They cleaned up everything each night, and worked long hours (including during a windstorm) to get our roof done as soon as possible. We absolutely love our new roof. The new ridgelines are custom pieces (not bent shingles), the new flashing is black, and looks great. I love how much cooler my attic is, and the assurance of the 50 year warranty by a reputable company (that won’t go out of business, like the people who replaced the roof in 98. Which of course voided the warranty).I am a Realtor in Spokane, and I will suggest DaBella to anyone who wants QUALITY and ASSURANCE, over spending the least amount of money to throw new shingles up (since that technique lasted only 20 years for this homes previous roof).This is your home. Spend a little extra money, and get good quality.

A Representative of DaBellas came to our home asking if we wanted were interested in getting any work done on our home and if wed like a free quote. Considering we are about 15 miles outside of 3 bigger cities and most contractors wont come out to, we jumped on the offer. Tabytha and Johnny came out the next day and talked to us about our options and what they offered. We chose to get 2 bath/showers replaced and replace our old aluminum windows. Tabytha and Johnny, were very professional and told us our options, gave us our estimate for what we wanted and walked us through every possible decision we could make. First, we had Paul, the contractor come out and replace both of our bathroom tubs and showers, and he did an awesome job. He friendly and patient with my little ones and their new puppy. We would highly recommend Paul...we didnt catch his last name though.After this was completed, Tabytha came out to our home to check out the job, but importantly, to see how we felt about our new bathrooms. She drove over an hour and a half one wY to check on us...is that not real service? Once it was time for the windows to be replaced, we were excited knowing that well get quality work from quality people. We were not disappointed. The windows turned out great and we can already feel the difference in our home...wife even asked to turn the heat down a notch since we arent dealing with drafty windows anymore. Once again, the day after the windows were installed, Tabytha came out to check on us and the work done. This is something we really value and appreciate. She, is young, but an old soul that will be honest and upfront with you. My wife even said how awesome she is and has been to us. We are very pleased and happy to recommend DaBella for your home improvement needs, and even more so, recommend Tabytha and Johnny to have your back and interests at heart. We are also grateful that a business out of Spokane is willing to drive 90 miles one way to help us, when our neighbors of 15 miles away are unwilling to do. While he was talking to us, I looked DaBella up on the Better Business Bureau web site. The only complaints were about the high-pressure sales tactics. All the positive reviews concerned the high quality of their roofs.When the time came for the installation, the job was accomplished very professionally in two days resulting in a minimum of stress and inconvenience for us. It’s probable that we will hire them again in the future for gutters and siding. All of the employees we dealt with were pleasant and comfortable to work with. Highly recommended.
