    My husband and I would like to thank Chad, Daniel and Caleb from Mr. Handyman of Spokane for their outstanding work in installing our new tub and shower surround. We have a small bathroom so there was many upsets in regards to this but the outcome was excellent. We also had no window but they installed one and it turned out perfect in and out. They were all very professional and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend Mr. Handyman for your projects. Very happy with them.

    Caleb was an amazing hire. He came to fix some peeled back trim above my garage door and replace some sealant above an upper window. No supervision on my part was required with him although I periodically checked in to answer any questions and ask a few of my own. He was courteous and hardworking.     Caleb did a great job removing a kitchen peninsula. Needed to increase an opening to accomodate a regular dishwasher. He arrived on time and got right to work. Cleaned up everything and hauled away the cabinet and door remnants so i didnt have to. Would highly recommend using Mr. Handyman for projects around your house.

    I needed help modifying a cut out for a new oven and microwave combination. My existing cut out wouldnt work. A friend refered me to Mr. Handyman and Im glad he did.     I had a contractor that had to abandon a siding job I hired him to do because of a family emergency. I had a tight window to get the job finished because painters and gutter contractors were already scheduled. I cannot remember the name of the scheduler I spoke to, but she was very helpful and understanding of my situation. She went out of her way and made some phone calls to other customers who already had work scheduled to get me a Handyman who specialized in siding within my time window. She is awesome! Handyman Rock came out, showed up on time, quickly assessed what was needed, and not only finished the siding in a professional and timely manner but corrected a mistake made by the previous contractor. Great service, reasonable pricing, and straightforward quick communication. Highly recommend!

    John did a terrific job on the fixes we needed. He fixed our front door to reduce the cold air getting in, braced our handrail going downstairs (that I thought was unfixable) and cut and glued outdoor carpet on our garage steps. All done quickly and expertly. We are so grateful.

    Brock was cordial and professional, and wasn’t disturbed to find out he’d installed my new wooden threshold in the wrong place. He reinstalled it correctly and even offered to put the inside door sweep on the door, which wasn’t even one of the tasks I’d hired him to do. He sawed the bottom edges off three doors which now close beautifully, repaired a dining room chair so that it stays together, and replaced the dowel in a poster bed finial. He even sawed a small board for a closet shelf. He had all the right tools and glue, so he didn’t need to run out for anything. Very nice guy.

    One of my vinyl siding was loose due to the wind and fixed through Mr. handyman.This was my first time to use them and the experience was extremely satisfied. Rock who was came to my house. He was earlier than actual appointment time which I was really happy about itHe explained what he would do and the cost.     We had a not so great experience several months ago with a contractor who is no longer on the job with this company and decided to reach out and try again with door repair and a combo lock installation on our front door. Chad Collins came out and was extremely professional and knowledgeable and completed the job in significantly less time that I had anticipated. Prior to him responding out I thought I would have to replace the entire front door and get frame work done. This was not the case due to his expertise and he efficiently completed the job, but was also courteous and explained what he was doing and not needing to do throughout the entire process.The dispatcher who set us up with an appointment reached out to us several times prior to Chad even responding to better understand what the issue was and assure us that her team knew what they were doing. I really appreciate this company putting their best foot forward and essentially changing our mind on their services by their communication and customer service they provided. My family thanks you!

    Very professional and efficient, friendly they listen to what you need done and get it all done . We had John install shelving in our kitchen cabinets and in the restroom .     Justin Lee is the young man who came form Mr. Handyman to install my microwave oven was so nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Since I bought the same kind of microwave the bracket was there, he was done in no time at all. Justin then also installed new light bulbs in my under the cupboard lights for me since he had time. I had tried to I stall the lights myself with no resolve. Justin had it done in just a few minutes. Thank you Justin and thank you Mr. Handyman for sending this nice young man to help me.     I was at my wits end about fixing a piece of fascia that flew off in the wind storm. The supplier wouldnt sell me the material unless its to a contractor and contractors wouldnt come out for such a small job. Then I called Mr Handyman and had a pleasant experience with Sherry over the phone after being turned away by many other businesses. She was able to source the material from a local supplier and squeeze me in on the schedule for the next day given the prior jobs finished on time. The technician was tied up from a previous job and wasnt sure he would have time. I received prompt notification about this. To my surprise, he ended up carving out time at the end of the day to get my work done. It looks good as new and I am so happy. I only wish I had found Mr. Handyman sooner.

    After months of contractors leaving jobs unfinished, not showing up when they promised saying they would do the job and then never showing or even calling I found Mr Handyman. They answered, set up an appointment, showed up on time and completed the job efficiently and neatly. After 15 months my garage is finally repaired after a falling tree damaged it in January 2021. The Handyman they sent, Rock Bass, was very pleasant and professional. I am having Mr Handyman do another job soon. I would recommend them to anyone.

    I had 3 TV stands to put together. All were done correctly. Also 1 TV wall mounting. Then I have a high-boy that needed to be moved. Very heavy & on carpet, also a book case. Then a home alarm system. All were done. John was very patient with my 3 mo old puppy & the cat. Very pleasant man & always asked where I wanted something placed. Wall Mount was adjusted for my needs, not just placed on the wall.

    Rock Bass did a fine job on our project. We were very satisfied with his work, and he was pleasant to deal with. The only negative is that he was not allowed to tell us his vaccination status. We are old and medically vulnerable, so we would prefer not to have someone in our home who is unvaccinated/boosted. He did put on a mask without complaint, however. We would urge Mr. Handyman to change its policy.

    9/10SOW was for shower repair including green board replacement and tiling.Pros:+Arrived on time+Agreed to replacing one side wall and shower faucet/shower handle/shower head+Communicated immediately with me and included pictures about further repairs on back wall needed due to extensive moisture damage+Was able to adapt to unique install configuration of the tub as it wasnt fully flush to the wall and needed two sheets of green board on the back wall.+Cleaned up job site and concentrated remains outside on front porch+Was able to take calls after hours to discuss regarding issues that arose with the original set of shower fixtures chosenSlight cons:-When it was discovered on day 2 that the chosen shower fixtures wouldnt work with the existing valve, I was not notified immediately and had to read the invoice that night to find out there was an issue. if I hadnt read it at all or had been thorough, I might have missed it.-No discussion regarding removal of resulting trash aside from the second day invoice stating that would be determined later. this is fine however as I was planning on getting rid of it myself, I was just never approached over the phone on whether that would be required.-Tile placement was slightly odd regarding the original side wall.both the inside edge and outside edge were finished with half cut tiles leading me to wonder if tile placement was started in the center. this led to needing extra work to sand down and smooth the outside edge tile. possible theres a good reason for this placement but im not sure.-Outside edge where tile met drywall was not mudded or grouted or caulked, easy fix-Very minor spots in grout that didnt seal entirely. easy fix-couple of existing pinholes got missed for mud. easy fixI give this business a solid 9/10 for work performed, just needed a couple minute spots touched up. I am happy with my shower now.

    I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Handyman; from my first phone call to the final result. Over many years, our heavy front door became more and more difficult to open and close. We worried it may have to be replaced. Justin came, diagnosed and fixed the problem in minutes. It now works better than when it was first installed. He also came back to fine tweak another small issue with the door. Now it works better than when it was first installed. He is knowledgable, quick and extremely personable.I will not hesitate to call them again

    I love Mr. Handyman of Spokane. Its difficult in Northern Idaho to find a handyman that is licensed, bonded and insured. Fortunately Mr. Handyman is right across the border. They also come prepared with tools and everything they need. In my case they installed a new locking mailbox for me. They arrived with Quikrete so they could set the post in concrete, took before and after photos and cleaned up afterwards.The best part was the front office. Everyone is jammed in this area right now with folks moving to the area and construction going like crazy. Its hard to find anyone to do small odd jobs. Fortunately my timing was flexible and the office kept me informed when they had someone in the area. It worked out great. They had someone available sooner than theyd originally forecast and we were able to get my project completed a week earlier than Id expected. Good thing because it snowed the next day! Thank you Mr. Handyman of Spokane! I know who Im going to call next time!

    Mr. Handyman did a great job rebuilding a railing and installing a hand rail up a steep set of stairs. They were on time worked hard and did everything to my specifications. I would definitely recommend them for small projects that you just dont have time to get to.

    Our technician was Mr. Soren Walsh who fixed our three doors that were not air tight plus did a few other things involving electrical and construction experience. His vast background allows him to give us valuable and most needed advice on construction projects including those outside the scope of Mr. Handyman. If the company cant provide the services needed theyll conduct research for those who can and are willing. I am so happy with Mr. Walsh and Mr. Handyman!

    Mr. Handyman of Spokane was tremendous to work with. Carl, the owner of this local franchise was willing to do what it takes to get the job done right. Carl was very helped me figure out exactly what needed to be done so the time spent at my home was not wasted, I did not spend more money than I needed to, and I appreciate that very much. The the repair man Don, when he came out he listened to my concerns and cared about what I was saying, and fixed the problems.     Talk about professionalism - I called for a quote on installing a ladder to access my garage attic. When I told the representative my house was new, she mentioned attic spaces in new houses are not designed to hold weight for storage purposes and asked that I send over some pictures of the space. I did so, and Googled what she was talking about in the meantime, finding out that the trusses used in modern homes are indeed not rated to support the type of weight I would need to use it as storage. A couple minutes later, the owner, Carl, called me and chatted through his thoughts on the space, recommending that I not go through with the install as the bracing required to make the space usable would be cost prohibitive. He also recommended that I have the space insulated as he noticed it was not, but that I could benefit from that. Ultimately, I have adjusted plans for my storage solution and will be getting that space insulated. Carl and his team are the utmost professionals, and in just a few minutes saved me tons of time, money, and headache, and helped steer me in a direction that is more effective for my situation and needs. As I assemble projects to be completed this spring, I will absolutely be calling them back for their help, and I look forward to working with such honest and experienced folks.
