    George Lopez from Zoom Drain saved us!! We had 2 of water flood our basement just days before our family was coming home for Christmas. He and his team came out to our house, scoped the drains to determine the cause of failure, and repaired the drains all without tearing the yard.     A+ service and A+++ humans!We had a sewage clog with sewage flooding into our garage. I reached out to Anthony late on a Friday night and he promptly responded and was out to our home the next morning!We had a bit of a unique situation and he was extremely caring and thoughtful throughout the entire process. He was sincere and honest and did not try to nickel and dime us. Went step by step to resolve the problem at a very reasonable price.On top of that, Karina was truly the warmest lady in the world who exemplified empathy and care to ensure peace of mind and resolution.I cannot recommend Zoom Drain highly enough!

    We needed some help with a clogged drain and George came out an hour earlier than expected; which was such a HUGE relief. While the toilet needed to be removed, the clog is fine and we’re able to use our water again. George (and Anthony) were very professional, extremely nice, and knowledgeable.     If you are in a need of plumber, I would definitely consider Zoom Drain!I had a clogged bathtub drain that kept getting worse and worse. I attempted to clear the drain myself but the clog was just too far down. I reluctantly gave up!I called Zoom Drain and they were professional and quick to get someone out to clear my drain.George was the technician that came out and he was super friendly, efficient and most importantly, got the job done! He informed me that the clog was from a bunch of hair and it was quite far down the drain.Really glad I found Zoom Drain and would 100% use them again!

    Additional review for the 11/6 service call: We had a great experience with George when he came to inspect our drain on 11/6. Although Zoom Drain doesn’t handle pump replacements, George went above and beyond to refer us promptly to a trusted plumber who could help. We really appreciated that he didn’t charge a diagnostic fee, especially since the pump replacement itself was a big investment. His professionalism, honesty, and helpful referral made a challenging situation much easier, and we’re very grateful for his assistance.     Ive had the worst shower blockage ever. Even after having my septic tank serviced it was still backed up...here comes my new hero George who tried different ways to unclog the drain at least 4 times yet he persisted and found the problem through the bathroom sink.He destroyed the culprit and sanitized the area .I am now blockage free.     Zoom Drain worked for me before in Woodinville. They always did an excellent job. Our new neighbor, now in Snohomish experienced dremendus drainage problems within a 14 inch culvert that was installed underneath the driveway. I contacted Zoom Drain in their behalf, and coordinated with them to get some help with that problem. Anthony committed to come by the very next day, and together with George, the arrived as promised. Both got the equipment running and went to town.After several 100s of gallon of water they were finally successful and cleaned the drain from moss, dirt and roots which made their way in to the culvert. Based one my previous experience with Zoom Drain, I recommended them to the neighbor, and it was a referral tat was spot-on. I can only recommend them, for their commitment, friendliness and showing up as promised.

    I am very impressed with Andrew at Zoom.Thursday night I ran the dishwasher and my tub started backing up with water and rotten smelling stuff.I called Zoom Friday morning. Burke, the dispatcher, scheduled Andrew to come out later that afternoon between 1 – 3. They said there was no dispatch fee. Around 11:30, Andrew called to say he could arrive earlier if it worked for me.Andrew arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional, polite and friendly. He did a thorough job of looking and checking things. He even went under the house in the very low crawl space to check the pipes and to see if there was any leaking.He provided me with an estimate of what needed to be done and gave me a couple of options. He was more than willing to answer all my questions. I appreciated his plumbing knowledge and that he could explain things in an easy-to-understand way.After signing the contract, he got to work. He was mindful and respectful of my house. He had thick coverings to put on the floor and plenty of buckets. He used the hydro jet to unclog drains and kept an eye on other plumbing fixtures around the house to see how they were reacting to the hydro jet.He didn’t do the bare minimum either. He made sure the tub, kitchen, and other bathroom fixtures were all draining and not bubbling up and he went under the house again to double check things. He even cleaned the stinky stuff out of my tub. I felt reassured that when he was leaving everything was fixed.The cost seemed reasonable for a thorough, complete repair and same day service. I will be calling them for all my plumbing issues from now on and asking for Andrew.

    We had a clogged sewer line and had another plumbing company scope it. They only gave me one option for repair and it involved taking out a sizable loan. The scope did not repair the blockage so I contacted Zoom plumbing and they were out within an hour of my call. I shared the drain video with their technician Justin who assessed it and gave me a range of options within my budget. He gave clear numbers and guidance. Most importantly he got the drain cleared after a bit of work. He gave a list of recommendations for future work but did was never pressuring. Appreciate Zoom timeliness, honesty, clarity and reasonable pricing. After a bad experience with the other company the day earlier, it was good to have such a positive one with Justin. I will definitely use Zoom again.

    Anthony M. was great. First off, he was understanding and patient as I was late to our meeting (sorry). When we initially spoke on the phone, he realized we may need an estimate for some work, and he changed the work order up so that he could be onsite to do the camera work personally. While onsite, he demonstrated a clear understanding of our system and potential problems, and took steps to help us get to the bottom of things. He was so helpful that we used him a second time at a different site with two different sewer lines tying into one shared line. When things that were showing up in the pipeline didnt make sense with what we saw above-ground, he took the time and effort to piece together how everything worked. He even helped us re-align a cleanout cover that had been misaligned for ages. Ill be using calling Zoom whenever I need a problem diagnosed, and Ill be asking for Anthony. Of course, as with trips to the E.R., you dont want to have to use them if you dont have to (who wants sewer issues?), but when its needed, Im satisfied that Ill have someone knowledgeable and reliable to work with. Some out of the box. Jordan and Jesse recently serviced one of our rental home sewer lines and had the problem cleared out fast.     Anthony Came out day of call and snaked and videoed my main sewer line. Once the power snake didn’t work he suggested hydro jetting the drain and this seemed to do the trick.     Water was backing up into my basement. Lonnie French used a snake to clear my main drain pipe of obstruction. With a scope he found roots in the pipe about 56 feet out and marked that spot outside my house. Since Lonnie French had to remove my toilet for all this, I decided to have him replace my 1940s toilet with a new water-saving TOTO toilet which works much better. Lonnie French left everything spotless. Jesse Floyd worked all the next day to break through paving and dig down to my clay drain pipe. He cracked it open to remove a 16 inch plug of roots. Jesse Floyd used a scope to ensure the rest of the pipe was clear. He replaced that section with PVC pipe and added a cleanout. Zoom Drain was great to work with and I highly recommend them!

    Great experience with Zoom Drain. We had two clogged kitchen sinks with a very long run with many turns before it exited the house plumbing (I augered it out two months earlier myself but apparently didnt do a good enough job). Multiple other plumbers couldnt have gotten to us for a couple of days but one referred us to Zoom Drain, and Andrew was on site in an hour. He set down mats to protect the floor from the hose from the truck and wore booties when moving around the house. We turned out to have multiple clogs and partial blockages, and he got them all via hydrojet and tested that it was all flowing well. Andrew left the work area super clean, all the backflow water was caught and disposed of in the toilet with no spills. Very patient with me asking questions, etc. as well ;) Would definitely just call them first next time.

    Great experience all around. First for me to call a plumber was a big deal as I am typically capable of handling most situations at home. I called at 8pm to a friend and funny operator that was quick and happy to help. Happy to help, wow!     When Hart Service in the middle of fixing the plumbing issue and unable to fix the broken sewer pipe as quickly as they should, I contacted Zoom Drain and talked with Anthony, the owner.     Trent came to clean our clogged sewer line and did an amazing job. He was incredibly friendly, explained every step including pricing, allowed me to watch the entire experience (never seen a drain camera in action before!), and answered all my questions with no complaints.     Zoom Drain is terrific. Jordan is awesome- easy to discuss the issues with, very knowledgeable. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and completed everything in a timely and professional manner. This was a unit in a building that is almost one hundred years old, with old plumbing and fixtures. He was careful and repaired everything that was leaking/not working and went the extra mile when clearing the main drain, catching an issue that if it had been left much longer, would have caused a lot of damage down the road.     Contacting Zoom and making my appointment was easy and seamless.They came one day after my first contact. Macario of Zoom arrived on time. He was totally professional throughout, observing COVID prevention/mitigation throughout the process. He was clear and up-front about costs, options and possible outcomes. At no time did I feel that I was being taking advantage of. He resolved the challenging problem (outside downspout drain clog) and stayed with it until he and I were both satisfied that the problem had been cleared and the issue corrected.     Jordan with Zoom Drain was very professional, courteous and had a delightful personality! He not only figured out our toilet problem but he took great care to keep our house clean by placing mats, cloths, and wore gloves at all times unless he was doing other activities not involving our toilet such as opening our front door. We appreciated his actions to make sure there was minimal mess. A week before we had another plumbing company come and there was no protective mats or gloves worn. We spent significant effort cleaning up afterwards. So it was a relief that Jordan was great with his method to be sure protection was provided. And overall we appreciated how Jordan clearly communicated what our toilet problem was and provided some solutions so that we would hopefully not run into the problem again.     I am new to the area and I am buying a house in Seattle. The homeowner had a sewer inspection done without a lot of detail attached. I reached out to Zoom, as I was looking for a second opinion. I knew this was kind of a weird request but I sent them the video and the report from the other company.The same day I sent my request, Woody responded and gave me his honest analysis of the sewer pipe video. I really appreciated the promptness and candor and he made me feel a lot more comfortable about proceeding with the home purchase.Before talking to Woody, I also called another company and they wanted to come out and scope the sewer themselves before giving any kind of opinion, which I thought was a waste of a perfectly good scope less than a week ago.Really great trustworthy service, as I invariably have other plumbing and other drain issues come up I won’t hesitate to give Zoom a call!

    Zoom Drain came out for an emergency sewer line clog clogging a 2 unit split level apartment building. The drain to the street was clogged out to the road. The plumber Andrew was able to clean 120+ ft of the sewer line and was able to get all sitting waste out of the dip in the pipe causing the clog.Any other company would not have prioritized our emergency the way that Zoom Drain did!Both the office staff and the on site technician Andrew were extremely friendly and professional.I highly recommend Zoom Drain for any main line or septic repairs, maintenance, installations, etc..

    I did not have an emergency call but I requested a call for the following morning at 9:00. I received a call right on time, the appointment was scheduled for a few hours later and he arrived promptly. My first option was to fix the problem and if that didnt work then to replace the fixture. He was able to fix it and did an assessment that determined that it did not need replacing at this time. The work is also guaranteed for a period of time. It was all taken care of in a minimal amount of time and the technician was very professional and took time to explaine every step to me. I would definitely call them again.

    Jordan of Zoom Drain fixed our problem quickly and professionally. He arrived on-time, listened carefully, explained our options, and took care of business. We had a sewer backup issue that he quickly cleared. He did not over-sell the various options available. Rather his advice was offered carefully and with the explicit goal of clearing the blockage while minimizing our overall expense. Ultimately, we will need to upgrade our old sewer drain pipes which are original to our 1951 home. Jordan was knowledgeable about some of the options (replacing versus lining original pipes) and referred us to a senior colleague about technical aspects less familiar to him. In my experience, this level of professionalism is rare. I hope to work more with Jordan while I plan the inevitable upgrade to our aging home sewer drainage system.

    Jordan helped retrieve the connection end of a fish tank siphon that the homeowner (me) had unfortunately dropped down the washing machine standpipe while pouring vinegar into the standpipe. It had traveled far past the standpipe and into the galvanized pipe in the floor. Jordan had to cut the PVC drain pipe above the galvanized and pull it back in order to fish out the piece of plastic. It was extremely challenging, and Jordan was kind enough to let me watch and share ideas on how to solve the problem. Jordans patience and expertise through all of the work was impressive,. It was a heroic effort. n After, clearing the line, he did a masterful job repairing the pipes and cleaning up.This is my second experience working with Zoom Drain this summer. Earlier in the summer they removed roots from our sewer line. They have been very professional and affordable. I highly recommend Zoom Drain.

    I bought a brand new house. One of my toilets has been backing up soon after I moved in. Emily was very courteous when I called to schedule a service. Lonnie came in the scheduled timeframe. He was courteous and professional. Pricing was clearly communicated to me up front. He quickly determined that something was in the pipe causing the clog (not the vent or the toilet itself). He used a camera and looked inside the drain pipe. The only thing he noticed that could be the reason for the clog was some paint in the pipe. He then used high pressure water and successfully removed the paint. He showed me on a screen what was in the pipe before and after the power wash. He then put the toilet back and cleaned up. I have had no problems afterwards. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
