Tracy and Brayden from Rodney & Sons Plumbing & Air arrived immediately with no trouble whatsoever! The woman in the Seattle office was fantastic, as were the guys! They assisted me and restored my hot water supply in less than 24 hours! Ill always turn to them for any plumbing needs. They are highly skilled and their prices are not steep. Now under new management, their service has been truly great. I cant thank them enough, it felt wonderful to take a hot shower again! Rodney & Sons Plumbing & Air, you guys made my day!

Last month, I noticed a leak in my master bathroom. A friend of mine from Seattle recommended Rodney & Sons Plumbing & Air. Even though I live on the outskirts of Seattle, I decided to give them a call. I spoke directly with the new owner who was incredibly professional and accommodating. Brayden arrived at my home within the same week and promptly identified the leak. He quoted me a reasonable price, which was great as we were already planning to remodel the bathroom. He coordinated with my contractor, explaining his plan and they both worked together to come up with a solution. The following week, the job was completed. Rodney & Sons Plumbing & Air is a responsible, reliable company with outstanding customer service. The new owner, Tracy, called me last week to check in which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely keep their business card in a safe place. Great job, team! Under the new management, they are providing excellent service.

Brayden was a professional, helpful, and simply skilled plumber throughout the entire experience. They provided an estimate for an underground pipe leak repair and managed to get us on the schedule and finished quicker than we anticipated. The plumbing job was done to high standards and appears to be holding up well. Tracy in the office was a joy to collaborate with. When the plumbing work was completed, they charged us for what was done, no hidden costs, and it surprisingly came in below the original estimate. ive never seen this with any other services before. Their pricing is fair and competitive. They also have wonderful, timely, and professional team.

The customer service at this plumbing company did a fantastic job in managing my appointment. There was a minor mix-up with the communication and timing for my session, but this was quickly resolved. When Brayden, my technician, arrived in Seattle, he assessed my plumbing issues and eased my worries. It turned out that the problems were not as dire as I had initially feared (I was preparing myself for a hot water heater replacement). I appreciated that Brayden did not try to sell me something that wasnt required.

He advised me to turn off my main water supply, and returned promptly at 4pm the next day, arriving just as I got home from work. The plumbing issue was resolved in under 10 minutes and for a fair price. I would certainly recommend Brayden and Rodney & Sons Plumbing & Air to my nearest and dearest friends and family. Truly satisfied customer.

The plumber, Tracy, was detailed in his explanations. He was prompt, effective, and kept his mask on during the whole repair process. i found this service in the Yellow Pages and was overjoyed that I did. He repaired my ejector lift pump effortlessly and even gave me tips on how to mend my old ejector lift pump for future use. Im very satisfied with the plumbing service provided in Seattle! Ill definitely return! Now under new management, the company is offering excellent service.

Making an appointment was a breeze and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Brayden did an excellent job at unclogging the sewer line that had only been partially cleared by a previous plumber. Im convinced that the use of a camera system was key to his success. Theres also a follow-up visit planned with a camera operator who will measure the length of the pipe to determine if more work needs to be done. The company is now under new management and they are providing fantastic service. I would suggest their services to anyone in Seattle who needs a reliable plumber.

Weve turned to him for many plumbing jobs and he always proves himself as a committed problem solver, standing by the quality of his work. Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didnt charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.
