    The crew did an excellent job (had the sewer line replaced via pipe bursting). They made sure we always had use of the sewer at the end of the day and were very communicative. Had only one minor issue with the concrete sidewalk that was replaced and they came out and made it right. Great job and great service!

    I have been a Raymark customer for over 15 years and they are my go-to plumbing service. I have had a sump pump and hot water tank installed and several other small repairs over the years and Joe and his crew are always super knowledgeable, friendly and fast. My latest escapade was a faulty mixer switch on our hot water system that was diagnosed over the phone with pics and then repaired within hours by John, who was great. Kudos also to Courtney for just being friendly on the phone, a missing art nowadays. Thanks for always being there Raymark!

    Had a great experience with Raymark. Looked at reviews, and found them to be a customer friendly local company. Worked with Marissa to get the information they needed to get a quote. She was professional and a great communicator. Ty, the tech provided the quote as promised. Was fortunate to get scheduled the next day. Ty and his assistant John were prompt, professional and did great work. Was actually relieved when Ty suggested replacing our water pressure valve (that was not functioning) and main line shut off valve. This was added to the job on the spot. Ty provided great explanations for all of the work. Took them less than two hours to do everything with minimal impact to my family and with quality work. I will for sure be contacting Raymark for all of my future plumbing needs. Bravo!

    Weve used Raymark repeatedly. Work is always top notch. First visit to discuss what needs to be done is helpful, clear and gives us options. Workers show up, are friendly, clear communicators, get to the work and are careful to clean up. I assume they are busy since scheduling the visits usually takes some time and some back and forth on phone or email.

    A couple of years ago, Raymark did some work for us which included installing a lining in our main sewer lines to prevent roots, dirt, and rocks from working their way into the lines. Unfortunately, when they installed the lining they missed one of the connecting lines into our main sewer line.Two years later our kitchen drain backed up. We had no reason to think that Raymark’s work was to blame so we called in a plumber to clear the blockage. Snaking the line did not clear the problem and it was ultimately determined that the only way to clear the blockage was to dig down to the blockage and clear it from the outside. Only when the sewer line was cut open did it become apparent that the blockage was due to Raymark’s prior work. We documented our findings and presented them to Raymark. Shortly after that, Raymark sent us an apology and a check for the entire cost of the repair. We are greatly appreciative of Raymark’s response and we highly recommend them to fix your sewer line problems and to stand by their work, financially and otherwise. We would use them again.

    Its very rare to be 100% satisfied with a contractor, but we had a great experience with Raymark. We hired Raymark to repair a water pipe leak on our property. They were very professional and responsive throughout the whole process. We got quotes from three different companies and Raymarks was the most reasonable. Once we made our decision and informed Raymark, they were able to come the next day to fix our problem. Highly recommended!

    Recently we discovered that we had a leak in our water line (outside between street and house). I first called one local company and received a call back from their subcontractor more than an hour away from us. They gave us an estimate over the phone but could not come out for a couple of days. The second place I called was too busy to take new jobs. I then called Raymark based upon proximity and good reviews. They were great on the phone and had someone out to us in about an hour to evaluate the problem. They gave a very reasonable quote and agreed to do the work next day because they knew our water meter was spinning. They arrived promptly the next morning. The guys were great, explained what they were going to do, and completed the work in little over a half day (completely replaced our ancient water line). Just a great overall experience and would highly recommend Raymark.

    Weve used Raymark for a few jobs over the years, and this time we had to do a fairly major upgrade to our super dated sewer. They were very responsive, assembled the team and got to work very quickly - within hours of signing the paperwork, one of them showed up to see if he could provide a temporary relief. From there, guys showed up every day, worked hard and in about a week, everything got done!     As a fellow contractor myself, I know it when I see top-notch service it in action. Raymark did a remarkable job replacing our residential water service line.     I have used Raymark for many years for everything from sewer work to minor kitchen faucet repairs and have always been happy with the service and the results. The crews that come out are particularly pleasant and knowledgeable and are a pleasure to to deal with. Recently I had an emergency water tank replacement that needed to be done (it happened late afternoon) and Raymark scheduled it within hours and was out the first thing next morning with the work being completed before lunch. The tech even left the house in better shape than they found it and the hot water felt great. Recommend the company and their super staff to anyone looking plumbing work.

    Timing. A leaking main water feed occurred late Saturday night on MLK weekend when plumbing emergencies were everywhere due to the cold snap. I called 3 plumbing repair vendors Sunday. Raymark was the only one to have a live person answer. An estimator visited my property the next day, Monday, and supplied a bid to replace the leaking 58 year old galvanized underground feed. A crew showed up Tuesday and ran a temporary line from my meter to the house. Water flow restored after only 2 days of shutoff. Wednesday the Ditch Witch boring machine showed up and placed a new approximately 60 foot plastic underground feed line. Thursday a crew showed up for final connection of the new line and site cleanup, working in cold rain and mud. I was always informed by phone when a crew was coming out and they always appeared as promised. Every worker on the project worked hard, knew their stuff, and they were friendly and courteous. The final bill came in exactly as quoted - no nickel and dime add-ons in spite of going the extra mile such as relocating my crawl space shutoff valve to where it could be quickly accessed in an emergency. To get this level of service, without price gouging, during an area-wide plumbing crisis really impressed me.

    I found out that our hot water heater had failed and called Raymark after business hours. Ty called me the same evening and asked me to send him photos of the old water heater. The Raymark crew came first thing the next morning and replaced the water heater in our basement with a new 50-gallon unit in a couple of hours. They told me to wait for at least two hours for the water to heat up. After a couple of hours, only cold water was coming out, so I called Ty again and explained the situation. The same two plumbers came back right away and quickly figured out how to reset the thermostat. They did a great job! Please thank them for me!

    I had a sewer draining issue and the responded extremely quickly! Very professional and communicative. Their techs know what they are doing and leave the area they worked on cleaner than when they started.They where able to send the correct teams out and solved my draining issue so fast, it was almost like it never happened. Had Andrew come out and since he had come out the year before for a separate issue, he remembered exactly were all the lines where. Was professional and took extensive notes for the repair team to come in and do their work without any redundant scoping time.They arent the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Absolutely worth every penny and more.

    We had a great experience working with Raymark Plumbing. I had an unusual need of having to replace a water pressurizer in my unit that was over 15 years old. I called around and either no one worked on these or wouldnt bother with the project since it was in a Condo building in Capitol Hill. Raymark came out quickly and got me a quote for the work. It took longer than we all expected to get the part in, but once it was in they got my scheduled quickly.Ty, their master plumber, that quoted the work handled the install and they did a great job getting it installed quickly and cleaning up after themselves.

    Had Andrew with Raymark Plumbing at my house today. Our Side Sewer is broken. He was able to open the clog, and identify the broken sewer pipes. He was professional and very pleasant to have on site. I have more work coming, but this 1st phase was done perfectly, and I really appreciate the excellent service from Andrew and Raymark Plumbing. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing. Camera work, snaking the pipes and then locating the breaks with paint on the cement. The cost for the clean out and inspection was a very fair price.

    I had a problem with water leaking into my basement due to a blocked storm drainage system. Raymark was highly recommended by a neighbor who had drainage work done last year. Kevin came to my home and discussed several options and provided me with a very detailed written estimate at less than half of what another company proposed. The gentlemen who performed the work, Juan and Kyle, were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He could have easily proposed the most expensive option as the best; however, he clearly enjoys creative solutions and customer satisfaction over unnecessary expensive solutions. On top of that, Kevin was a joy to work with - so professional, friendly, and responsive to customer needs. He also facilitated work needed with a gutter company that was necessary to the job. When it came time for the work to be done, the team of Juan, Taylor, and Sergio were incredible. They got the complicated job done in record time with no disruption to my routine or schedule. I was able to be home the entire time and they were independent, thorough in their work, professional, and friendly. I am 100% completely satisfied with my use of Raymark.     I contacted Raymark after hours when I noticed that my 16 year old water heater had a pool of water around it. Raymark was very responsive and was able to come out the next day and replace the water heater for a much lower price than I expected. “Joe” was very professional and also helped identify some issues with the wiring in my garage that needed to address as well.     Dart and Joe provided very good service. I really appreciated that Raymark was able to respond and send someone out to my house on a government holiday. Dart was polite and courteous.     Raymark’s customer service is really great. Kami was super helpful on the phone and while I was scheduling for the next day, she saw that she had a team available right away and re-routed them to me so that they could look at the issue the same day.Jose and his assistant were very nice and professional. They assessed the problem right away, showed me where the leak was and replaced the necessary pipes within 30 minutes.Turns out, Jose was the same plumber who fixed our shower a year ago (which was a huge undertaking because of our strange old house plumbing) and he did an excellent job with that as well. We definitely recommend Raymark and will continue to use them.

    We’ve used Raymark a number of times and have always been pleased and completely satisfied with the service. This time it was to replace our hot water heater with a new tankless heater.     Raymark replaced our main water line from the street to our house. The result was extremely successful as we now have excellent water volume in our 100 year-old Capitol Hill house.     We have an old house and I have had some difficult experiences with plumbers in the past so when the hot water stopped working in our shower and our hose bib started vibrating and making an awful when turned on I dreaded another frustrating and expensive experience and procrastinated for a week. I finally asked a friend for a referral and from there everything was great. I called Raymark and got an appointment within 3 days. They arrived, determined the problems, gave me a fair price right away, and successfully completed the work within a couple of hours. I was thrilled with their work and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Raymark!

    I am so thankful to our plumber Joe and the rest of the Raymark team. We had water leaking through our kitchen walls as a result of an installation error made before we moved in, so a drip leak had been going for years. Joe was able to quickly identify the leak and thought through a number of options. The end result was a less invasive and less costly fix than it could have been, thanks to his thoughtfulness and ingenuity.Combine the highly skilled technicians with a very responsive scheduling team and the result they get is a customer for life!     The Wolverine brand pull out kitchen faucet broke Sunday afternoon and we went to the Raymark website to send email requesting service. We were contacted Monday by Raymark and supplied photos of the misbehaving kitchen faucet per their request and asked for repair/replacement of the product, as Raymark had installed it in 2011. We said we expected it was out of warranty. Hayden of Raymark located a replacement part and arrived Tuesday afternoon with part. He replaced malfunctioning part and advised it was indeed under warranty, so no charge for part and no charge for labor. We were very impressed with Raymarks, and Haydens prompt, efficient resolution to our plumbing problem. This event simply reinforced our continuing satisfaction with services big and small that Raymark plumbing has given us over the last 20+ years. We do not hesitate to recommend them to all and sundry.

    We met Levi for the second time today when he came to help us with a clogged sewer line. He was just as efficient and personable as on the first visit. He communicated extremely well and methodically worked through the problem. He found another inside clean out access that I had forgotten about. He left with our line clear and ready to use. We had called Raymark last night when the second toilet overflowed (long story - we thought the block had been cleared). He was able to come this morning which is much appreciated.     I have nothing but great things to say about Raymark Plumbing! Ive never dealt with a plumbing company before so was a little nervous about finding one I could trust. I got a bid from another company and it was much higher than I expected. I then got a bid from Raymark which was much more reasonable. And the best part was that they were available to do the work on my new bathroom when I needed them. All of my communication with Brittany was clear, accurate and I was made to feel like my small job was as important as any other. My plumber, Hayden, was friendly, thorough and very skilled. I have recommended Raymark to friends and family and will absolutely use them again!

    Raymark has exceeded my expectations at every step of the way. Beginning 2 years ago with an emergency sewer back up into my basement, Levi worked tirelessly to snake the line and even called in a favor with a water jetting company to further clear my lines when snaking couldnt dislodge all the roots. The company did an evaluation of my sewer and explained exactly why I was continuing (and would continue) to have the issue and backed up their analysis with video clearly showing the problem. They have just completed replacement of my old lines with new ones and lined pipes to prevent future issues. From scheduling (Tonja) to estimating (Kevin) to the actual digging, replacing, lining and repairing concrete sidewalk (Juan, Dave and crew), everyone has been stellar. I highly recommend!

    We have used Raymark twice for our plumbing needs. The first time we came across them was when another company never showed up. We called another company but their bid seemed too high for the small problem we had. Our kitchen sink water pressure was too low. We worked with Jon at the Raymark office and Ty was our plumber - these two are a great team. Then last month in Dec., we noticed our water bill went up 4X! There was no obvious leak around the house nor was there any extra usage. Jon sent Ty again. He did an inexpensive leak test using a simple dye in all of the toilets. There was a leak but not inside the house - the front yard water faucet pipe was leaking below ground, but it wasnt obvious because of all the rain. Ty scheduled work right way to cap off the pipe between the mainline and water faucet. It only took 2 hours to complete the work, and with fair pricing. We appreciate Tys honesty in that he said this may or may not solve the problem, but well know for sure with the next bill. We have been very pleased on both times we used them. We highly recommend Jon and Ty for their promptness, honesty and professionalism.

    I recently had my sewer rebuilt with Raymark, and they provided expert service and quality work.Tonja, who works in customer service provided the most excellent, friendly, polite, professional and punctual service. She really went out of her way to explain things, as I really knew nothing about the process, and she always returned my calls promptly.     Called Raymark Plumbing when we discovered a toilet leak and they sent someone out the same day which was important as we were traveling the following day. The plumber was super nice and knew exactly what the problem was. Turned out it was only a couple bolts that needed tightening and he was totally honest that my husband could tighten the bolts himself or he would be happy to do it but he would have to charge us the minimum charge. We did end up fixing it ourselves but it was so great to have such nice guys help us out that we will always call Raymark for future jobs from now on!

    I don’t normally post reviews but had to share how great Raymark is to work with. The city discovered a crushed sewer main for my townhome under the street and required me to fix it. I contacted multiple other plumbing companies and couldn’t get one to even come give an estimate. Finally I found Raymark. They listened to my issue, came out and gave an inspection, clearly talked me through my options, and ultimately fixed the problem to perfection. Though the whole process Kevin and Tonja were incredibly helpful and communicative and used their expertise and knowledge of working with the city to get the job done and provide lots of documentation to help me file a claim. I cannot recommend them enough and they came in and saved an awful situation for me! I intend to use them for all of my plumbing issues in the future and would recommend them to anyone, including family. It can be challenging to find reputable companies but Raymark is fantastic and a company you can absolutely trust to do the work well for a fair price.

    As a preventative measure I had the old rubber hoses upgraded to metal hoses for my washer plus, installed new hot & cold faucet seats.Tanya took my incoming call and she was most pleasant and professional. The office called me two more times to advise me Jose would be at my condo within 30 minutes.Jose and his partner evaluated my request and gave me a quote. I elected to proceed. Jose completed the work perfectly in one hour. The space was left clean and tidy and my washer / dryer put back in place.Cost? Well, let me just say this. Any young man floundering in college with no apparent purpose, racking up enormous student loan debt, consider a plumbing apprenticeship. You will have a most comfortable income.     The pilot light on my 8 year old water heater unceremoniously went out while I was on vacation, so I called Raymark after I experienced a bracing shower and then unsuccessfully tried to restart it myself.Tonja was very kind and knowledgeable over the phone and made sure she got all the information the first time. Ty called within a few minutes and after troubleshooting I sent him some photos of the unit and he said hed be out the very next morning. I had an appointment but I left him a door code.He called shortly after he arrived and said he got the pilot light restarted for me and thered be no charge, and then gave me a quote for replacement if it does in fact die completely in the near future. I thought this was really nice so I can plan for it.I hope I wont have to use a plumber much, but I look forward to working with Raymark in the future!Update October 2019: the pilot light on my gas furnace went out. After being on hold with the furnace company for 15 minutes I called Raymark to see if they could do it. Jon asked around and said thats not in their scope, but that I could call the gas company and they should be able to reset it for free. It took two minutes but thats the kind of service that will keep me calling Raymark first for all my plumbing needs!

    I needed a plumber to look at a slow draining toilet the day before I had to go out of town. I went in personally to the Raymark office right when they opened and spoke to Jon, who was friendly and responsive. They mentioned that they would call me in about an hour. I went to run some errands and got worried when I did not hear back from after three hours, so I decided to call. Im glad I did as the issue was the challenge of getting a technician (aka plumber) over the same day. They said that someone would be calling as soon as they got done with their morning job.Within an hour after I called, Jose called me to say he was en route. Jose and Brandon came by about 45 minutes later and proceeded to fix the toilet, while also explaining some of the intricacies and nuances of a large toilet snake. Not only was their work good, I learned some things about toilets that day.All in all, I originally thought I would not have a toilet for a week or worse, needed to buy and install a new one. Raymark came to the rescue and helped put both fears at ease. Most of all, they were fast (same day), cordial, and professional.     I have used Raymark three times now and have been so happy with their services. The latest call necessitated all new piping and enlarging the water line to the house. We were also having basement water leakage. Ty assessed the leakage situation and contacted me personally to explain that the water mitigation was better served with a professional waterproofer rather than by a plumber. He suggested a respected waterproofer and saved us! He went beyond and above to make sure we had the proper work done and was looking out for us and our expenses.     I highly recommend Raymark Plumbing. They are a small-ish, lean company who remember work they did for me years ago. You will get a high quality job at a much lower price than if you call a company with fancy TV ads and famous athletes. Remember: someone pays the cost of those TV ads featuring celebrity athletes: you do! Raymark gets their work through referrals from satisfied customers like me. I have been using Raymark Plumbing since my first house, back in mid 1980s and they always do a fine job, even better than expected. I only used Raymark when I was a contractor because I knew they would do it right the first time (and they did.) Their plumbers have decades of experience, their trucks are well stocked and the office staff knows how to talk plumbing.So dont hesitate to call them and make an appointment.     We are extremely happy with the service provided by Raymark. Our tankless water heater sprung a leak. We called on a Friday morning. Raymark was jammed, as were three other plumbing companies. But Raymark asked their tankless water heater guy to fit one more call in. He arrived, diagnosed the problem, and called the manufacturer to ship a new part. When that arrived, Raymark installed it, but then when that was installed, a different part failed. The system was outside its warranty. It was now Friday again. Instead of trying to fix that part, we decided on the spot to replace the system. Raymark got right on it, picked up the new system from a supplier, and installed it that very afternoon. We couldnt be happier with the level of service we received!

    Our main sewer line get clogged recently and we had to call Raymark Plumbing to the rescue. Raymark was very attentive and were able to dispatch Dion within the hour. This incident couldve been very stressful but Dions professional and pleasant demeanor made it less so. He was prompt, courteous and very patient explaining every step as he scoped the pipe with video camera explaining where the tree roots clogged the line. This is our first experience dealing with the sewer line and now we know who to call if we ever encounter this problem again.

    After moving into our new house late last year, we started receiving super-high water bills from SPU. The citys water meter was bouncing back and forth, even with the water shut off to the house, attributing thousands of unused gallons to our account. Joe from Raymark came out - after we had a leak detection specialist assess the situation - and he put a new check valve on our main water line. Apparently, expansion from the water tank can throw off the meter if the check valve isnt working as intended. The new valve seems to have remedied the issue, and we are thankful to Raymark for the support!

    Mario spent 5 hours at my home. He cleaned out the kitchen sink drain line, which included repairing the galvanized drain pipe. He also installed a new kitchen faucet and a new garbage disposal, which I provided. The new faucet was installed without any problem. However, when Mario began the disposal installation, he realized that the entire mounting assembly was missing from the new garbage disposal carton and he also discovered that the knock-out plug had already been knocked out of the disposal body. He maintained his cool and was able to successfully substitute a different mounting assembly and he plugged the knock-out hole. Mario was courteous, organized and cleaned up after the tasks were completed. Great job! I was very relieved to have a kitchen sink drain line that works and I have a fantastic new faucet and a functioning garbage disposal.

    We had a sewer backup that was cleared, but video inspection showeddegrading of our 60 year old lines.... we knew we were on borrowed timeand should reline or pipe burst to make the sewer safe for maybe another 60 years. At each phase we made a decision to stop or continue based on the information gained in the step.The ultimate project was expensive and included the storm sewer as well.     I called a couple of companies, before I called Raymark, to have someone come out and find a leak between my meter and house shut off. The first two referred me to a leak detection company. While waiting for them to return my call, I contacted Raymark and spoke with Kami who wanted to have a technician come out to assess the problem, at no cost to me. Ty, the technician, showed up shortly afterwards and spotted the leak just below my living room and he and his partner (cant remember his name but he had to LOW Crawl to get to the leak) repaired the leak. While they were working, the leak detection company called and told me it would cost $350 just to come out for two hours to locate the leak! I was impressed with Raymark from the time I spoke to Kami to the time I said good bye to the two technicians. Also, after Ty quoted the cost of the repair, he announced when they finished that he was taking $150 off because they were able to complete the repair in less time. Talk about honesty!

    I really cant say enough nice things about my experience. We had just purchased the house and hadnt paid taxes on it yet. They needed me to prove that we were the owners but they made the process very easy to manage and they were very quick. And annoying that the tech kept pulling out silly excuses trying to sell me a new toilet (its old? An o-ring is wearing out so I need a new toilet? Sheesh).

    Joe came out to replace a clogged old piece of piping in a 100+ year old Capitol Hill buildings basement crawl space. The clog wasnt allowing a shower to drain and it was in a section of the plumbing where there were 3 elbows, so a snake couldnt get through it. We received 3 bids and Raymarks was reasonable. Another companies was thousands higher, whereas the 2nd was around Joes, but Joe was able to repair the following Monday when he could come-out with a 2nd guy (it was Saturday at the time). He even vacuumed up the water and left the shop-vac, so the tenant could take a shower in the meantime.Really happy I called Joe/Raymark and will definitely do so again when the need arises.

    We woke up to our water heater leaking in our garage and were able to get it replaced the same day. Tonja scheduled a tech to call us back ASAP and when Joe called minutes later we were quickly able to use Facetime to show him the tank and he got all the info he needed to find a replacement. We learned that our tank was not sized properly to support the PEX heating system in our townhouse which explained why that never worked well. They gave us quotes for 3 options and we went with their mid-tier which is what Joe recommended. Within hours Joe was at our house with a new tank and installed it in less than an hour.     Outstanding Service. Glad I found this good neighborly, local plumbing outfit right here in North Seattle. I had a leaking water line that I want to get it replaced as soon as possible. I had several companies come by to give their opinions and bids as its a job that costs thousands and will take days to schedule and/or do the work, which was what I had been hearing, so my humble question/request was just how do we stop the leak in the meantime, while they give me bids and schedule the work. Joe was the only one to give me a good bid on the spot AND able to step right in to stop the leak RIHGT NOW, so life could be back to normal while they work on replacing the whole line. To review, I called his office on a Wednesday morning at 8:30am, he showed up around 10:30am, gave me a good bid, patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, and within 20 minutes, he started the digging himself. And literally within minutes, several people showed up and were making marks, taking measurements, moving in supplies ..etc. I couldnt believe how efficient they were. They will continue the work tomorrow and so far, I have been thoroughly impressed with their work.

Hiring Joe and Raymark is the best decision I have ever made.To help you understand Joe and Raymarks greatness, I have to share the backstory. A couple of weeks ago my 70 year old house with original external piping developed a leak between the main and my house. There were no signs of the leak on my property. Instead, Friday night, my neighbor came to me complaining of ground water on his property. I tried to call a 24 hour plumber immediately, but my neighbor took over the call I was having with the plumber, informed them that the problem was irrigation as opposed to plumbing and insisted on fixing the problem himself. After hearing from my neighbor, the plumber I called decided not to come out and instead, I scheduled an irrigation specialist for Saturday.Over the weekend and on Monday, I had multiple irrigation specialists, general contractors and city water inspectors come out, all confirming my neighbor was wrong and the problem was not irrigation. Meanwhile Friday through Monday, my neighbor continued to insist on fixing the problem himself, called me every day, texted me non-stop, came over to my house unannounced, stalked my water meter, took pictures of my house standing on the street, left notes for people working on my property and called Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) on my behalf despite me giving him regular updates and telling him I had already spoken to SPU, generally just making my life miserable. At one point, the neighbor suggested I shut off my water main and go without water until the problem was fixed. At the height of COVID and rioting in Seattle and with two dogs, not having water would have been an extreme hardship. If not for COVID, the rioting and the dogs, I would probably have just stayed at a hotel for a few days to escape my neighbor.On Monday, after SPUs inspector confirmed the leak, I called Raymark. Joe came out 8PM Monday night while Seattle was under curfew, shut off my main and worked with one of my other very kindly neighbors to bring water into my house using their gardening hose spout, all in the same night. On Tuesday morning, Joe gave me an estimate, to replace all the plumbing between the main and my house, that ended up being half as much as a quote I later received from another plumbing company. The estimate indicated the work would be done by Friday. Joe finished and had SPU inspect the work on Thursday. Joe took care of every detail including surveyors and city inspectors and went out of his way to handle the very difficult neighbor, at one point meeting with that neighbor to explain that everything was being handled, which thankfully finally ended the nightmarish micromanagement. The city inspectors coordinated by Joe approved the work and credited me for the leak on my bill, so I didnt have to pay any water overages from the leak. Joe and Raymark were professional, responsive and timely throughout.To reiterate, call Joe at Raymark plumbing immediately! Hiring Joe and Raymark is the best decision I have ever made.

    I had just had a very expensive interior re-pipe in my old home, that I had paid over 8800 for. When the dry-waller came in to replace the walls, he hit a new pipe and water was spraying everywhere. My contractor calls me to informs me of this and that there were no nail plates installed which is common practice if you have opened a wall and installed new pipe. I called the plumber office manager, and they said it wasnt their problem. I called the plumber directly and he said he couldnt get someone there til the next day. I couldnt have my tenants go another day without water, they had already gone 2 days without water. My contractor gave me Raymarks name. In fact he called you for me and you called me. You had a plumber out there within 90 minutes on a Friday afternoon of my phone call. I live out of state for work, so it is huge to trust that somebody will do what they say. Raymark plumber confirmed there was no nail plate installed. He installed a nail plate and fixed the leak. The Raymark plumber also said that there should have been a permit pulled for that type of job and there wasnt. My next plumbing job will be with Raymark.

    I have used Raymark Plumbing for many years and they have always been available when I needed them. They assess my plumbing situation (usually clogged sewers) and often run a video camera through my sewer to identify the problem (usually roots from the rockery) and then they clean it up. For years I have called them before my basement flooded and after they assess and clean out the drain they put a root-killer down the sewer. This is so effective that I now only need to call them every 2 - 3 years. I have also had them install new toilets.No matter what the task, they come on time, work efficiently and are always pleasant and kind about explaining the situation.. I would never use another plumbing service.

    Tys solution to my service line leak was the most elegant. His idea: instead of boring a hole 40 across your property, how about we come in through the garage and run the waterline parallel to your gas line. This solution: A) did not require breaking up a section of 100-year-old sidewalk next to my house that would be replaced with shiny new concrete; B) would not block the public sidewalk with a large boring machine; C) would not bury the line under a concrete driveway and up to 6 of dirt, which means that in the unlikely event it leaks again I might at least see puddle (there was no visible sign that 36,000 gallons of water dumped on my property over a 2 month period, average usage is 6,300); and, last but not least, D) was $2000 cheaper than the other two bids that wanted to use boring equipment to run the new line next to the old leaking line. Ty himself earns 5 stars for thinking outside the box! Not to mention that he managed to coordinate completing the work the day after I accepted his bid. Kudos also goes to John and Gabe on the work crew for executing the project efficiently and engaging me to address decisions that needed to be made along the way. After the excavated soil levels out, there will be no sign that I had a service waterline leak. Elegant solution and excellent execution.
