Last month we had twice water damage and called Mr. Rooter on Sunday noon. Mr. Rooter helped me to schedule same day. Technician Noah arrived at my home on time, diagnosed the problem in 5 mins. However, he went into crawl space examined all water pipes to make sure. He advised us to re-pipe a full house with PEX A rather than fixed CPVC partially at an affordable price. He was not pushy about the service at all. Once we decided to go with them Noah did a great job and planned accordingly before he starts the project. Noah is very knowledgeable and professional. Very kind and helpful. Noah, never left the job until they updated me on what they did that day. The whole crew was great, and hard working, and answered all my questions. Another Technician Pejman also did an amazing job with Noah. As this is big project Noah and Pejman worked in a timely manner and had great attention to detail and completed the full house re-pipe including replaced water Heater.Mr. Rooter was the best plumbing company Ive ever had to do the work I needed done. I recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone that needs a quality plumber at an affordable price

Gaven was friendly and did a good job. Price was fair. This was a fairly big job. Had to cut out tile around the old bathtub faucet, cut out old piping and re-pipe then install the new modern faucet.The only problem I had is that the faucet handle came off and the set screw fell into the tub. Luckily, it didnt go down the drain. I had the correct allen wrench and fixed the issue. Just was an oversight, no big deal.

They did such an amazing job!! And got to us so quickly. When your basement starts to flood, it is the most awful experience, and then when its your sewer line, well we all know thats expensive. But the guys here helped us same day, and were very affordable for the sewer line. Joe Henry and Trey did the best cleanup job as well. I cant thank you guys enough.

I will recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Seattle for plumbing work. They sent out a plumber within an hour and don’t charge any fee till an estimate is agreed upon. The plumber came in and found it was a minor issue, so the plumber fixed it in a minute and charged nothing. Really amazing service!

We were very pleased with the the quality of our plumbing repair today by serviceman, Noah. He arrived at on our home within an hour of calling and repaired our leaking water valve. He was very knowledgeable about the cause of the faulty valve.

I can’t say enough for how great Noah was to work with to replace our broken main water line to our condo unit. I called Mr Rooter on Sunday around 2 pm and was quoted an hour for their technician to arrive, and Noah actually arrived in less than 45 minutes. He was quickly able to turn off the main waterline valve to prevent the water from continuing to flood the front of my property. From there, he drafted up a quote and said he could start work first thing tomorrow morning, which was Monday. Mind you Noah did this all on a SUNDAY, so he was ready to fix the next day…most other companies wouldn’t even return my call on Sunday. He dug the whole 45 trench to find the old break (all by himself) and was able to hook up our water the same Monday so we could use our toilet and shower that evening! He took the extra step to hook up our water that same day so we could use it, knowing he wasn’t finished with installing the new pressure valve and main water valve switch, which was more work for him. Noah came back the next day and finished the job. By the looks of the attached pictures, you can barely even tell I had any work done. I can’t thank Noah enough for his attention to detail, work ethic and thorough communication from start to finish. Mr. Rooter - you have a top notch employee here!

Not only was he effective at his explanation he was efficient. He was able to replace my faucet in about an hour which let me get on to the rest of my day quickly. The scheduler Jessica was extremely responsive on a holiday weekend, and the tech Bryce that came out two days later was extremely professional and friendly. We had the entire tank and plumbing valve replaced within three hours, during a small snowstorm. The working conditions weren’t favorable, as the hot water tank was in a smaller crawlspace that required ducking in an out of a door below ground level on a hill in the snow, and the tech was fast, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!!Edit: I called them today (June 6) to schedule a faucet leak repair, and they were able to send a plumber out same day. He diagnosed the issue and fix the faucet, and also diagnosed a faulty washer in a shut off valve, and suggested that we replace them soon. He indicated he had the parts if we wanted them replaced today - amazing service and I really appreciate how he took the time to explain what was going on with the secondary leak and how it didn’t need to be addressed immediately. I felt like there was zero pressure to fix it today, and I very much appreciated that. I did end up asking to have them replaced, and I am thrilled with the work.

The other time, a little more dramatically, was when we discovered that there was a leak in a faucet, literally on the day that we had to move out. They got there extremely quickly and were able to diagnose and fix the problem with an hours. Super thankful!Just one star off because they didn’t send us the proof that we had removed the root ball in a timely fashion, even after we had called and requested it, which created a little bit of a communication breakdown during our open houses. they got the information to us eventually. I would still totally recommend them; they’re kind, courteous, and quick.

They provided me with a great bid for a fraction of the price Beacon plumbing was trying to charge. ( Nearly $1500, for Beacon and $130 for Mr. Rooter, for the same job), so of course I said yes. I also have to thank Zach, who was the first one to come to my house. My sewer pipe had to be replaced and I didnt get the names of the two guys who replaced my sewer pipe, but all of the people I dealt with at Mr. Rooter were great!! I called that morning about a clogged toilet, and before the afternoon not only was my system back online it had been improved. The technician noticed that the toilet was not placed on the wax seal properly and its original installation and that could lead to problems later so he made sure that was corrected and he updated our tank mechanism so it would fill faster. The toilet is an older model. Our tech was mindful to be clean, professional, respectful.

They LITERALLY called me 10 minutes after and had a technician arrive at 9AM that day. The technician, Anthony C., did an AMAZING job and explained the situation to me every step of the way. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience using Mr. Rooter. I called with a drain clog problem and was told a queue ticket had been created with someone to call me back to set up an appointment. Later that day I got a call and possible days/times a technician could come out. Scheduled for the next day and was told our window was from 8am - 12pm, and we’d get another call when the technician was about 30 min out. At 8:15 we got our call and the tech was at out house within 10 min. They assessed the problem, gave us 2 quote options, and once approved, performed their maintenance. Dustin was our technician and he did a fabulous job! Drain was unclogged and running well, all for under $500. 10/10 would recommend! Luckily, our problem didn’t require immediate attention, though I have no doubt that if it did, Mr. Rooter would have accommodated us accordingly.

Brandon was very quick in diagnosing my broken garbage disposal and told me exactly what unit to buy (since it was significantly more cost effective to pick up myself) and got me set up with a new appointment the next morning.Tyler came the next morning and was very nice. He got the unit installed in less than an hour and it seems to work fine with no leaks. Im told they have a warranty on their work, so Im sure if anything went wrong I could bring them back in.I like how easy it was to book online, and they were very communicative the whole time. They whole thing was pretty painless. The final cost ended up being $390.94 for the install. I know nothing about the industry or if thats appropriate, but at the end of the day, this stress is over with and Im just glad they were so fast and easy.I hope everyone is as nice and helpful as these two. He carefully removed the glass and cleared the drain. My disposal and pipe were cleared out - problem fixed! After, he helped to tighten the faucet because it was loose. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH ROTO ROOTER (who is awful). We had a cleanout installed, hydrojetting, and lining done for 60ft of pipe. Our point of contact, Ken, was super responsive and knowledgeable. Our project ended up taking a few more days than anticipated due to excavation being harder and additional pipes being found but the team was very diligent in working through the problems and did whatever they could to minimize impacts of the digging. They got inspections done super fast as well.

Over a year ago Mr Rooter did me a solid. I could not get the pilot light on my water heater to light ( I do know how to do that) so I thought I had a bigger issue. Fast forward a year later, my pilot light wouldnt light again. Since the technician had given me wonderful tips, I knew I had a real issue. They came out the same day and confirmed I had an issue. The part took a little while to come through but I was willing to wait because their service had been so good. Thought at first we were looking at a $6500 repair to cut thru the floor to replace the pipe, but they were able to break through the clog with a line/cable and cleared it as much as they could, and gave us a couple options to try first, before just jumping right to the most expensive, extreme option. Just had them install a replacement main water line to my house.My house was built in the late 80s, and recently started leaking water outside my house (found out from a letter from the utility due to abnormal 24/7 water activity, as well as a puddle forming near my driveway). Given the material that was used when they built the house and the time that has passed it seems this was something that was overdue to happen.I was provided with a quote for finding the leak (which I could also do myself if I chose), fixing the leak, or just replacing the entire line given that a new leak could form somewhere else with the old line/material. I chose the full replacement, which was $1,000+ cheaper than other companies, and did not involve removing any concrete (as other companies planned). They also didnt need to touch any of my plants when they dug the trench (which was needed due to proximity to other utilities, which the other companies did not correctly assume and planned on boring, which would have either been problematic or added unexpected costs).Service was performed as planned. Nothing unexpected came up. Solid clean up. Only complaint was that it took awhile for the city/county to come out to inspect. Not really their fault, and somewhat expected since they were able to start so quickly (literally the day after I called to schedule service). Had I scheduled the service more in advance Im sure an inspection would have happened sooner.

Dale was very knowledgeable, remembered my system from 2.5 years ago and quickly resolved the water pressure issue I had. He also took on a follow up for finding hard-to-find replacement parts for a sink faucet. Very happy with Dale and Mr. Rooter!

M.came on time he listened to me he was a miracle plumber unclogged the basement drain, changed the pipe to utility sink, fixed my toilet, and unclogged my bathtub drain. Johnathan at the office made everything easy and found solutions quickly as well. They want to earn your business. I felt they truly care about their customer service and helping clients. The service was exceptional. The serviceman did diagnostics on my water heater and helped me weigh the options to either repair or replace. Once I made the decision to replace, he stayed until the job was complete. He was polite and considerate and his work was flawless. The company did not nickel and dime the project, they gave me a quote and even though I think the job was bigger than expected, they charged for the original quote. I would most certainly use them again.

There was some tile coloration in one of my guest bathrooms. Tommy arrived on time for the leak detection. He very carefully checked both the wall and crawl space and ruled out possibility of water leak in both places. He answered my questions very patiently and gave some very useful suggestions. He did not even take the 39 dollars check fee because he preferred to take money by getting some real work done. To me, what he did was real and good work. Five start and will definitely do business with Tommy in future.

Their customer service was amazing from the first phone call. The woman I first spoke to was so incredibly sweet and had a sense of humor, especially since I was basically asleep on the phone. Giving me a heads up the tech was on his way, absolutely awesome customer service. Then the tech shows up, very patient and kind. Explained everything to me, walked me through every step and made me feel confident in his capabilities. He did the work with complete professionalism. Got the camera guy out, who was just as sweet welcoming as the other two employees, and everything went smoothly.

Great service. Our water heater pipes were leaking, the technician came down right on time and was very professional. I was given an estimate within about 2 minutes on his ipad. Price was fair. Although he did unfortunately damage a very small section of the 20 year old plastic pipe (it was super brittle, not his fault) he fixed that up too for the same cost overall. Whole thing was done in about 3.5 hours. Totally will use these people again, I even appreciate how professional and timely they were on the phone too. This place has it down to a science!! After 3 days of really bad assistance, and them talking about digging up my front yard. I was so embarrassed! So kicked them off my property and called my trusted plumbers. We had Brandon come to check for a source of a leak. He was polite, didnt make me feel like my questions were dumb, and tried to help give info for a temporary fix if we needed to go that route however we ended up paying for him to repair it anyhow. He explained the process as it was ongoing, did it as efficiently as he could, and cleaned up after the job was done. The first day for the diagnostic visit we had an appointment between 8 am and noon which i was called at 10 am that he would be later than that, so that bit was frustrating, but he was on time the next day.I would 100% have brandon do work for us again.As far as fees, the diagnostic was about 40$, which is applied to the repair if you move forward. The total bill was not cheap, but maybe this is average prices...i dont know.

The lead specialist Dave was such a nice guy and helped us figure out the exact right solution. It feels so good to have that issue taken care of (pipe right next to big ole Cedar tree) and to know it won’t be causing us any problems. I’m normally don’t care much about guarantees but they do a 10 yr and that does actually give me extra comfort.

Had a kitchen sink that wouldnt drain no matter what I did to it, so I called Mr Rooter. They got me in quick. They wanted to do same day, but I wasnt available. Quoted me a time for the next day, then arrived 30 minutes early. Excellent. Rooter guy took a look at the sink and whipped out an awesome cable which he fed down a deep dark hole. After he was done, he left me a degreaser and told her how and how often to use it. The guy was super chill and answered all of my questions (I ask a lot of questions when I pay that much for something). It was a bit pricey, but less than I expected and it brought my sink back to life. 10/10 would root again.

Service was fine, they responded quickly, came out and determined root cause. Unfortunately our problem ended up requiring hydro blasting and that wasnt available till the next morning.They arrived a bit later than expected, however they got the job done fairly quickly.The ending bill was quite high. Even though I was initially told the first portion (500+) would be deducted from the hydro work, they only took off 10%. Though I cannot say for sure if that happened since i didnt know what the original cost would have been.So for a plumber to come out, snake the pipe, then hydro blast it (all from an easy access point outside), I paid over 1600.00 dollars! The end result is I have a functional plumbing system again.But still, way too high a price.Update: Mr. Rooter did indeed get back to me in the form of an email notifying me of the refund of the initial payment as stated during the visit.Thank you Mr. Rooter. I do appreciate you honoring the stated costs.(even bumped rating up to 4 stars)

It was not an easy repair but he got it back in working order for me. I appreciated the care he took to make sure the replacement plate fit properly and looked nice. Mr. Rooter was fantastic- our water heater sprung a leak for the second time this year on a holiday, of course! They had people answering the phone and although they werent able to come out that night, they scheduled us for first thing in the morning and provided us with a discount. The plumber who came out, Mr. Karimi, was great. Kind, professional, communicative and he was able to install a water heater for us same day! We thought we would have to get a temp fix on the leak, coordinate with our building to turn the water off and then get a new tank installed but he came up with a solution to get it all done right then. Highly recommend them!

We had a faucet valve emergency with flooding involved and when calling around to find someone to help us either no one was answering or they were too busy. When I called Mr. Rooter the amazing woman that answered was so patient and understanding with my frantic story and stated her service techs were on a job over a hour away and not sure when they would be done but I could call back if we couldn’t find anyone sooner so I continued calling around. Not even five minutes later I received a call back from her saying they were done and could be to me within 45 minutes. Close if not before 45 minutes later they showed up very professional, quoted and got everything repaired in no time. The only thing I wish was different is I would of called them sooner instead of trying to fix it ourselves. These guys were on a very long day and they still had positive, friendly and professional attitudes. I am huge on customer service and I am so thankful thats exactly what I got. I will forever use Mr. rooter from this day forward. THANK YOU!!!
