I had Brennan Heating and Air conditioning come today to clean my air ducts they sent Brayan Rodriquez and his co worker Michael. Brayan was an incredibly professional worker. He took the time to explain the process. Since this was the first time having it done, it was reassuring to know it’s a pretty simple and fast process and totally affordable. Brayan was extremely detailed with his work, he was the lead while Michael was right along side him for what he needed help with. They both were hardworking and friendly. Highly recommend Brennan! Your always in good hands with them no matter what service you need reliable people!

We had a great experience with Brennan installing our new mini-split, ductless heat-pump/AC system. Went through Costco so we also got 10 percent back in the form a cash card. Paul, our sales person came out and recommended a 2.5 ton system for our log cabin - he didnt over sell us on a bigger system like 2 other HVAC companies tried to do with their bids. Also, the Brennan bid came in way less than the other two (do your diligence and get 2-3 bids is what my Dad taught me). The crew that came out to install was also top-notch and super friendly, I highly recommend Brennan for their service, professionalism, value and quality of equipment they sell.

E. Russell was a well mannered technician who took the time to show me what he was repairing and why. He got our outdoor AC condenser working again on a hot day and then answered my questions about optimizing things and about the newer technologies. He had installed many mini-splits but left further questions to the sales team. Also careful about not tracking dirt into our house!

The Brennan Heating and AC team was composed of 4 workers: Installer, HVAC technician, electrician, and a helper. They took out the 30 years old electric air handler and heat pump and installed a new Lennox system. One challenge they had was to connect the existing duct work to the new system. They struggled but persevered. I have to commend the installer for how he handled the frustrating task of connecting the unit. The electrician ensured we were up to code by installing an outlet accessible to the heat pump. The technician informed me that the hole through the foundation for the pipes from the heat pump to the air handler was not large enough to accommodate foam insulation. But it wasn’t a significant heat loss. The helper was attentive to the other’s needs. Standing by and stepping in to assist when needed. They worked as a coordinated team which was satisfying to watch. They cleaned up the debris and scraps and took the old dirty system away. Scheduled in April is an air duct cleaning. The system is quiet and heating well. The COSTCO cash card coming in a couple weeks is a plus.

We went through Costco for a furnace/AC install and Brennan was the contractor they used. We recieved bids from Bobs and another local contractor with Brennan coming in at the middle of the bids but in our opinion, Brennan offered a better grade furnace and AC package so we choose Brennan for our project. I appreciated Paul and his honest approach as to what equipment we needed without upselling us yet at the same time, gave us options to consider with appropriate pricing. Paul is very knowledgable as to what he felt would work best for us and took the time to explan why. I will start this by saying that I am very picky about details so I was very involved on the install day and follow up visits where I made a list for Brennan of items to take care of. They showed up on time and where able to complete the install in a day and took care to protect the carpet and stairs covering them with drops while they worked, The install had a few hiccups such as a missunderstanding on where the lineset was to be installed on the house and a few items that neeeded adressed on the furnace on a return visit. I was nervous as to how Brennan would resolve my concerns on remaining issues but Paul followed through and Brennan took care of issues without excuses or arguments, I really appreciated the professionalism in the way Brennan resolved the issues. I gave Brennan four stars instead of five only because of miscommunication on the lineset placement on my house which couldnt be fixed. Jesus and his team where terrific in finalizing the reamining issues on the install by making sure all the details where addressed to my satisfaction. I would recommend Brennan for your heating and AC needs.

Editing to 4 stars:After my review, the manager reached out to me and had a supervisor come in for another service appointment. This person seemed much more knowledgable, found a few issues that he fixed and actually cleaned the furnace which was the most important element of the annual service. I wish this was the experience from the get go, but happy that they fixed it eventually.Old review:I had a extremely poor experience with Brennan as a company. The tech was fine but I was surprised that while they tell you almost a 15-20 point checklist for furnace and the same for Heat pump, they hardly do 5 of 30 in person and charge over $300 for the visit. In my case the tech just looked at things quickly, measured 2 point amperages and voltage and called it a day on the furnace. No cleaning of fans etc that they walk you through on the phone. On heat pump, same story. Just cleaned the coil and no measurements. I confirmed with their office that they measure compressor gas before booking them. In person, the tech told refused saying it cant be done during winter. Overall this is less than 30 mins of labor with 0 trust if my system is working efficiently (not just working) for $320. Perhaps theyre good with new installs as some other reviews suggest, Id give them 0 stars for maintenance services.

We set up an appt to find out why a couple of the upstairs room were not cooling as much as the others. Our tech discovered the builder used two different size ducts. The smaller room has an 8 inch duct while a room almost twice in size has a 6 inch. Ibrahim offered a solution and we are planning to proceed. Ibrahim was on time, efficient and very knowledgeable. We recently had two furnaces and heat pumps with air conditioning installed by Brennan through Costco. We have been very impressed by their entire installation process. Cassius Fagioli was the salesman who has been outstanding from day one. If we ever had any questions about anything that was done or to be done, he was immediately responsive. A couple of years ago we also had two ductless systems installed by them at a beach house. That, too, went very well and, again, was through Costco. We strongly recommend Brennan and Costco for a great and cost effective experience.

Kevin did a very thorough service on my furnace and heat pump. My HP as really dirty and he did a great job degreasing and hosing it down. He replaced the filters & bulbs in my furnace that looked like they needed replacing. The humidifier pad looked good so no need to replace it. He was going to clean/descale my tankless water heater but found it didnt have isolation valves (old model) required for this service. I appreciate Kevins advise and my service charge for my tankless was $0. My tankless still works fine so Im thinking I may need to replace it somewhere down the road but it is not a high priority now - at least Kevin gave me a heads up.My Service Tech, Pak, did my annual furnace/heat pump/humidifier/tankless water heater service today! He answered all my questions & did not leave a mess. Nice job Pak!

Asked to get a quote for a Heatpump, salesman came out and was great, said we would needed a new furnace as they wouldnt work with the older ones, I said that was fine as ours is old. When it was time to finance i signed up for the 18month 0 interest, i got the contract from the finance company they use and it wasnt correct. Brennan told me i needed to contact the financing company, which then they told me i need to contact Brennan to get it resolved, eventually it did. Next at day of install im informed they have an AC unit and not a Heat pump as was discussed, i was told it would be an extra couple thousand dollars and a couple weeks before they could get the heatpump, so i just told them to put in what they had brought, which means i cant get any of the heatpump rebates i was hoping to get. Install went great the crew did a fantastic job. But Brennan charged me for duct cleaning which was not done, so i once again asked if they could either remove the charge or come out and do it. I was told they would try to get someone out there and would let me know. Well they never scheduled with me, but scheduled someone on a Tuesday at 8am to come clean the ducts, which is while i am at work. So all in all i am happy with the product and the install, but not very happy with all the administrative and planning side from this company.Update 7/5/23Brennan rescheduled my duct cleaning with me for a time that would work, and the tech Brayan did an incredible job, went above and beyond by sealing some of my registers that had some pretty bad leaks. The system is working great and install and duct cleaning were superb. Thank you for making things right. Great company.

Brad and Evan were the head of a great team on site, and did an incredibly clean install job, even when I asked them to do some modifications to how the existing system was oriented- instead of any questions, i came out a half hour later to find that my can we do... had been done. They very obviously care about their work, were great about educating me through the process when i piped up with questions, and never let me feel like i was in their way, despite my barrage of questions, and the fact that I was constantly in their way learning. In addition, Aharon was a great resource both in recommending the system as well as in final configuration- his knowledge and willingness to dig in to the particulars of my setup to make sure i was happy with how everything worked was very welcome.Everyone who Ive worked with (Brad, Evan, Aharon, Steven, Shelly & Chiquita, as well as the speedy and professional electrical and compressor crews whos names i unfortunately dont recall!) have made a very expensive week much more easy to deal with, and Im thankful I feel that i can trust everyone for my future service needs after having worked with so many people who seem to like their job, and the company they work for. I scheduled an annual maintenance with Brennan over the phone. They indirmed me it would be a while before they could get out to see me which was was fine so they got me on their schedule. A couple days ahead of time they confirmed the day and time which I appreciated. The day before they asked if they could move the time up to accommodate another urgent customer who was without heat and moved up a time slot to help them accommodate the other customer. They day of the service I was in a 4 hour training expecting them between 1 and 4. They left two messages while I was in my class and then I couldn’t get a hold of them when I was done. My wife informed me that the device technician was at our house shortly after that. I was extremely upset to hear they had just showed up and when I arrived home I planned to lay into the technician. Isaac was so cool and and easy going that I never got around to confronting him about the earlier than expected visit. Isaac saves the entire service visit with his great attitude and the way he explained everything. If I could have accommodated an earlier visit I would have and even though there was an inconvenience Isaac made it all better. Things happen which I understand and although I don’t like how Brennan just showed up the service was great and greatly appreciated.

December 19, Furnace not working. This is not good as guests are arriving, but I forgot to call...I have a rather complex boiler furnace, and we have radiant heat. All three zones were out, but the gas fireplace and gas water heater, that are attached work off of different circuits (or, maybe magic—-I don’t really understand it all that well, other than the fact that I don’t have forced air blowing stuff around and my house is always as warm ( or cool, in winter) in the zones I want it to be).When I FINALLY remember to call, a technician was out in less than 24 hours, even though I do have another source of heat in the house, which is my gas insert that alone keeps my house incredibly warm.I received a courtesy call 40 minutes before Walter was arriving, and within 15 minutes of arrival, he had found and fixed the issue.Walter was punctual, kind, considerate and more than helpful about how to prevent this in the future. Brennan installed this system +/- 15 years ago, and he assured me that it was in fantastic condition and should last another 15+ years at least.My charge for the service call was exactly what I was originally quoted for a service fee only with no charge for the repair. In the middle of a holiday week, with people having heat problems all over the city due to the last week of torrential downpour, I could not be happier nor could I be more impressed with the continued stellar service we have received from Brennan all these years.If possible, I would give this company 10 stars. They have been honest, kind, considerate, helpful and prompt from the day we chose them all those years ago. Every aspect of work with them has been perfectly executed from start to finish, and the total bonus is that every single one of their employees has had great listening skills, complete knowledge of their products and have been simply exceptional to work with. I can’t imagine a better company to work with. Brennan has my business for good!

I made an appointment for Brennan to send out a technician to evaluate my water heater and provide me with an estimate for repair and/ or replacement. Jack spotted the problem repaired it on the spot in less than a minute. He explained the simple fix to me and refused to charge me the service fee. I am so grateful for his honesty and professionalism! Jack assured me my water heater is in great shape and has years left on its life. This was a big contrast to two prior estimates I received from other local companies. The two companies quoted me thousands of dollars to replace “the broken water heater.” When my water heater finally does die I will call Brennan because they employ honest professionals! They laid out cloths across the carpet and into the room where the new furnace was installed. The installer identified a better solution than was identified by the sales guy and used that solution. I am delighted with the results. The exhaust was done beautifully. The modifications to the gas line was better than the original. The sheet metal craftsmanship is clean. I can’t imagine the work having been completed in any better way. I am thoroughly pleased with the entire process, and with the work results. Unfortunately, this experience is not the norm. Both the tech and the customer service person who took my call were very friendly and pleasant. Peter with Brennan was very helpful, emailed the quote to me right away and managed to schedule replacement in the afternoon on the same day within hours. Jesse, the technician arrived punctually. He was very friendly, helpful and paid close attention to details. He carefully checked the leaking problem, helped to clean up, and provided valuable advice to rectify the water issue. Jesse suggested me to rent a blower from Home Depot to dry the floor to prevent mold growth. His service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend them.

We are very pleased with the service that Brennan Heating and Air provided to our family. Trisha Miller did the work on site and was very efficient, knowledgable, and professional. Not only did she provide the electrical installation for our new furnace/air conditioning, she worked well with her colleagues, informed us of any on site issues, and did some extra work (we paid her for these services) on the date of the installation, since she didnt have any other scheduled appointments at that time.Trisha discovered that the light fixture she was replacing had shady wiring and was unsafe. We were unaware of this, even after having our property previously inspected. We decided to hire Brennan at a discounted rate to inspect all of the remaining fixtures and switches in our home. Trisha discovered several hazards, and replaced fixtures on the spot where wiring was cracked and broken. She also worked with her boss to schedule another appointment after her scheduled hours in order to make our home safe. Brennan is now our go-to electrical service provider. We are very satisfied with the work done and the prices were very reasonable.

Greg was the gentleman that quoted me the price and scheduled for the install. He was upfront that I would need to replace my breaker panel before the heatpump could be installed. Brennan was able to do everything. After 1 day of use I was having issues with the heatpump not working correctly. Brennan was very quick getting a service person to look at the system and was able to fix the problem. I now have warm heat that runs very quiet. I highly recommend Brennan and I will continue to use their service for my annual maintenance.

I shopped around for a new water heater with a few different companies. I was surprised to find out most of them lacked communication and professionalism. Most consumers shopping for a product or service either want to put out a fire, or improve their existing conditions. I would imagine most people looking for a water heater need one sooner than later. Consequently, I was surprised that most companies I reached out to could not communicate effectively or follow through.That being said, my experience with Brennan was the complete opposite. I was provided a quote the very next day from my initial inquiry. My communication with this company was clear and concise. In addition, Jessie, the install tech was on time. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and was super-professional. And the install was flawless in my opinion. I now have a great water heater with much longer lasting hot water.I would definitely recommend using Brennan for your water heater, heating and AC needs. Price point was competitive to what you can get in the greater Seattle area and the quality of the unit, itself is of higher quality compared to what you would get for a similar price.Awesome job, Brennan!

They ran into a few installation glitches (due to location of current furnace and where the new hp would be located.) The called in a manager and he found a great solution. Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning installed ductless system in my home. Let me start with the people who came to install were very friendly and professional. They took extra care to clean up after themselves. I wish I could remember their names because I have not had such a pleasant experience with contractors working in my house as I did with them. The workmanship they completed is amazing. No sloppy lines were left no blemish and the system works great. Woke up this morning for the first time since I bought this house not cold. I would recommend this company anytime to anyone who is looking for a ductless system in their home.

We just had a heat pump installed by Brennan. We found them through Costco. They came to our home for an evaluation of our needs and gave us a very fair price. They showed up on the day of install on time and ready to work.The crew are all employed by Brennan. They do not sub out any of their work. So, they all work well together. They completed the job very quickly and professionally.They were very neat and tidy. If they had to enter the home they always took their shoes off. They were very polite and respectful.We even have a cat that can not go outside and they were very aware of not letting her out.We were very impressed with there friendly attitude and the finished product.

They were able to help us get our new water heater and furnace quickly. Our sales consultant, Greg was excellent to work with. The installers did a great job... Very thorough and great work! Glad we went with this company. My only complaint, which isnt really that big of a deal, was their companys communication seemed a little off. I got apt reminder emails days after the fact, and a call about my interest in a water heater when I had just signed paperwork to get it installed.
