Ricky and Jordan reworked my 100 year old Sewer stack and did a great job getting it to look nice but more importantly it even drains better. Very nice, friendly, professional people and did excellent work! Also helped me locate an old abandoned aeration pipe and re seal it. They were great Plumbers to work with and I would highly recommend them! I know I have future plumbing work to do and plan on having ONeil do the work and ideally Jordan and Ricky being the guys doing it!

I had a problem with my bathroom sink, tried to fix it myself, and when I wasnt successful, contacted two local companies for help. The first quoted me about $1500, an eye-popping price, but the suggested services sounded reasonable. Then Ricky and Bill from ONeill came and fixed the issue in 30 minutes for under $250. They were quick, professional, and communicative. For the record, I asked Ricky about what it would cost ONeill to do the other services the first company recommended, and the off-the-cuff estimate was about $750. So, even if the bigger project had turned out to be necessary, ONeill would have been the way to go. Theyre going to be at the top of my list next time I have a problem.

When our hot water was coming out with a bit of a tint to it we figured that our tank just needed a flush. Unfortunately, it was more severe than that. Upon inspection, it was determined that our tank was 8 years old and due to be replaced AND that the expansion tank was broken and incorrectly installed by the last company! Jordan and Ozzy did a fantastic job fixing the situation. They also worked fast and saved us a half-hour of billing time because our tank was easily accessible to drain, remove the old and install the new. They almost undercharged me (by accident!), and were thankful when I pointed out the billing problem. I happily paid by check and was able to dodge the credit card processing fee. I whole-heartedly recommend their work and will certainly trust them to do an excellent job in the future.

Highly recommended! We had to replace our entire plumbing system in our 3 story 1940s house. It was time to finally do it and we were concerned about such a huge job. O’Neil Plumbing did a fantastic job from start to finish. There were four plumbers here for three days and they were very professional, hard-working, and easy to work with. They were also extremely efficient. Because our house is so old there were complications that other bidding plumbers didn’t seem to understand. O’Neil Plumbing understood that and worked with us through it all. We also have dogs and the workers were very good about keeping our dogs in the yard. The dogs miss them, I think. 😄

After being without water for 4 days and the other company leaving the premises without any solution, Donna from O’Neill called me to learn about my experience and figure out how they could help.Nelson showed up at my place to assess the situation on Saturday evening and was able to fully explain the process, the cost, and their commitment to get the work completed on Sunday. Nelson, Bobby, and Mickey were at my place at 9:30am as scheduled. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. They took care of everything and, although the cost ended up being higher than I initially budgeted for, it was worth every cent as the process was seamless and the work was completed as expected within the time frame they provided.On top of that, their positive attitude and customer service was top notch. My tenants had the main feed from the street burst. I put out several inquiries via e-mail that night, we had stopped the leak and were not in an emergency situation. ONeill didnt answer first but answered personally via a phone call early the next day.I had appointments with other plumbers as I knew it would be a big job and though it prudent to get competitive bids. The Journeyman Bobby insisted on meeting me onsite ASAP after calling me while all others scheduled a 4 hours window later in the day with a service charge.Bobby showed up quickly , evaluated the job gave me a quote and got water restored to the house as a limp along. I was insistent on paying something and he refused saying he really didnt do anything. Huge plus.While Bobby was walking me through the pricing and options to properly fix this I felt informed and not talked down to, something the other local big companies cannot claim.Ultimately they came in with much better pricing and a better attitude during the bidding process. Im not an expert on plumbing however my tenant is an associate plumber and says the final work was well done.I would highly recommend this company when you are in need and in fact already have.

Youre not simply hiring a company; youre hiring a family - a team of people who do great and professional work and who obviously enjoy what they are doing and enjoy their co-workers. And trust me: they work HARD. Yes, theyre fast, as they claim but they arent sloppy. They are efficient. They are always willing to take a break from the job to explain what they are doing and why it must be done that way. When ONeill is finished with the job you can be assured it was done correctly with no corners cut. Replacing a side sewer is not for the financially faint of heart so youre going to want to hire a company you can trust. ONeill Plumbing is the best! I needed a plumber fast to fix a leaking faucet. I had heard about ONeill Plumbing on a local home improvement radio show. I thought they might only be interested in major remodel jobs, but that thought couldnt be further from the truth. I called and spoke with a representative named Kellie. She was very nice and professional. Much to my surprise, I was able to get an appointment the day I called. Todd and Jordan arrived right around the time Kellie said they would. Both were very pleasant and accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. They made the repair very quickly and with no mess to clean up after. We recently had O’Neill Plumbing out to hydro jet a shared side sewer line and want to say they did a great job. It was a very challenging project involving a long line set on a hillside that involved going up and down the hill carrying equipment to multiple cleanouts. We worked with Bobby to coordinate everything, and Frank and Joe did the hands-on work. All of them were great people to work with. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and diligent on the work. Phenomenal Customer ServiceONeill Plumbing lined our old sewer line with plastic in West Seattle in 2018. In February of 2022 we had a sewer inspection prior to putting our house on the market and were surprised to hear that there were roots in our line. I called ONeill plumbing the same day and got a call back from Bob who said they would take care of it. The very next day a crew of three showed up at the house. They pinpointed the problem location in our line and then dug down to the line and repaired the compromised portion of the line. The crew of three spent the better part of the day at the house, the hole they had to dig was quite deep. The next day another gentlemen from ONeill Plumbing brought by some top soil to fill in the top of the hole dug the day earlier.My wife and I have had ONeill Plumbing perform other plumbing work over the years and we have never had a negative experience. We recommend them without reservation.

I experienced an emergency when my sump pump stopped working and overflowed (slightly, not horrible) on a Saturday. Fortunately, my girlfriend told me about ONeill; she had an excellent experience with ONeill previously, so I called them. They called me back in 5 minutes (this is on a Saturday, mind you), scheduled a plumber to come out right away. Not only did the plumber - Mike Kerr - call me to say, Im on my way, but he also asked me some great questions - as a result, he was totally prepared for action when he arrived. He completed the job professionally and kept me informed. He wrapped up everything nicely and explained the charges well. I highly recommend ONeill; from the first contact to payment receipt, they were great.

I woke up to the worst news a few weeks ago. The local water district banging on my door telling me I have a major water leak and they are shutting off my water. I called ONeil Plumbing at they came out early the next morning and fixed the issue. Luckily, it was my pressure release valve right next to the water main so instead of tearing up my concrete rockery and driveway, they spent a few minutes digging and replaced the valve. My 10-20k job turned out to be $2,100 from them.Then a few days ago the water company left a note on my door stating I still had a leak. When I called them to ask if it could be a toilet, I was told no it was the repair.ONeil came back out and checked the repair and it was dry. They think it is the toilet in one of my bathrooms that needs to be replaced.I cannot say enough about them. Mike was very kind and understanding. I will not hesitate to contact them again in the future.Save your time, money, and anxiety and call ONeil Plumbing.

I had two outside faucets that were leaking. I tried to repair one of them and ended up causing breakage within the wall, which led to flooding until I shut the water off. Mike and Mike of ONeill Plumbing arrived the next day, a few minutes prior to the time specified. Within an hour, they had repaired the broken pipe and replaced both faucets. They were friendly and professional and didnt complain when I showered them with questions about their process. They cleaned up all the debris and were careful to avoid tracking dirt into the house. On all levels, I am extremely satisfied with their work.

Came home to a busted water heater. I couldnt even locate the source of the leak because there was a torrential downpour in my garage. In a panic I called Oneill plumbing and Donna was extremely helpful and calmed me down. I sent her pictures and she was hopeful that the water heater didnt need to be replaced. She was able to confirm that they could send a plumber that night. James and Kyle arrived 3 hrs later and wore masks and shoe coverings. They quickly assessed the problem - my expansion tank failed. They were both nice and courteous while they were in my home and replaced the tank within 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost - less than $400. Such a good experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency this past weekend when we split a pipe messing with our outdoor spigot. Mike from ONeill was able to come out and get everything fixed up within a couple hours. It was a beautiful Saturday and considering were in the middle of a pandemic, we definitely needed our water running so we could keep up with our hand washing. Mike was also able to take a look at our other outdoor spigot and find a quick fix for that too. We now have running water and TWO working spigots. We had an old hose bibb that was dripping and a ball valve that was supposed to shut off the water to that hose bibb that was no longer shutting off completely. I had someone from another plumbing company out earlier in the week for an unrelated drainage issue (I wish I had contacted ONeill for that one as well). They gave a rough estimate of $12-1500 for the repair, but then never got back to me like they said they would.) On a T&M basis that seemed quite high, and he gave me a mealy-mouthed response about cost of materials, labor (even though I knew their hourly rate) and that they guarantee their work. I found ONeill and gave them a call. They said the job sounded pretty straightforward and estimated at the most an hour per part of the job but said they would come out to give a free estimate. Colin and Frank arrived in the time window they said and quickly came up with an estimate of an hour total labor plus parts. That included cutting into the inside wall to replace the hose bib properly instead of unscrewing the old one from the pipe coming out of the house and putting on a non-frost free one, which the other guy wanted to do. Colin found a bit of an issue with the way the pipe was inside the wall and suggested that it would be a better fix if they went further back along the wall. All of this without adding to the additional time estimate. When all was said and done, we have a new valve under the house and a new frost free hose bibb, all for less than half what the other guy said it might cost. If I need a plumber again in the future, I know who I will call.

I contacted ONeill to replace two toilets and find a gas leak. The toilet replacement went perfectly and the install was neat and clean. The gas leak was a bit more difficult and could have been outrageously expensive if it were not for the efforts of James and Kyle. They came up with a way to replace the leaking gas line without breaking into walls and causing me to incur a significant additional construction repairs. Their ability to be creative and think outside the box got my gas leak repaired, replacement line and new shutoff valve saving me a significant amount of expense. They arrived on time, wore booties to protect my hardwood floors, had on the proper PPE in my house during the Covid-19 pandemic and left the work areas completely clean. I highly recommend using ONeill Plumbing for excellent customer service!

He came up with a creative solution to tie into my concrete line and replace the downspout. I was offered a fair and reasonable price; his team was back 8am sharp the next morning. They not only repiped my downspout, but went above and beyond and scoped my line to ensure it still drained. Last minute I asked if a clean out could also be added. They had no problem working that in. Two hours later I had a new, professionally installed downspout tied into my concrete line and a clean out. Bobby was calm, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend calling Bobby for your exterior plumbing needs.

James and Kyle arrived to install two hot water heaters in my apartment. They worked well together and the heaters were installed quickly and professionally. They were both courteous and explained what they were doing and how long it would probably take. They took care to protect the floors with absorbent padding while they did their work. I had been having problems with my kitchen sink that allowed only a small stream of water out of the faucet that took several minutes to warm up (it was far from the hot water heater). Ive had that problem with it for years. James went above and beyond what he was sent there for by looking over the pipes, replacing the hot water intake pipe and soon I had a a gushing hot water flow that takes much less time to heat up. I am so pleased and grateful to ONeill plumbing and especially James for fixing that problem.

Bobby, Frank and Julian came out and saved.the.day. I called 12 other companies and they all said they wouldnt touch the problem (septic flooding into the backyard) because the system was old and we are in the city of seattle. I have used ONeill many times, it just didnt occur to me they would look at my septic. When I called them for a referral, they said well come look at it! They sent a superhero. You know you are off to a good start when you get the guy who just looks like he has been doing this for a while, he gives you a big smile, and says over and over We are going to get to the bottom of this! The other companies charged $450 just to show up and ONeill came out and troubleshooted for quite a while and charged me NOTHING. They came back the next day and flushed the system (no one else wanted to try) and it worked!! I am a seriously grateful homeowner. For more serious customer service examples, while some of the guys set up, Bobby walked around my new (old) house and helped me figure out the main water shut off, turned the irrigation back on for the spring, and looked at my malfunctioning water heater all while never once seeming condescending. Lastly, they had to stretch a hose across the sidewalk so Julian stayed at the street all day to make sure no one tripped! To keep himself busy he swept my entire driveway. They were responsive and quick.I also had an additional problem of unknown origin that occurs at night. My house hums intermittently. James really tried to figure it out. He even loaned me a water main key to see if it was changing water pressure during the night.Based on my experience with James and Kyle, ONeill plumbing is my go-to choice for any plumbing needs!

I made a really dumb mistake of forgetting to disconnect a hose from an outdoor faucet right before our temps got down to 20 degrees. Recipe for a burst pipe at 3am! Ugh. I started calling around to places at 4am and ONeill was the only service using a real employee to respond to the overnight emergency number (most use a call service who have no connection to the business). Not only did they call me back a couple of times to let me know they were trying to schedule around a major snow and freezing event, they surprised and delighted me by letting me know that they had a cancellation and could fit me in by 1pm. 2 members of their crew rolled up right at the time I was told and had the pipe replaced and my water back on within 30 minutes. They also didnt charge a cold weather extra fee like I was expecting based on reviews from so many other plumbing services. Thank you ONeill Plumbing! I will sure to call you first this spring when I am ready to replace some galvanized pipes.
