Joseph & Paul came out on short notice & helped us with an issue we were having with our pipes. They were able to identify the issue very quickly & gave us quotes for what it would be to permanently fix the issue. Im very happy with the service we received today & we will be working with Zone 8 again in the future to permanently fix our pipes.

Zone 8 did an amazing job of replacing our 10 year old water heater. They gave us a really good price for the replacement compared to the rest of the quotes we got. They were on time and replaced the water heater within 2 hrs. Definitely going with them next time.

Professional, reasonable-pricing, and great customer service. Not sure if there’s much else to ask for, these guys responding promptly at a time of emergency (on a weekend) and were able to fix my leaking and replacement issue at a price far more reasonable than others, and now it looks and works great. I had to call at least 5 other companies before I found this one, and I couldn’t be more glad and relieved.

I had them come diagnose my water heater that no longer produced hot water. Thang came and diagnosed the problem and noticed it was just a power switch that flipped and only needed to be reset. He explained what was wrong, showed me how to fix this if it happens again, and was able to explain what other issues my water heater may have in the future and informed me what he was or was not knowledgeable about. He was very honest with me and told me his pricing structure which was very fair. Luckily my problem was an easy fix and I was not charged for the service. If I have any issues going forward, I will definitely hire them again!

Highly Recommended!Bryson and his team assisted me in resolving a clog issue today. I scheduled an appointment yesterday afternoon, and they arrived promptly this morning. They initially used a snake to clean out the mainline, successfully removing the clog. When our toilet remained clogged, they maintained the same price and went the extra mile by removing the toilet and snaking through the toilet pipe, ultimately resolving the issue. Bryson and his team truly saved the day! Thank you guys!!!Thank you once again to the Zone 8 Plumbing & Sewer team for their second visit and for using the camera to help us locate the clog! We appreciate that they didnt charge extra for removing our toilet and snaking. I genuinely hope their business continues to thrive!

We had the Zone 8 team over to fix a pinhole leak in one of our hot water lines. Ivan was great as usual (working with them the 3rd time) in getting his team out to come provide a quick quote. Joseph was quick and professional in getting the work done was helpful in explaining maintenance best practices. Highly recommend!
