Todd is now my preferred contact for all sewer line inspections. He is super professional, efficient, and careful of clients property. He gives good, unbiased reports that I know my clients and I can trust. He has gone out of his way to fit us into his schedule when we have a tight timeline and is always reliable about getting the report back to me right away. He is flexible about his reporting options which can be a big advantage with real estate transactions. And he is just a great guy to work with-- I would absolutely recommend him!

AMAZING. Todd is very responsive, nice and fantastic at his job. He answered my call on a Saturday afternoon, and was able to schedule an appointment on Sunday morning. We had previously used a different company who had a very difficult time with the sewer scope and took quite awhile. Todd was able to complete the entire scope - including removing and putting the toilet back - within 30 minutes.Do yourself a favor and dont bother with anyone else - Todd is the best around!

I cannot say enough things about Todd and Sound Sewer Inspection. I am under contract for a house and had another company out for a sewer scope inspection. Without getting into the details, they couldnt perform the inspection via the bathrooms but ended up charging me regardless. I was feeling a little jaded about the whole sewer scope inspection process but hoped there was a more customer-friendly sewer scope business out there.A couple days after my initial attempt at a sewer scope, contractors at the house located the sewer cleanout under the patio (itd been completely buried so we had no idea it was there; boards had to be removed to expose the cleanout). I called up Todd and asked how quickly he would be able to get out and do an inspection--by now Id lost quite a bit of time and wanted to extend closing by as few days as possible. Todd said he could be there in 45 minutes!Todd arrived right on time. He was super friendly and immediately got to work. He talked me through the process as he was doing it and showed me where my line met the sewer. There were a couple rocks that somehow got into the pipe, and he even tried his best to knock some loose as he was doing the inspection! Because he ONLY does sewer scopes and no other plumbing work, he is super objective about what actually needs to be done. Because some of the rocks couldnt be knocked free, he said we could probably go rent some roto equipment to knock them loose ourselves, so we wouldnt get gouged hiring a company to do it. I really appreciated his objective advice! He turned the report and video around super quickly so I could share it with the seller and try to get the rock issue resolved ASAP.Overall, you cant go wrong hiring Todd for a sewer inspection. I will definitely use him down the road if I move again, and will point my friends and family to him as well for their sewer scope needs!

Todd has been nothing short of exceptional in the quality and ethics of his work. Even though plumbing companies will have their own cameras to look at your sewer, nothing is better than an independent, objective assessment. We wanted to take a look at our sewer line, and Todd came by the next day. He identified a hole right outside our house, explained what needed to be done, and as well said to call him back when the hole was fixed so he could a) review the repair and b) continue the inspection of the rest of the line. We received a video with pictures of the line a day after. He followed up with us on quotes and suggested work from sewer companies we had received to guide us. Well above and beyond his scope of service. It just does not get better a customer experience than that.

We had an all-around excellent experience with Todd.He communicated well, making clear what time he would come to our house. He arrived right on time. He was kind and professional. During the sewer scope, I asked a variety of questions about what we were seeing in the video, and he took the time to pause and answer the questions and discuss them thoroughly (including the city connection, the water line, the general condition of the pipes, the turns and the other branches of the line).It was clear that he was very knowledgeable about the different sizes, locations, directions and types of sewer pipes (ours have a combination of cast-iron, PVC, concrete and clay) and how to assess the condition of each. I had some aspects of our pipes that I wanted to give particularly close inspection, and he went above and beyond, taking extra time to ensure that everything was carefully reviewed.

Excellent experience with Sound Sewer. Todd was very prompt at answering/returning phone calls, early to first appointment, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose multiple problems in the sewer line, and also offered to come back for a re-inspect after the line was cleared.I will definitely use Sound Sewer again, and highly recommend them to anyone going into a contract on a home purchase, or a seller looking to scope prior to listing etc.

Todd met all of my expectations and hopes for why I set the appointment with Sound Sewer Inspection. My sewers situation was precarious at best and having Todds knowledge and helpfulness completely eased my mind and temporarily solved my current predicament. SSI recommended a long term solution that was affordable and worth trying in order to avoid digging/replacement plumbing project. Todd was professional, courteous and quick to respond to communication and follow-up. I would highly recommend him to any homeowner or prospective home buyer.
