I really appreciated how easy it was to deal with Soreanos Plumbing. We had multiple issues going on at our house (water heater, leaky shower head, leaky toilet, new kitchen faucet set). Besides being competitively priced, Ron provided great advice and they were able to schedule us quickly. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Please read.When looking for a plumber, there are two types of businesses: The first is the small family-owned type operation that employs mostly the same reliable people from year to year. The second is a big operation where you recognize the name through heavy advertising on the sides of buses and a large fleet of service vans. The former works on repeat business and customer loyalty. They stay small to so that the business is built on reliability and relationships. The latter is built on high volume and very high pricing. They do not care about customer loyalty. They want that highly profitable big sale from people who are either desperate or who dont know any better. And the pricing is outrageous and deceptive. The inspection fee is reasonable and then if you agree, they really get you. Make no mistake about it. It is YOU who is paying for all that advertising on the sides of buses, not them.I have been using Soreano Plumbing for about 25 years. This is a small family-type operation that has employed mostly the same good people for years. Repeat customers who have been with them a long time are usually given quick service. The work is not cheap but then, I have never had a case where it was not done correctly. As a precaution, I would note that you should be very specific about what the problem is what you want done before they come out so they bring the right tools or equipment. Otherwise, I recommend them without reservation.

My Price Pfister Kitchen Pull Out Hose had a hole. The manufacturer could not send a replacement until 8-10 business days. We went to Lowe’s, Home Depot and True Value but could not find a replacement or universal fix that worked. I called around to Ferguson, Part Works Inc, and Pacific Plumbing who told me they do not carry this part on stock.Soreano’s Plumbing was the only place that could help me. Ron was very friendly over the phone and willing to help. He asked me for a picture to confirm it was the right part. When I arrived, a lovely lady greeted me before Ron saved me! I would recommend their business to anyone looking for plumbing support.

I called Soreanos at 8 am to arrange for repair/replacement of my leaking water heater. They dropped other things on their schedule to get to my home by 9:30. The plumber on site was second to none. He assessed the situation, consulted me to present my options, and took immediate action to get the situation resolved. The job was not easy. He had to enlarge the doorway to my furnace/water heater room to be able to get a 40 gallon unit installed. He also found an ingenious way to repair my hose bib which had frozen last winter. Again, he consulted me about the work. When I told him that the piping behind the valve was flexible pex line, he tried something different. He was able to unscrew the hose bib from the exterior of the home, pull the valve out of the wall, replace it, and simply push the assembly back into place. The job was over and done with a minimal amount of cost and labor. These guys are second to none!

I went to 8 different retailers to find the correct fittings to match my application, all of which failed to find me the right parts. Which is fine, it was a unique set of fittings that I needed. I tried Soreanos, I explained my situation, and the guy went to the back room to find the parts. In 5 minutes he had configured some fittings to solve my issue, and I was on my way for under $4.00. Extremely happy with their service!

Soreanos Plumbing is the best! Over the years weve had other plumbers selected by contractors who couldnt get the job done. Recently the other plumber couldnt finish a tub install and left us with a broken pressure pump. Soreanos got both jobs completed. They always get the job done, even if they didnt start it - they make it right. Dont waste your money on cheap plumbing, be sure to call them first.

This local business in Columbia City was able to replace our old leaky pipes in the basement in just a few hours. No hassle! Friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient crew! Highly recommend them!

I accidentally liked a critical review by Webster- 2 times in fact. I was trying to respond to the person who said Ron wasnt nice to him when he didnt know what he wanted. Id say, maybe he was really busy or preoccupied. I have had such help from Soreanos through the years.
