I recently had to call Salish Plumbing for an emergency pipe leaking in my drywall. From the initial phone call to the final cleanup, my experience was excellent.Salish was able to send out a technician within an hour of my call. Patrick arrived on time and was incredibly friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and thoroughly, outlining the potential solutions and their associated costs. I felt very comfortable with their assessment and the proposed plan.We ended up moving forward with having our home repiped. The work itself was completed quickly and efficiently. Patrick, Adam and the rest of the crew did a great job walking me through the work each day and listening and responding to any concerns or questions I had. They were extra friendly and took the time to answer questions from my 6 year old son! Salish even provided a cleaning crew when the work was done to clean up the debris and dust from the job, I really appreciated that.I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service and the overall professionalism of Salish Plumbing Co. Had a wonderful experience with Salish - absolute pleasure to work with and well be calling them again if we have any other issues. We had a great experience with Salish Plumbing when they replaced a bathroom faucet. They were extremely responsive, getting back to me quickly from the first time I contacted them throughout the duration of the work. Their scheduling is also extremely flexible, which was much appreciated when some parts we needed did not arrive as quickly as expected and they were still able to fit us in before a holiday weekend. Most of all they have impeccable integrity; our job was a bit more complicated than anticipated, and although I offered to pay extra for the increased time required, they refused my offer and stuck with their original bid. Garrett was a delight to work with, and we will use them for any future plumbing projects.

We had a complicated project that was started by another plumber and then required Salish Plumbing to come in for the rescue. I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THEM. Their team was patient, attentive, professional, and did a FANTASTIC job on our new bathroom. They ran new pex line, updated a sewer drain, plumbed in a full his and her walk in shower, ran lines to a new sink, and ran new dedicated hot and cold lines to our bathroom (and more!) Despite picking up the job midway, setbacks from materials and delivery, and me feeling VERY DONE with the project before they even arrived - they wrapped up the job quickly. Will absolutely use them again!

I highly recommend Salish Plumbing: very responsive, good communications, friendly people, fair prices, and great subject matter expertise. We had them cap a gas line behind our range as we’re replacing gas with an electric range. We got an estimate that was price-competitive, and when Reed came back, he did a great job and even helped clean the grungy floor beneath the range! Above and beyond customer service. Shout out to Reed and Dustin! We’ll be using Salish for all our plumbing needs in the future!

Salish Plumbing replaced our old gas water tank with a new hybrid heat pump tank. We are so, so happy with their work. Reed and Sam are excellent, hard working contractors. I had a hot water issue and had decided I needed to replace my 12 year old heat pump hot water heater. I called a bunch of places and got nowhere with them. Called Salish Plumbing Co and talked with Dustin who agreed to come out the following day (a Saturday) and give me a free quote. He also discussed the issue with me on the phone and gave me a ballpark estimate. I find this very valuable and almost no other plumbers will do this. In the mean time, I figured out what the issue was and corrected it but still thought it might make sense to replace the old tank. Dustin took a look at everything and I eventually asked him if this was your house / tank, would you replace it now and he said no, hed wait for it to fail. He could have easily talked me into an expensive new tank. I will be giving him a call when its finally time to replace it and for any other plumbing needs I have. I really appreciated his honesty.

I woke up yesterday to a very unpleasant surprise: my water heater had sprung a leak and flooded my garage. I was really worried about the damage and wasnt sure what to do, but thankfully I called Salish Plumbing. Dustin, the owner, answered the phone and immediately put my mind at ease. He promised to take care of everything, and he did!Their plumber, Reed, arrived quickly and got right to work. He was very courteous and professional, and before we even discussed the problem, he had the water shut off and started cleaning up the water. Salish Plumbing repaired a rusted out kitchen sink wastewater pipe at our home that was discovered during insulation of our crawlspace. The insulators could not insulate in the area of the rusted out pipe as the area was wet. We contacted Salish Plumbing very late in the day, they came the next morning. Garret provided 3 estimates; the first for the immediate work, the second adding in the cost to also replace the piping under the kitchen sink cupboard, the third a separate estimate for work that may soon need to be done in a separate area that he saw while in the crawlspace. Garrett was timely, friendly, and worked efficiently. The work was completed in about 4 hours. Garrett cleaned up the work area nicely. We were pleased with the work and the one year guarantee on the work.

Garret came out to look at a leak. He had to spend quite a bit of time in our crawl space, determining where the leak was coming from -- pipes under the tub? From the shower pipes in the wall? Elsewhere? After ruling these out he determined we needed to replace caulking around the tub. The trouble shooting was free, since we could do the caulking ourselves. Garret was right on time, polite, thorough, explained things clearly. The next day he came to replace a hose bib and attached pipe, and that was reasonable. Wed have him back anytime.

My problem started 2 months ago when I found out I have s water leak in my main water line. I contacted several companies who were mostly interested in selling me on everything but what I asked for . However Salish crew were completely different. They are knowledgeable and straightforward. The only thing they sold me on was there pride un their work demonstrated in their professional and customer oriented service. They performed additional work that everyone else was going to charge me for such as backfilling the hole that I dug and not them. They did everything I wished a plumbing contractor would do to get the job done and make the customer happy without the fluff or the slick sales talk . I highly recommend Salish and will always use them in the future.

Reed was great and I would trust him with any plumbing needs in the future. He did meticulous work and patiently explained everything. He told me when he ended up having to do something different from the original plan and he was accommodating about every request, including masking in our house, which sometimes shocks folks these days. Dustin was responsive, always answered the phone or got right back to me, and it was pretty quick to get on their calendar. There was a long delay in getting the shower cartridge I needed from the manufacturer, which was out of Salish Plumbings control, but everyone was apologetic and tried to make things work as smoothly as possible once I decided to go ahead with a more expensive replacement of the whole unit rather than keep waiting. Reed also cleaned up thoroughly after the job and did what he could to minimize the impact of the disruption of having the work done. Really happy I chose Salish!

Will came out and replaced our water heater (it was at the end of its life), he did excellent work, and used high quality pipes and such (replacing crappy galvanized stuff our previous plumber used to install the old water heater). Then I showed him a little annoying thing I noticed with the work yet another plumber did, he diagnosed a slow leak, tightened up some things and put a paper towel down for me to check if it was still leaking. IT IS. So I called my other plumber to fix his work, but I am not confident and will most likely call Salish soon to double check/fix the work. 10/10 would totally recommend this company. No upselling and excellent customer service.

Very good experience with the plumber who came to our house (Will, I believe was his name). He systematically tested our faucets to try to isolate the problem with our heated water, and he explained what he was doing and why. He also explained some of the causes he was testing and why they might cause the problem. It was an exercise in water circulation forensics, and I was able to follow along with every step. Once he had his hunch for a diagnosis, he double checked other variables so that by the time he left, I was also quite confident in his diagnosis. It was an openly transparent experience that I very much appreciated. Will definitely call these guys again the next time we have an issue with our plumbing.

I want to give 6 star if there is an option. We just had a remodeling done by a pretty incompetent contractor. After that we have a crawlspace remediation work done and the worker found out a specific drain pipe leak to crawlspace and reported to us. We first hire another plumbing company to assess the situation. They spent an entire afternoon looking around, using some IR camera to look for leaks and ends up trying to sell us works like repiping the drain pipe from cast iron to ABS, and water pipe from galvanized to PEX etc. and the estimate was about 17k-35k depending what options we choose. Since the job is pretty big and costly, we then ask Salish Plumbing to come and diagnose to give us an estimate because we had good experience with them in a previous leak fix. I think their technician spent like less than 30 minutes even without us being at home and pin point the location which is likely a drill into the pipe by the previous remodeling work. Their quote to just fix that was very reasonable and didnt try to sell us all those repiping project.

Lucky me, they had availability in the afternoon for a site visit(free). 2 technicians Reed and Tommy showed up at my doorstep on time. I explained the situation to them. My tenant living in the basement bedroom has noticed some sewer smell in her room. Reed and Tommy looked around the house to understand my house plumbing system. They were able to narrow down to a few possibilities. They ran a camera into the sewer pipe, quickly identified it was clogged. They unclogged it right away.I appreciate these 2 professional young men. I really appreciate their assistance. Adam and Sam did a great job on some plumbing work I wanted done. They got me right into their schedule and gave me a very good price. I also felt good about supporting a local business owned by an indigenous person! I was looking for an alternative to the big plumbing companies, and these guys totally filled the bill. I’ll call them again if I need plumbing work.

I originally choose Salish Plumbing because I love to support my community and spend my dollars with small businesses & Minority owned businesses.But I will continue to choose Salish Plumbing for future needs & projects because of the Amazing service I received through the entire process.Patrick did great troubleshooting our Leaking hot water heater that was Henry-Rigged & installed incorrectly by someone previously. He was knowledgeable, quick and clean. As an added bonus, He was patient with me , all my questions and even dealt with my sarcasm and potty mouth. ;) I will be telling everyone I know to use you all if they need plumbing anything.
