I hired Bens Plumbing to install PEX piping to replace my old galvanized piping.I had a good experience. They were prompt and professional, they cleaned up after themselves, they were pleasant to be around, they were nice to my cats, and Nolan even gave me some pointers about fixing my kitchen faucet.I shopped around a bit before deciding on Bens. Their price was considerably less than some other plumbers in town, and the service was top notch. I would recommend them.

I highly recommend them. A live person answered the phone immediately when I called first thing in the morning and was able to schedule me later that same morning. Their employee Josh had a nearby appointment that finished early, so he came ahead of schedule and completed the work thoroughly and efficiently. He was nice and polite and even patient with my barky little dog. He wore shoe covers in my home and the site was left neat. Very happy with them!

Our engineer was super helpful and got the repair done quickly, including a trip to the hardware store to get the right part for our quirky old house. I’m bummed that we used a “name brand” service on our recent sewer project - wish I had know about Ben’s first. Ben’s could have done it for half the price with more advanced equipment! So if you have a repair or project need, big or small, call Ben’s Plumbing first.

I am very happy with the service provided by Ben’s Plumbing. We had a blockage in our main line that we discovered late in the evening on Saturday. We could not use our toilet, sinks or bath/shower without getting massive flooding. Ben’s plumbing was able to get someone out the same night within an hour of calling them. I had called other places and they were the only ones able to send someone out. The guy was friendly and helpful and able to get the blockage cleared. I initially gave a 4 star review because he wasn’t able to provide camera footage of the line, even though I had been told in the phone that he would. On Monday they made it right by sending out a guy free of charge to do the camera work on the lines, since they weren’t able to do it on Saturday. This gave us peace of mind on the status of our lines and saved us from having another costly expense. I am super grateful for their service and for taking the time to make sure we were satisfied customers. I would highly recommend them. Super friendly and easy to work with.

He explained to me the issues he sees, and answer all the questions I had. He proposed a few solutions to an issue I had, and pointed out some other issues that he observed. Ultimately we picked a solution that works best for me, and he went right to work. He was quick and still made sure to keep the working areas clean. Ben is great. He has lots of experience and knowledge and spotted problems quickly from the work by other plumbers. He is also very practical. He is more expensive than some other plumbers but I’m more than happy to pay his rates because I can trust his work. We have had some very negative experiences with cheaper plumbers and it’s not worth the risk using them again. Plumbing disasters can cause cost thousands of $ so it’s absolutely more than worth paying for a plumber you can trust like Ben.

I hired Bens to take care of the plumbing for two bathroom fluffs in our home - the first visit involved removing the old faucets and the second visit was to install new faucets and a (tricky) Kohler Reach toilet. I cant remember the first plumbers name, but Nick did the installs and they were both great to work with. Nick even hauled away our old toilets. With both encounters the experience was positive in every way - they were responsive, able to come out fairly quickly, professional, and cleaned-up well after they were done. Michelle always checked-in the day before to remind me that they were coming, and their pricing seemed reasonable, too. Well definitely use them again.

We hired HD to help with some clogging/backflow issues with our sewer/drain line The front office was very helpful, informative, and friendly with Q&A and getting us scheduled at a convenient time Jerry (lead) and Nick (apprentice) showed up a few minutes early (!!) for a start of day appointment and were very considerate and patient with our questions throughout the process. They were also very transparent on what we could do on our own if we wanted to save some money for ongoing maintenance (or they also offered related services if we were interested). All in all, they were able to get our issue fixed, educate us on next steps for maintenance and come in UNDER estimate, not charging us for unique equipment they didnt end up using (even after they had it special delivered to our house).All in all, the team was great an be will be getting plenty by of our (and our friends/neighbors) business in the future!Thanks, HD!

It saved me so much time and money. He was upfront that repairing the toilets might not be the most value vs just replacing them. I have used HD Partners and Bens Plumbing for years on my projects. I am a general contractor doing my own development work, high end remodel and multi family service work. They ALWAYS do top notch professional work, they come prepared to meet any task head on to get the work completed on schedule and in budget. I have never seen a change order from them unless the work ventured way out of scope and the change was agreed upon. All the staff under the HD Partners umbrella from scheduling to the technicians even their parts suppliers go above and beyond to make me shine for my customer base. For instance I called the office on a Friday 2:30 pm with a water main brake on a 24 unit building, by 4:00 I had trucks and plumbers on site assessing the work. I had locate there before 5:00 to find huge amounts of fiber optic and high tension lines over my 2” main. The HD team did not leave my site and completed the work by 11:00 the next morning getting water back on for all the families in the building. There parts house even opened for them at 3:00am for the parts we needed. Pipe was 5 feet under grade and a huge tree on top of it as well. They pulled an all nighter with me and not one complaint from any of them standing in knee high mud five feet down in the trench.
