I hired Rain City Plumbing to run 2 gas lines for a fire pit and grill. They did the work on time, as expected and for a fair price. What makes them 5 star is their customer service. Jamie made sure he understood what the lines were for so the end result would be exactly what I needed. He even happily fulfilled my request to make an adjustment to the height of the gas pipe. Then he made sure all my other gas appliances were still working as expected once he finished the job. I’d highly recommending contacting Rain City for you plumbing needs.

I had a very pleasant experience with Rain City Plumbing. Their office was responsive when I contacted them, and I really appreciate that they were able to come out to see my condo to give me a free estimate. I contacted multiple other plumbers and they all charged $35-150 just to visit and give an estimate (they waived this fee if you chose to hire them, which I think is their strategy).Rain City Plumbing was able to come out and take a look at my shower quickly, and they gave me very clear and transparent estimates for how much it might cost. The two gentlemen who came by were uniformed, neat, and very polite and patient when explaining things to me. They were respectful of my home, and took off their shoes without me asking (when they needed to go further into a carpeted area to look at the back of my wall). They also followed up with me later to offer me a discount on the cost of parts. When I told them I was waiting to hear back from some of the other plumbers I had contacted, they were understanding and they actually recommended that I shop around and get quotes. I really appreciate that they were very willing to educate me as a new home owner, instead of trying to take advantage of me.While I didnt hire Rain City Plumbing to work on my job in the end, it was purely because I got a more competitive rate elsewhere. I still would highly rate Rain City Plumbing because of the great customer service I received. Thank you!

Very positive experience working with them. I hired them to correct the plumbing of a remodeled bathroom. Derek was great with explaining the project/scheduling and Rick did a great job with the work. The entire process was hassle free!

Cannot recommend them enough! Derrek, Darren, Jaimie, Phillip, Marco, and Cheryl were all freaking incredible and handled all my issues professionally and timely. Their price was very good, quality was great. I kept having them do more and more work for me, they were so good. Have recommended them to many friends in the area and will be using them as my designated plumber in the future.Turnover has been difficult recently with them losing a plumber or two. This may be the reason other reviewers have noted it taking a bit longer to get back on estimates and calls. If you can be patient, you will find it worth the wait

Found a very large puddle around my water main, I couldn’t see the meter to see if it was spinning or find the shut off. Called Rain City Plumbing and Derek came out within 30 minutes. Tested a few things and talked it out and didn’t think there was a leak. He was really nice guy and didn’t make feel silly for calling them out! (Had the city come out later and they didn’t think it was a leak either, probably just a lot of ground water). Anyways, once I’m ready to do a couple plumbing projects in a few months, they will be my first call!

Rain City Plumbing was absolutely fantastic to work with. They came out right away, gave a reasonable quote, and got me scheduled with no issues.They did great work and went above and beyond, completing all of my odd requests (were doing a multi-phase laundry room remodel) without hesitation. Not only that, but they were happy to give advice for some of the work we wanted to try to complete ourselves. Derek was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable!I will always use Rain City Plumbing for any future plumbing work. I highly recommend this company!

Rarely if ever have I had 5 star service with a home repair. Lets just say there is a first time for everything! Caleb went above and beyond to ensure the installation was done well. He was timely, knowledgeable, organized and cleaned everything when complete. I would definitely utilize Rain City Plumbing again!

I highly rate Jaime and Rain City Plumbing. I am a first time home owner, and I felt like Jaime really went above and beyond when it came to repiping my crawl space.The cost was extremely fair, and Jaime also was not alarmist about all the issues he saw or concerns that I had.He added an ice maker box behind my fridge, and fixed an issue with my gas line being connected to the water line to the fridge and installed two frost free hoses. He also installed a couple of water shut offs and explained to me how to use them.Not only did they do a phenomenal job, they left the home very clean after everything was done.

Derek showed up promptly to our request for waterline replacement from the meter to the house. He performed a thorough examination of the project, identifying and pinpointing the source of a drain pipe leak in the crawlspace that had been missed in other inspections and work. Rain City provided a detailed estimate of the waterline replacement and drainpipe repair work that showed exactly what they would do and provided an estimate of the time that plumbing would be out of service. Derek and Darin performed the work on time advising us on issues that were uncovered as they went. The water was back on within one day and the work was completed for the estimated cost. I highly recommend Rain City Plumbing.

Five star service from beginning to end! I reached out to multiple companies to replace my water heater and was frustrated by the slow responses, the unavailability, and the upselling. I had actually scheduled another plumber for the work but, when he canceled at that last minute, I called Rain City Plumbing. Spence responded immediately. He provided a straightforward estimate that was right in line with what I expected to pay and he accommodated a small add-on job for a very good price. A day later, the team arrived right on time and accomplished both jobs efficiently and with a great deal of care for my little 1940s bungalow. I couldnt be happier with Rain Citys service and have already spoken to Spence about the next project Id like to tackle.

TL;DR these guys are fantastic and I highly recommend you hire them immediately.I hired Rain City to replumb my entire house in June. I have a 1954 ranch that still had the original galvanized plumbing, including the water main.During the estimate process I explained that I wanted insulated PEX A on a manifold system with a recirculating pump to the bathroom because it took forever to heat up in the colder months.Of the 3 bids I received for this work, Rain City was the best price by a third, and that’s not hyperbole.The job took about 4 8-hour days to complete. The crew was on time, respectful, tidy, and efficient. I work from home so I was there the entire time they were working and the were exceptionally accommodating to not only me but my circus of pets, too.Derek went above and beyond to deliver the job on time and to my annoyingly particular specifications, including custom manufacturing a copper manifold at no additional cost when the standard UBS manifold was backordered. He even went out of his way to help me locate a specific valve system for my tub because it was the only one compatible with the hardware trim I had purchased.On top of the above, I had just finished landscaping the front yard in April and was prepared to accept that 20ft had to be destroyed in order for them to trench to the water main meter and replace the main supply line. Bad planning on my part is not their fault, after all. Y’all, these guys are pros. They trenched that 20ft and very carefully put everything back exactly how it was. You can’t even tell they were in there. Other bidders explicitly said they wouldn’t be responsible for landscape repair and here I am with a perfectly working manifold, insulated, freeze resistant pipes, a new water main, and an in-tact front yard. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the result.Special shout outs to Derek, Manolo, and Jaime, my apologies for the delay on getting this posted.

If you want the job done right, you need to call Rain City. They were recommended by a close friend whos a general contractor. He knows good work when he sees it, and Rain City is who he uses for his projects. This recommendation was spot on. We needed a new hot water heater as well as to have an old pipe replaced. I made an initial appointment with Spence who arrived right on time (a great first impression) and he got an understanding of the problems we needed fixing. He prepared a quite within 24 hours that was more than fair and we set up an appointment to have the work done within a few days. Jamie and Antonio came out and because of their creative problem solving and extensive experience, they were able to put in the new hot water tank in a better place giving us more room in the basement. They even created a wooden frame to mount it, which was not in the original estimate, but Im SO glad they figured out a smarter plan than what I was originally hoping for.Once we got hot water working again, I discovered that the dishwasher wasnt draining properly, so Antonio came back and had it fixed under an hour. Apparently the previous owners installed a new dishwasher, but didnt install it properly.We now have a fully functioning kitchen and its all due to Rain City. Theyre professional, fast, and extremely trust worthy. Theyve made a life long customer and advocate out of our family.Thanks again RCP!

Spence and his crew did a great job at repiping our whole houses supply. We walked through to do the initial scoping; he explained everything carefully and in terms I understood. He made some good suggestions, including the addition of a hot-water recirculator, which was a huge quality-of-life upgrade for our house. We also really like the new kitchen sink he had suggested, when we said we wanted an upgrade there.When I need a plumber again, Ill be calling Rain City.2022 - they did a great job again. We had a slow-draining sink in our basement kitchenette. They tried to snake it unsuccessfully, but pointed out several deficiencies in the way it was originally installed by the previous homeowners. They worked up a quote for a comprehensive repair, and they were able to do it same-day.

I had a toilet that ran continuously and wouldn’t flush all the way down. Manuel and MarCo came out and replaced the toilet and also replaced a broken angle stop. They were quick, clean, and very nice! They explained everything they did and what was wrong. Here and gone in about 30 minutes. Price was also very agreeable!

Spence was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly on both the phone and in person. Raincity exactly matched our existing Hansgrohe faucet that needed replacing . They were on time and the price quote was accurate to the final cost. Spence had to travel to the hardware store for unexpected parts for our garbage disposal that was not even part of the job description. He also inspected our water heater and multiple toilets for problems/issues free of charge. We will highly recommend this company to everyone we know.

I really like the way this company were prepared for their visit. They asked for pictures of the work to be addressed before they came and then gave an accurate estimate before they were on site. Add ons are only $45 , so Id advice to make sure if you have a number of jobs thath you get them some all at once.Highly recommended

They came to replace indoor plumbing, replace the hot water tank, haul away the old one, and replace the kitchen sink drain line to the main sewer.They were honest, on-time, courteous, had an awesome estimate, and did awesome work, and cleaned up beautifully as promised. The whole team at Rain City Plumbing as fantastic. They were professional, provided clear communication, were timely and accountable (hard to find in this industry), and the quality was top notch. We had a full bathroom addition which included new sewer lines, water lines, and a sewage ejector. I did a lot of the work myself, and as a novice when it comes to construction they were incredibly helpful in walking me through the different phases of a construction process of this scope. The work they performed surpassed expectations.

I hired Rain City to install a new water heater, a pressure reducing valve, and a home run manifold system. They also replaced my kitchen drain lines and ran it through the basement wall instead of across the basement ceiling. Spence at Rain City who did the estimate and supervised the job was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. Antonio who performed most of the work was amazing. The plumbing is very tidy, which isn;t always easy in a 1920s house with non-standard dimensions. When I am ready for my next project, I am definitely hiring Rain City again.
