Steven was very personable and prompt in helping with a minor plumbing problem. When I communicated the leak concern to other plumbing companies they were trying to charge us $3,000 but when Steven arrived from Queen to evaluate our problem he was able to get it resolved in under $800 and the day of. I definitely trust Queen Plumbing and would utilize again!

We contacted Queens Plumbing to help with fixing the toilet tank. I got a quick response from Steve for my service request, confirming he would drop by the next morning. He arrived early and fixed the problem. Not only didnt he charge us for the small fix, but also taught us how to fix the problem if it was to reoccur. Great service! We will contact Queens Plumbing for anything in the future.

I contacted Queen Plumbing for help with a leaky shower into the ceiling below, after seeing good reviews from neighbors on NextDoor. Steve set an appointment for the next morning and although I am a bit outside their service area, Travis was communicative and showed on time. Within minutes he was able to determine the fix was much simpler than expected and with minimal cost to me. He also fixed a secondary issue in my 2nd bathroom I had been avoiding. Both problems solved quickly - such a relief. I so appreciate the honesty and transparency and definitely recommend them! Thanks guys

If youre reading this in search of a competent, positive, and experienced plumber, give Queen Plumbing a call and reach out to Steve and Casey. Short story long, just yesterday I found out I had to replace my water heater. The next morning I had received a couple visits + quotes from other 5 star rated plumbers around Seattle. I was unimpressed with the lack of transparency especially when it came to asking about the vendors, one even tried to upsell me on both the new unit(s) and installations, they had nice ipads but gamesmanship and lack of communication wasnt modern at all. Later that morning, I decided to reach out to Queen Plumbing and it went straight to his personal line. I briefly explained the situation and he was very responsive with requesting photos of the previous unit and the surrounding the area. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem, and could start calling his contacts and vendors for replacements. He was very transparent with the details, and also gave a quote (range) over the phone; it was reasonable enough and I confirmed over the phone. What impressed me more was he was in between other service calls and made it work to fit me in. Steve and Casey were committed to getting my water back the same day they said, and were communicating through the whole process with thorough updates until they arrived. Their work was clean, comprehensive, came with the right equipment they needed and parts. Everything was finished within 2-3 hrs. After getting to know Steve and Casey a bit better, I found out that they have a lot of experience in mostly renovations, but Steve makes it a point to keep his bandwidth free for service calls from the community. Queen is definitely the contractors you want to go for Plumbing related issues. Reasonable pricing but they are transparent and responsive.

I had a great experience working with Steve. I needed help fixing a pressure valve which wasnt working properly. He was very responsive and friendly, and upfront about costs in case the pressure valve needed to be replaced. Luckily it just required some adjustment. Based on my experience, I would recommend Steve.

If youre in need of a plumber and dont know which one to trust, stop your search and call Queen Plumbing. I cant express how grateful I am to Steven and Travis for immediately responding to an active leak in our 4-story condominium building that was causing water intrusion into the building. They provided a thorough assessment of the issue, repaired the broken pipe/hose bib, and also talked us through long-term solutions for the building. They were super responsive and knowledgeable about preventive repairs we should consider in the near future, which we plan to hire them again to do. Great people and work at a good value. I called Steve this morning and the job was done this afternoon! A pleasure to deal with, he walked me through what was needed and charged the price estimated by phone. This was a simple sink outflow pipe that had failed, and he repaired with some new materials that made it look than it had before by a long shot—and fixed what probably a decades-old problem waiting to happen that finally did. Glad to have him in my contacts for future plumbing problems (knock wood).

We are very happy with the services provided by Steve from Queen Plumbing. He is doing the plumbing work on our bathroom remodel. He is punctual and responds to texts quickly. We had some problem with the bathtub faucet fixtures. Steve was able to figure out the issue and made it work. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I called Steve to get a gas water heater replaced. Travis was there the same day and did not charge for the visit unlike other companies. I paid $3,400 +tax ($3,748 total) to have it replaced and the old tank hauled away. Travis was knowledgeable in his work and had an apprentice shadowing him. They completed the job in half a day and were respectful of my home. They even pointed out I will need a pressure release valve replaced in the future and provided a quote for that as well which I appreciate. I will definitely consider Queen Plumbing for future projects.

Of all of the places I called to find someone to come out and do an evaluation and repair, Steve was extremely responsive and accomodating! Travis and Casey arrived on time and were professional all around! They assessed the issue, presented all of my options, immediately went to get additional supplies and completed the repair carefully and quickly. During the cold weather snap of 2024, I had the water pipes in my garage burst. My initial plumber cancelled on me, and I ended up calling Queen Plumbing midday. Steve gave me a rough quote over the phone (all other plumbers would only give one after a $100 in home visit), and managed to fit me in, near the end of the day with little notice. Keep in mind, these guys had been working 2 weeks straight due to the number of burst water pipes in Seattle.Travis and Casey came in, and did a fantastic job. They removed the burst copper pipes and replaced it with PEX. Furthermore they installed a shutoff valve at no extra cost, which was really appreciated. At every step of the way they explained what they were doing, and also answered any questions I had. I would definitely call Queen Plumbing back for any other plumbing issues I had.

I called on a Saturday morning, because on a recent sub freezing weekend we had no hot water in the house. They were able to come the same day (about 40 minutes after I called) and suggested some things I can check on my own until then. One of those turned out to be correct, ice was blocking an exhaust pipe. Once the tech arrived he reset my water heater and explained what to do to prevent the issue from happening again.Overall the service was effective, prompt, and friendly.

Queen Plumbing has helped me out twice now, and Ive been very happy with them.The first time was late last year when they snaked a drain. That experience was good, and while they were there I asked them to review some known (and significant) plumbing issues in my old house. They proposed a plan which covered all the issues but was appreciably simpler and less expensive than a proposal I had received from another (larger) plumber. It was a lot of work ( replaced old rusting galvanized drain pipes; removed previously-abandoned incoming galvanized pipes; re-did the sink drain and vent; removed a historical and pointless drum trap; re-set and caulked the toilet), and their bid felt very reasonable to me based on past plumbing experiences.Theyve now completed that work and Im very happy with the experience. Travis and Casey were pleasant to deal with, took good care of my place, communicated well about the job, answered my questions, gave me some options when a couple of issues came up but didnt pressure me about anything, cleaned up afterwards, and delivered at the original bid. (I fortunately had a photo of the plumbing taken a decade ago when I had some other work done; they were able to refer to that when making their bid and there were fewer opportunities for surprises.) All in all, I felt well cared for and Im happy with the result; its a relief to have plumbing which should be much more reliable going forward.

Queen Plumbing is great.Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.He is definitely at the top of my list for my next plumbing project.
