This review is for Josh and Adam.Josh and Adam were outstanding! We had an emergency plumbing issue on our houseboat, and they handled a unique challenge with professionalism and expertise. They were prompt, respectful of our home, and resolved the issue with clear communication. As a woman of color, I appreciated that they were not condescending - as this has not been my experience with other providers. Their knowledge and skill really stood out, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. To top it off, their pricing was incredibly fair. I highly recommend their services.

Michael and Joshua came to our house today and try fix our boiler. At the very end we decided to just replace the whole thing with them as they try fix our old one and they try there very best to fix it but at the very end we just decide to get a new one from them. Both of these guys were very patient with us and did an amazing job and very professional on what they do. I would recommend Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating g for there services anytime you have a problem. We needed to have a new toilet installed & during that time I asked if they did faucet installations. The tech said they did & had some faucets they sell in his truck so he brought them in & I liked one. They installed the faucet but after they left I noticed the water pressure was very low so I called company & made appointment for them to return. It turned out that the emergency shut off valve had failed. There was debris coming out when they took faucet apart & that was affecting the water pressure. They replaced the hot & cold valve as well as one for the dishwasher & another for refrigerator. That did it! Water pressure is good now. The techs were very professional, very nice, no fuss or muss. I thought it was a little pricey but I think the work they did & their professionalism made it worth it! Im very grateful for the work they did! I will call them in the future!

Had work done with them previously and had a good time with them. Called them the night of my shower leaking into my crawlspace and they scheduled to have someone come out that night. Later that night, I got a call about the technician being later on their job , and while they could still have them come tonight, if I waited until the next morning, then they would waive the emergency fee.The next morning the plumber arrived and I was surprised to see the same person that worked on our house last time. I explained the problem, and after looking at it, they laid out a few quotes and options to get a couple of things done that they saw were issues with my plumbing, as well as different ways to solve our current problem.After choosing what to get done, they got straight to work replacing the pipes we chose, and moving appliances to access parts of my plumbing. After finishing a few hours later, they cleaned up, verified their work, and left after payment.This company hasnt done me dirty yet, and has been upfront and communicative about any costs and their recommendations. I will continue to return to them in the future.

Called in the middle of the night and they scheduled for the next morning to fix clogged pipes. They came and were fast with a quote and upfront about all the costs. After them trying and not succeeding to unclog it, they recommended replacing the old galvanized pipes I had in the walls. They drew up a quote, dropped the original cost of the unclogging, and even went over a few options with us. They were able to fix the pipes that day.Only giving a 4 because they couldnt fix the original problem, the clog. I had to replace things because of that. Other than that hiccup, highly recommend.

Hugo and Whitney showed up 2 hours after I put in a call. Thoroughly navigated the issue and figured out why the clothes washer drain was overflowing; a collapsed French drain. They had it plumbed into the toilet/tub instead within an hour the next morning. Previous plumbers had only snaked it and called it a day. Hugo and Whitney were interested in solving the real problem and we are so glad!

These guys know what they are doing and do it well. I had a clogged/ improper washing machine drain that would drain my toilet and emitted a terrible smell. I called the office at 11:00 am and had a crew at my door by 12:00 pm. By 7:00pm they had new ABS lines in properly from my laundry room all the way under my house into the main line. It’s no exaggeration when I say “they worked in the tightest crawl space ever”. The guy’s did not stop working until it was finished, rarely do you find people that dedicated to getting the job done. 100% recommend

I got a disposer replaced with puget sound plumbing and heating last year. It was working perfectly. Then I got a dishwasher replaced later from Best Buy. The guy who installed the dishwasher for us mass up the disposer (did not tighten the screw, and even lost one of the screw). The. My disposer started leaking. I called the team, get the technician on onboard immediately within a couple hours. They addressed the issue very quick and fixed it for me. Super professional, best team!

And quotes on optional services.However due to gas, electricity cables, fiber, telephone lines they do not offered trench-less option for our project and estimate job will take 2 to 3 days to complete.We ended up going for a company that offered trench-less and completed the job within 1 day (4 hours to be exact)

Do you know how annoying it is to not have access to your kitchen sink? Its TERRIBLE. The two techs that came to visit us, Tyler and Sean, showed up within the allotted window (and on the earlier side!) They were super friendly and super helpful, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that. I have anxiety whenever I need to have a repair service in my house that Ill just nod along and not really understand what theyre telling me, but they took the time to explain it and seemed quite well informed. Would definitely recommend!!

Puget Sound Plumbing did a wonderful job. Tech was super knowledgeable, investigated issue, and quoted work at no cost. After getting comparison quotes, we went with Puget Sound. Work was scheduled quickly and completed same day on our kitchen plumbing. Tech took time to walk me through everything that was going on and show me plumbing rerouting work done in basement. When we had a small issue after service, they immediately came right back out and resolved no charge. Good quality work. Would definitely use them again.

Tyler was the technician that came and he was kind and explained what he found, and it was an easy fix. Of course being a senior citizen I thought I’d have a hefty bill because you hear how expensive a plumber can be. Not the case at all, he said it was an easy fix and there was no charge, now that’s a Thanksgiving gift! I would recommend Puget Sound Pluming without hesitation and I would suggest talking to Chris and if your lucky ask for Tyler, you won’t be disappointed.

When Arctic cold temps brutalized the PNW over the weekend, my pipes froze. Granted, it wasn’t all of my pipes (“just” a supply line serving one toilet and a shower), but I was really concerned about damage I wouldn’t be able to see once the lines thawed. What’s worse, the meter box at the street had filled with water and froze shut—so I was unable to rule out hidden leaks on my own. I wasn’t having an active emergency, but I did need help. Enter Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating—the company listed on the refrigerator magnet I absently stuck to my fridge over a year ago.Despite being inundated with calls, dispatch triaged mine right away and scheduled an appointment. (If I had been experiencing an active emergency, I was given the impression that they would have done their level best to get someone out to me ASAP). On the day of my appointment, dispatch maintained active communication so that I knew when within my given window I could expect a technician. Very straightforward appointment just snaking a drain, lucky for me. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It cost $430 with the coupon I had. Seems expensive for a simple procedure but it does require knowledge of the old pipes and how not to break them and how far to push the snake is safe and they clean up after themselves and they put my drain plug back together which was nice. So its just one of those things that cost a bit. And its always just a glob of hair so invest in hair catchers and save yourself the drain clog! This was a fine company to work with. Id use them again.

The employees were courteous, careful of our home and flooring putting protective carpet runners down before work began, and cleaned up after their installation of any debri from the install job. We raise German Shepherds and so having hot water is important for our daily feeding and clean. We were very appreciative to get our water heater replaced so quickly. Before I begin on about Steve, Which he was courteous and Diligent. I would like to address all the 1 star ratings. Most people with common sense will take the one star ratings with a grain of salt. It is correct you can all have your own and say you have your right to complain about what you want to. Most if not all of the 1 star ratings were complaining about cost and not the technician themselves. Here you are supposed to be rating the work that was done. You can complain about the price all you want. The price of replacing my hot water heater may have been high but I did my research and it was well within the local acceptable range. As for the lower reviews most I can see they feel entitled to freebies when they have done nothing to deserve them. So for all the technicians that get those bad reviews from those people that say you did a bad job or the prices were too high just dont get it. As to my experience today with Steve it a pleasant. I am not rich by far means and I get and fully understand the costs involved. All of you all keep up the good work and just remember if you get bad reviews at any time 90% of the time it is the customer just trying to get money so they can feel entitled. We had a nasty back up from a clogged drain and Josh troubleshooted the problem and solution, communicating with me the whole time. Finally, he went above and beyond, looking at my leaky kitchen sink and providing a simple fix for an issue that had been going on for too long. Work performed methodically & with care.The wife, who was home while work was performed, would like too add on.I called & talked to Chris on 9-12 in the AM because I couldn’t shut the water off.Old house, not shut offs under the sink, main shut off wouldn’t move & looked fragile. Didn’t have proper tool for outside shut off.As promised Derek & his apprentice Michael showed up within a few hours. Chris called me back to let me know they were on their way.I called this company because A) I liked the Val-Pak ad with the “clogs” (Wooden Dutch Clogs) in the sink.Advertising with a sense of humor helps. B) companies I’d used in the past wouldn’t work on my original Farm Sink, circa 1928, & I wished to preserve it.Derek immediately assessed our entire plumbing system from the outside in.Didn’t want to hear that size of pipe was not up to code but good to know.I explained how I felt about my sink & he said he’d try.The back splash is separate from the sink itself & had to come off.I’m sure it hadn’t been removed for a very long time.After wrestling with it mightily he succeeded. It was a mess back there. He had to do a lot of customizing to build it back up but did so working with the galvanized pipe.Replaced the faucet & also the bathroom faucet. I had a Kohler that was 25 years old. The water pressure is so great here I had stopped using the sink altogether.They were at my house all day but maintained good attitudes & were very courteous to a Senior lady who’s slow going up & down the stairs. They showed concern for my safety which was very appreciated.They also kindly removed 2 dead rats that were in the area they were working in on the ground floor/garage.Other, non-exterminating companies have charged me a “bounty” for removing rats they found while doing other kinds of work. I offered, they wouldn’t hear of it.Unfortunately the next day, the 13th, I had to call them back because the bathroom faucet was dripping. After trying hard to repair replacement was the best option. They waited for me to go get the faucet from Home Depot as it wasn’t something on their truck.The next day the 14th there was rust running onto the sink from the faucets. Couldn’t do it that day & I wasn’t available until the 20th.I was asking how much they were charging on Tues.& Wednesday but was told company policy was to get it right!On Monday the 19th Derek had to tear out the back splash of the kitchen sink AGAIN only to find out it was my porous counter that was creating a moisture problem & causing the rust.Still wouldn’t take anything extra for all their time which wasn’t their fault.Had them come back on the 20th to reseat the toilet & replace the wax.Just about had to pitch a fit to get them to take some extra pay which I thought they more than deserved.They were courteous, hardworking, patient & determined. All super qualities. It’s a good feeling to hire an Iraqi War Vet with 8 years of service.Thank You Derek! & thank you Michael for a winning attitude.

Of course my husband thinks his has Midas hands spending three days on my clogged kitchen sink which Kept backing up drained water. Finally, I had to yell at him to get a plumber. I called them on a Saturday and scheduled an appointment for Sunday to fix a leak in what we thought was the main pipe from our home to the hot water heater. They called with a cancelation and they were able to come out the same day! Rick showed up, reviewed our issue and it turned out it wasn’t the main pipe after all and would be an easy fix. He was very informative and helpful. He was able to work with me on the cost of the repairs too and got right to work. Everything was finished in just over an hour! We were doing remodeling in our bathroom and we needed a plumer to modify the pipes so we can change the existing bath tub with a shower.We called another plumer prior to contacting the Pudet Sound Plumbing, and did have chipper rate, but he didnt know how to do it, and he also didnt have the supplies!So , we did reach out to Pudet Sound and requested Josh V. ,as we read a lot of good feedback of him.They were already booked up, but they still were send our way, and start working on it right way, soon they arrived.The problem was the price , it was to high for our budget, and we let them know about it.They did give as a fair price, and they came back in the next morning and complete the job!It was such relieve on my husband, who was in the middle of completing the bathroom, but he couldnt move forward, without the plumbing part.We are very satisfied with their work and highly recommend this company!

So we love these guys. Weve had them out a few times for random projects in our house but our kitchen sink has always been our problem child. It likes to plug up and then get me in trouble for using Draino before admitting defeat and having to call these guys for help (and then apologizing again that I used Draino even after they told me theres better options to use).Josh is our normal guy we get out here and he has always been courteous and polite, even when I didnt listen about the draino. He went under our house and repositioned our pipes to the correct angle so our sink has been running great since hes left.Highly recommend these guys.

Two gentlemen came out, (John and Josh) and as I was explaining the situation and problems I was having, They already knew what was going on and where to look. These 2 gentlemen (The Tag Team Js) was very knowledgeable and very confident. Its amazing that prior plummers could not locate the problem. It took the J-Team less than a minute to locate the problem and fix it. They explained to me every step of the way of possibilities.
