The PRICOR team was really incredible. When we had a leak in our mainline down at the street, as a homeowner, its challenging to know who to call and trust to get it fixed. Few things are more challenging that issues with water and especially jobs that require concrete excavation. The PRICOR team was responsive, friendly and got it done. They even handled the conversation with our local city inspectors to finish the job to code. I highly recommend the team at PRICOR.

I had a pipe that failed. Called Tyson at PRICOR, he showed up within an hour from my phone call. Diagnosed my issue, gave me a quote and fixed the issue the next day. Great service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service and quality of work.

I highly reccommend this company, they work with drains and sewer issues only. I was referred to Pricor company by another plumber who could not fit me into his schedule. At 9 am I called for a same day appointment and was booked for same day. The receptionist was efficient in setting an appointment. Both bathrooms on mainfloor had backups in toilets and showers. The toilet was bubbling.The serviceman called within a couple hours and was at my home right away (2 serviceman). The Estimator Tyson was Professional and outlined all costs prior to working on anything. He took time to review what needed to happen.The serviceman (Ron) and Tyson went out of their way to trouble shoot a blockage on my 1966 home. Ron and Tyson are both knowledgeable and have been in the industry for a long time. They were able to clear the blockage after numerous attempts due to the way the pipes connect. They kept at it.They also provided advice that I should have my pipes redone asap so this does not continue to happen.Honest, hardworking and cleaned up after themselves.ReasonableThankyou Pricor - you will be on my home maintenance list of professionals!Suzanne Costa

One of our services at Simple Plumber includes residential drain clearing. There are times when we find broken exterior sewer piping, thats when having our extended team at Pricor Technologies on speed dial really helps out! Many times Pricor can be onsite within an hour of our calling to offer our clients piece of mind and options to get their sewer lines up and flowing the same day. All of the different crews Pricor employ function in a safe and efficient manner. The job sites are always clean after they finish up and Ive personally seen their concrete work as well as them replanting grass that had to be removed. Its the details that make the difference, not to mention a strong warranty they stand behind!

Our bathtub drain started backing up and we couldnt run any water or even flush the toilet without issues so we called Harts Services. They in turn referred us to Pricor Technologies for faster emergency service.We were thrilled because within 2hrs of my phone call Rick showed up. He assessed the situation and gave us several options. He was so friendly and informative throughout the whole procedure we just loved having him over like any other neighbor. He did a great job and solved the problem fairly quickly. We couldnt have asked for better service from a lovelier fellow. I needed a technician to take a look at my side sewer which was clogged and causing me to not be able to use the toilet or tub! Not okay! I received a call back within a few hours and by 4 pm Tyson showed up with a hydro jet and camera scope to determine what was causing the blockage. They quickly and efficiently figured out the problem and gave me expert advise and a good price. I am so grateful for their expertise and professionalism! I highly recommend PRICOR!

When I bought my house in 2014, I was told that the sewer would probably burst in a year or two. Six years later, it did, and it was a disaster of epic proportions. I was referred to Pricor by my regular plumbing company. Pricor came out quickly and got things under control very quickly. The concrete pipes under my driveway were broken in multiple places. I did my research and agreed with their recommendation that I replace the entire sewer line, from my house to the street. Pricor handled all the permitting and explained everything that was happening. The crew did a great job and was professional and didnt cut any corners. They replaced my entire driveway too (rather than patching it) and it looks great. Ultimately I am very happy for a hassle-free experience. It wasnt a cheap job, but the price was in line with what i was told it would cost when I bought the house. Theyre not the cheapest company out there, but I feel confident that I made the right choice in hiring them.

I am absolutely blown away by the integrity and professionalism of Inosia at PRICOR, who I met as a subcontractor through HydroMax. Initially, I was facing a 30,000-40,000 sewer replacement from another company all brought about by a PSE sewer inspection. Inosia arrived as a second opinion and brought the cost down to 2,500 with a great solution that was fully inspected. He then identified a City issue (property line) and helped me navigate through bureaucracy to bring my cost to ZERO. This was nothing short of an amazing journey for my family and I as we are short on funds after just completing a move. I am so thankful for PRIcOR and Inosia. So much gratitude.

We (Bob Larson Plumbing) usually try to do most of our own sewer replacements and repairs but when the job gets too big or complicated or we are just too busy to get to our customers fast enough, Pricor is our first call. I had to do a septic-to-sewer conversion, where the septic was in front of the house and the sewer in back of the house which meant the plumbing had to be turned 180 degrees and required some street excavation since there was no stub-out for the sewer to the house. Sean provided an estimate that was very competitive as well as a detailed description of what work would be done including the decomissioning of my septic tank. Once I accepted their bid, the work began the next day and was finished within 4 days. It probably would have been faster but for a minor delay in some city paperwork. Members of the work crew gave me updates as work progressed, and I was only without toilet facilities for less than 2 hours through the whole project.

We had what we thought was a deeper issue in our plumbing after attempting some fixes on our own. Pricor showed up on super short notice and started by checking things with a plunger first and that took care of it. (guess we need to work on our technique) They wouldnt accept any money because the fix was so quick. We had just had a family emergency and having the plumbing issue resolved so easily was a huge relief for us. We cant thank them enough.

Called regarding a clogged toilet. This company was very responsive and came out within an hour of my call. I had tried two other companies and they were “backed up” (ha!) over a week.Upon their arrival, Will and his partner were masked. They looked at my toilet and plunged it (with my plunger) and the toilet immediately cleared. They gave me a lesson on professional plunging technique and stated there would be no charge. Wow, how often does that occur??Needles to say, I totally recommend PRICOR TECHNOLOGIES.

As a Senior Project Manager he partnered with Will a drain specialist and Junior a professional line cameraman to troubleshoot a complicated plumbing issue. The entire team showed up when scheduled, provided a detailed assessment of their findings and were committed to seeing the job through to completion. They provided competitive pricing and even returned on a courtesy visit today to ensure the issue is resolved.
