As an owner of an old apartment building Ive used many vendors to clear clogged drains. None have come close to beating Caseys pricing or service level. He kept me informed throughout the process and when larger issues arose he helped me troubleshoot those as well at a fair price. Wish there were more businesses like this out there!

Casey arrived on New Year’s Day 2025!A packed house celebrating with a clogged toilet hinted at bad omens coming. Even the camper’s potty of cat liter in a garbage bag didn’t help. Casey arrived with a chuckle and smile quickly bringing back to my family the ability to take a massive s*** at home. “Blessed!” Yelled the girls! Thank You Casey!

Casey is extremely prompt and friendly, he was very transparent before starting his work and considering the different options we had providing estimates before starting the job. I would highly recommend having Casey drop by and take a look at any plumbing issue if you are on the hill or in the Seattle metro area.

Casey helped us out on a problem drain that we had a couple other plumbers come out in the past. Prior plumbers just unclogged by snaking the sink. Casey went above and beyond by going in our crawl space to see if there was an underlying issue, and found that the draining pipe went upwards. He installed a connector between the problem area. He held true on his guarantee to unclog the drain, and provided us with maintenance recommendations (non-commissioned product) to prevent issues moving forward. 100% recommend Plunge It Sound & Casey.

I cannot stop but wonder why did I not find Casey sooner! He was extremely professional and an honest guy with great communication. He investigated and diagnosed the problem immediately and changed the wax rings on my toilets.He checked all other plumbing work in my house that might need attention and eventually checked the water pressure at my place as well.
