Bruce and his team were fantastic and I highly recommend them for your plumbing work. Throughout our kitchen repair they were fair, fast, and expert in their work. On Bruces first visit, he gave us good advice to wait and let our sink drain before he did any work to avoid charging us for anything unproductive. On the second visit, he did a thorough investigation of our problem and gave us an accurate estimate of how much and how long it would take to do the work. Given the severity of the problem, he worked his schedule around to get in quickly and finish on time, even with extra scope added to the project. In the end, we got a working kitchen back on time and on budget and are very satisfied customers!

I was recommended by a neighbor to contact Bruce for a free sewer inspection. Kevin and Duncan were on site that day and found multiple pipe breaks. Bruce was very communicative, knowledgeable and gave a fair price for multiple spot repairs. Kevin and Duncan were professional, hard working, efficient and the project was done by the next day. After inspection they guaranteed a functional sewer line to last for decades to come. Their work prevented a future of higher monetary investments. I would recommend them to any friend or neighbor

Bruce answered my original call immediately and let me know hed check his schedule and get back to me. He called me back the next day and scheduled a visit for the following day. Kevin came out on time and performed the work to jet out our sewer line. It was 80% full of roots, they showed me everything on the camera and explained everything they did. All costing was discussed in advance, no surprises, very professional and friendly, and theyll be back in 2 years to check it at no charge. I keep Bruce in my phone for a reason. Excellent work.

Bruce was so responsive and thoughtful in the way he approached our plumbing issue- making sure that he looked at the whole pipe to ensure he didn’t miss any other issues and it turns out there were 3 places that needed repair. We are so thankful for his help! My 5 year old daughter called him our “forever plumber” and we agree.

Bruce was incredibly helpful! So lovely to work with him. He came out to see if there was a leak somewhere in the houses plumbing system. The SPU water bill was astronomically high so we wanted to see if there was a sneaky leak.Turns out that SPU read the enter wrong. They read a number that was mathematically impossible to on in a meter. Meters dont count backwards nor do they reset. So when we popped open the manhole cover to the meter we saw that it was reading a number LOWER than the bill. A mathematical impossibility.So we were reassured and didnt have to fix anything. Bruce went into great detail to explain how meters work and some of SPUs processes. Very helpful!Keeping his number in my phone because of his fast, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional service!

Bruce Melton is a god send! Unmatched expertise and honest to goodness people with the highest integrity. Call Bruce when you have an issue. Don’t think twice! We had a sewer line issue, and lost use of our plumbing entirely. We had called a dozen plumbers to come take a look and had quotes ranging from $20-30k to fix the issue. All seemed to be going after the wrong problem. It just didn’t make sense to my me. Then I found Bruce. He came out walked me through a super detailed analysis of what could potentially be happening, and took me on a journey to validate or discard each hypothesis. He found the issue, worked tirelessly to fix it and we’ve been golden since. He has over 30 years of experience (I think he really has 200yrs plus, to be honest) and will bend over backwards to resolve your issue. Hire him and you won’t regret if!

Called them bc of a clogged bathroom sink and got the service within an hour. Amazing service, Kevin was amazing and was knowledgeable on the issue. Cleaned the pipe, and tested everything. Finished under 2 hours. Would highly recommend them for any future services!

Bruce and Kevin at Plumb Pros are professional and courteous, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their sewer fixed or needs some plumbing work. We hired them to fix our sewer when we moved into our new home. They did a great job with our sewer, so when we were ready to renovate most of our plumbing systems (move showers, sinks, and one toilet), we knew who to call. It was a big project and they were at our house for over five weeks. The work was completed timely, in a professional manner, and cheaper than other quotes we received. We have continued to use them for all of our plumbing needs, including installing a new sink over the holidays. If you need plumbing work done, give these guys a call and you will not be disappointed!
