Pioneer responded quickly when I called about my water main leak. They were flexible in scheduling a time for plumbing based on when the excavator was finished digging trench. They worked quickly and efficiently and charged a fair price. Highly recommend.

I called Pioneer because a good friend has worked with them to have his houses sewer line replaced, and he recommended them.Easily got the time scheduled, then a follow up call - there were unexpected changes, could we change the date? Of course, these things happen, and I was happy to accommodate the request.The day of the appointment, I received a confirmation phone call; their plumber would arrive in the next 15-20 minutes. Very helpful.Carl (Karl? I am unsure of how to spell his name) arrived, and was an absolutely outstanding plumber. I mean, Im not a plumber, but Ive been taken to the cleaners by unprofessional and unscrupulous plumbers, and Carl was both professional and friendly. Carl diagnosed and fixed the problem in my home quickly and efficiently.Absolutely recommend both Pioneer and Carl to anyone who asks.Five stars all the way.

I had an issue with a sump pump control board - several plumbers told me I needed an electrician. A few electricians told me I needed a plumber. I got ahold of Pioneer Plumbing and they were able to work around my schedule to have Kip come out and take a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem, walked me through everything he was looking at and found quick ways to solve the problem. Great toubleshooting! Communication was great - each person I spoke to was incredibly nice and super helpful. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again (but heres hoping I wont need to).

This is the third plumbing company we’ve had out to our house since we bought it last Sept, and we finally have a winner! Pioneer was originally recommended by our real estate agent, but when our hot water tank failed eight days after we bought the house, Pioneer couldn’t come out for over a week. Since we obviously couldn’t go that long without hot water, we went with another company that could do the work in a couple days. While we now have an on-demand system, it was installed improperly and had to be fixed again – yikes. So when we had a subsequent pressure problem, we called a different company. The problem was resolved, but the plumber was very salesman-y for some additional work. When our disposal stopped working, I decided it wasn’t urgent and I’d wait for Pioneer to send someone out. So glad we did. The plumber quickly assessed the problem, thoroughly explained to me what happened, and told me the disposal was otherwise fine after unjamming it - saving me what I thought would be a pricy replacement. He was respectful, helpful, and punctual. Would definitely call Pioneer again first.

I was very impressed with Carls work. He arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I really appreciated that he took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what the issues were and how he was going to fix them. He even went out of his way to go back to the shop for additional heavy equipment needed to completely finish the job. Pioneer did a great job for us! The tech, Mike Davidson, showed up on-time and was very professional. He kept our house nice and clean and had our drains running in no time. Price was good and didnt have to deal with upselling. Honest company and highly recommended.

As a business owner, for me it is all about making it right when there is a mistake. Both when I serve customers and also when we receive customer service.On the Friday after Thanksgiving our restaurant had an emergency plumbing issue which caused our restaurant to not be able to operate. The person that took my call (Will) did an incredible job of responding and keeping me informed. After a couple of hours, the issue was that the plumber he asked to come to our location called out sick and did not tell him. After struggling to find us another plumber that was available, Will decided to take it upon himself to come out and do the repair himself. It was a one hour drive from Ballard for him just to arrive at our location. He resolved the issue in less than an hour and our Friday night reservations (revenue!) were saved! I pushed very hard for him to take a large tip, however, he could not be convinced. I have to give a huge shout out to Will and the management at Pioneer. Most times things flow very smoothly from start to finish. When we did have a hiccup, they always work to make it right!

Fantastic company with quick replying, great guidance, top quality work and fair prices.I was very disappointed working with another plumbing company cleaning my sewer line because they didnt finish the job but wanted more money.Mark with Pioneer Plumbing captured the situation around my sewer line with his camera, gave me options how to handle the problems that the other company left behind, gave me a fair price to fix it and fixed the problem next day. Afterwards he even helped me to get my money back from the other plumber.Mark you and Pioneer Plumbing are the best!!!

We had a clogged bathtub and I called Pioneer because a friend of mine told me he used them with success. They were excellent. They did show up an hour late, but they called and told me this two hours prior so I could adjust. Things happen at sites, I get it, but they took the time and had the courtesy to call and tell me they were working on another clients problem still. That stood out to me because they wanted to take the time to fix an issue and still had the foresight to keep me in the loop. When they got to my place they were nice, efficient, and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. For that they get 5 stars.

I would give Stephen Larson 10 stars if I could. I called Stephen because I had a backed up basement toilet, bath and laundry room. I had two other plumbers out to the house the day before, both of whom were unable to get a camera or snake to the clogged area of the line to diagnose the problem properly. After asking around, another plumber who was too busy for my emergent issue referred me to Stephen at Pioneer Plumbing, and told me he was the Inspector Gadget of the plumbing world. I called and left Stephen a voicemail, he promptly called me back, and was at my house within an hour of talking to me. He was able to get his camera to the clogged area within minutes of arriving, assessed the situation quickly, and then got the line cleared. I was impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, positive attitude. I am very thankful for his years of experience which enabled him to solve my sewer line problems quickly and efficiently. He will be my goto plumber moving forward.I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with everything about the service I received, I felt like I had to write something about this. I will be referring Pioneer Pluming & Sewer to everyone I know moving forward. You should be using them too.

Not flashy overpriced like the big billboard advertiser types, theyre largely word of mouth. Pioneer has done plumbing for my remodeling business and is the go to plumber for my personal home.
