Parker Services is the only plumbing company that we will hire or refer. We have called upon them for everything from drain unclogging, installing new hot water heaters, updating old pipes, doing a bathroom remodel to a 1920’s home, to doing the groundwork, roughing in and trim out for a new home which included putting in a new gas line. They are reliable, honest, timely, professional, patient, thorough, informative, friendly, skilled, experienced and very fairly priced. Nate Parker and Parker Services is hands down the best plumber we’ve had the pleasure to work with.

We were looking for a Seattle plumber and contacted Parker Services for some drain cleaning and maintenance and are so glad we did. They were able to schedule us quickly and were super communicative leading up to the appointment. Their plumber, Shane, arrived on time and was very professional. He included a camera scoping of our sewer line at no additional cost and showed me exactly what was going on inside our pipes. He explained things well and answered all of our questions as he resolved our issues. He kept our home super clean and finished quickly. We are breathing much easier now and we will definitely contact Parker Services again for our future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

I had a catastrophic water heater failure two days before Christmas and Oliver gladly came by to save me. He explained the work, provided a quote, and was flexible with timing when he realized he didnt have the part to get everything done in one trip, setting me up to get hot water back in time for the holiday. Then Nate and his team came to the rescue for me when my water heater failed before our scheduled date to replace it. They are a friendly, family run business who value their community and are straight shooters!

I was expecting 15 people at our house in 4 days when our main toilet broke. Parker Services not only responded right away but sent someone to triage the issue the next day. We had to wait for parts and I was nervous but they assured us it will get done on time. And they were correct — they fixed our toilet in time for our party and everything went smoothly. They are extremely professional and highly knowledgeable! Can’t recommend them enough.

Saved our bacon. 🙏Our sewer backed up while family was visiting, Parker Services were able to come the same day. The technician was upfront about the pricing from the start. Ill never use anther plumber.

Parker Services did a great job fixing our plumbing. Back in January five of our pipes froze and I made a temporary fix. When it came time to make more permanent repairs I called Parker Services for an estimate. Parker Services came out the next day, assessed the situation, provided a detailed estimate, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Price was fair and reasonable. Jeremy did an excellent job fixing my pipes! I appreciated Sarah coordinating the appointment and letting me know when Jeremy would arrive. I will definitely call Parker Services again if I need help with my plumbing.

They were able to come out right away and diagnosed a problem that our last plumbing service had missed. They installed a new water heater quickly and recommended a better system that gave us hot water more quickly so that we can save on future costs. We are very happy we called Parker!
