The team is fantastic to work with. We had a significant leak under our multifamily building, and they were able to solve the issue where other plumbers had failed. When they first arrived, they asked insightful questions to fully understand the buildings layout and the problem at hand. Odyssey plumbing won’t leave you hanging.Our bathroom shower/tub were not getting cold water. We had three companies come out and each gave an insane quote for breaking apart the bathroom tiles and bathtub/shower we just had renovated.Lee didn’t take the easy route, he looked at the problem from all angles and was able to fix it for us WITHOUT demolishing even one tile!He took the time to think outside the box and found the solution and was fixed right away!We are so grateful and Odyssey plumbing will forever be our main plumber.Forgot to mention, all the other solutions companies gave us wouldn’t have even worked! Lee found the problem where no one knew the problem was.

Odyssey Plumbing is awesome! Ward and Ed replaced my hot water heater and they did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything about what would be done, what each component of the hot water tank does, answered all of my questions and told me to call if I had any more questions or concerns.Communication is very important to me. Every time I called, someone picked up. Every time I texted, I received a reply in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable. My job was scheduled in a reasonable time period and Ward and Ed were there when they said they would be.I recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing jobs done. Especially in this day and age, it is hard to find this level of professionalism, timeliness, communication and customer service.

Exceptional Service and Reliability!When our boiler went out in November, we initially called the company that installed it and had done maintenance in the past. After two days without heat, they sent a tech to look at it. A week later, we finally received a quote for parts, only to be told it would take over two weeks to get the backordered parts before they could even schedule the repair.Frustrated, I called Odyssey Plumbing for a second opinion. Chris confirmed the parts were backordered but went the extra mile. Within an hour, he called back and said he had located the parts and could have them overnighted, promising our heat would be back on by Monday morning. True to his word, Chris and Odyssey Plumbing delivered! They had everything resolved and our heat restored before the original company even finalized their plan.Since then, as a contractor, I’ve used Odyssey Plumbing for multiple projects for myself and my clients. Each time, Gene, Lee and Chris have a provided the same outstanding service, professionalism, and reliability. I highly recommend Odyssey Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing solutions!

Our expansion tank failed unexpectedly late at night. While it wasn’t an emergency, I turned off the water and reached out to several plumbers. Odyssee Plumbing stood out by responding promptly the next morning with same-day availability. Lee arrived around 10 am, quickly diagnosed the issues related to the burst expansion tank, and helped assess my 15-year-old water heater, which we decided to replace as a proactive measure. Lee was patient, professional, and efficient, starting work right away and restoring hot water by 3 pm. The entire experience was seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Very responsive, timely and quality business. We had a toilet issue, Gene and Nathan came by, they talked me through the options to repair or replace, and we decided to replace with a more reliable toilet. The price was fair, the replacement was done within a couple of hours, they cleaned up after and left the space better than they found it. Can’t ask for more than that. Will definitely reach out to these guys again.

Had an issue late during the day that was causing damage to our flooring. The team responded quickly and was out that same day and was able to resolve the issue on the first visit.The team was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and helped us put steps in place to prevent further damage while they were on their way.The knowledge, speed and first visit resolution was amazing!Will for sure be our first call going forward!

Had dead water heater. Beacon Plumbing came out and told me the unit and parts were discontinued and quoted me $12k for a new system. Odyssey then came out, diagnosed a bad ignitor and - though it took a bit of sleuthing to find the part - they found it and fixed everything for around five hundred dollars. They told me that, though the ignitor had died, the rest of the unit looked like I should be able to get at least 3-4 more years out of it. Just a totally different approach than others (I assume Beacon and others must pay their estimators on commission). Feel really, really lucky that I found these Odyssey guys. Highly recommend.

I needed a plumber to deal with the gas line for my new stove. Not knowing where to start, I called up plumbers that deal with gas lines on the internet and Odyssey was among my choices. Their reviews were all high and they were locally owned, so I decided to give them a try. Gene was the plumber who did the work and he was efficient and thorough. He even relit the pilot lights for the hot water heater and fireplace when he turned the gas back on. I would not hesitate to use them again. So professional and friendly.

A plumber came out when I was having what felt like an emergency and they immediately got to work, not only were they quick to put my mind at ease, efficient and clearly incredibly knowledgeable, they were also excited to share that knowledge with me when I asked more about the process and gave me tips on preventative care and maintenance I could do on my own. The transparency of this company really spoke volumes to me and I will only ever recommend them for anything and everything I can. A very professional and experienced group of plumbers. They had to work indoors in our basement digging cement and outside taking up sod and parts of a flower bed. They meticulously put the sod back in the same spots. The flower bed looks like it wasn’t disrupted. They left the basement floor cleaner than they found it! And the drainage problems thoroughly resolved! Gene offered a cheaper solution but we declined his suggestion. No more washing machine drainage! We are very satisfied with Odyssey Plumbing. Highly recommend!

Great experience. I had a broken toilet seat and one of the bolts that fastened the seat to the toilet had rusted out and broken off. I had tried for hours to get the bolt out but no luck. The technician came over, looked it over, took out a tool and in 10 seconds had the bolt out. He said I should just be able to order another toilet seat, fasten it on, and Id be good to go. And he didnt charge me at all!!!!Another plumber quoted me $1500 to pull the toilet, pull the bolt from the inside, and reattach the toilet. It was crazy. INow, thanks to Odyssey, I will be able to fix my problem for less than $50. Odyssey Plumbing is great and Im going to definitely use them in the future!

After getting burned time after time with a big company with over 8 years. I decided to look elsewhere. Afterwards - I have left 5 companies under 2 years. Which wasn’t easy as I was the sole provider of a family of 4. And a plumber with many tools. From truck to truck, a bit strenuous… but if they didn’t match morals, didn’t care of quality of materials, craftsmanship. Sending “technicians” with little experience. I would park my truck with my wife on the way. Plain a simple.Gene Johnson matched everything I could ever look for in a plumber/boss. He nailed it!
