Garrett and James did a great job replacing my faucet. Not only were they quick with the install, but they were also very professional and friendly. I really appreciated how they were mindful of always putting on their shoe covers when coming into the house. I’m really big on customer service and notice when the service is great. They were attentive, responsive, and very communicative. This is my third time using Jafco services in a 5 year period— from a sewer line repair to faucet replacement. Starting from giving the quote to executing the project went really smooth. Josh kept me abreast of all the updates whether it was getting the permits approved or talking to the engineering team at Alderwood water. The work was perfect. Phenominal service. When my side sewer failed, Jafco was able to get it reconnected professionally and astonishingly quickly. They handled everything from start to finish smoothly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. The work involved getting permits to dig up the road, put in bracing for a 13 deep hole, take out the failed section of side sewer, repair the side sewer, fill in the hole and replace the road surface. Jafco did it all with virtually no involvement required of me. Within 36 hours of calling them, my sewer was back online and better than when it was new. The point person, Josh, was on top of the project at every step and was responsive in his communication. The crew digging the hole and repairing the plumbing worked tirelessly and well into the night to get me back online. The work is guaranteed for 25 years and they sent me a video of the interior of the finished pipe showing their work. I highly recommend Jafco.

Jafco performed a repair to a side sewer liner that failed. Very happy with the work, and it was a great experience overall. The entire team was professional, competent and efficient in getting the job done. The bid was in line with others, but these guys provide a 25-year warranty for parts and labor with any underground sewer repair - speaks volumes to the fact they aim do it right the first time, and the quality of their work. They were hands down the clear winner, plus no cringe, creepy and condescending interactions unlike other companies. Many thanks to Josh my project coordinator for his expertise, good humor, kindness and respectful nature in answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the process. Highly recommend them, and will reach out to them again for plumbing work in the future.

I called Josh at Jafco because one of our gardening team members discovered that the clients grinder pump was leaking all over the floor of a basement, causing terrible mold to creep up the wall and nasty water to go everywhere. Josh had a plumbing manager, electrician and water restoration team out there in a matter of minutes. They got it diagnosed, the mess cleaned up and testing begun on the drywall. The new pump was ordered and set up with the plumbers and the electrician once it arrived. The customer service was exemplary, the process was seamless, the communication outstanding! It really made our client happy. I will call Josh whenever we have a need for a plumbing/sewer issue.

Garrett did a great job! We had water pressure that was so high it was bordering on dangerous and causing other things like our hot water heater to fail. He was very communicative and honest about what we needed to do to correct the issues and for our safety and also for what we elected to have done in addition. He even gave us several quotes for what different options of what we wanted to have done. He explained everything and showed us what he had done so that we could understand how it works going forward. He went above and beyond by offering to try to help us with our water heater even though thats not his specialty.

We had a hose outlet strip and needed immediate repair. Jafco was there the next day as promised and did an awesome repair. I mentioned we were in need of a sewer liner for our 1957 Broadview Rambler. Within 30 minutes, Allan arrived and, with 1 hour, gave us the video assessment and a bid. We did not get any discounts and didnt use coupons etc. So I believe it was full retail but they could show up the next day and I believe it was a reasonable price. The bottom line is that the Jafco team was awesome. Efficient, professional, and organized, and they left our area cleaner than it was before their arrival. Jafco knows this business solid, and they are 100% customer focused. I am rarely impressed these days, but they impressed me big time. The post job video shows a perfect lining job 👌. Go, Jafco. We had been dealing with a failing 75-year-old concrete sewer pipe and finally reached a point where rootering out the roots was no longer a viable option. I quickly reached out to a few companies to help us out with an estimate and Dakota at Jafco gave us what we needed. We had a reference from a neighbor and Jafco proved up to the job. Digging an 11-foot hole to reach our plumbing happened in 1 day. And 24 hours later, we were fully up and running with a new lined pipe and full sewer services. While not the most exciting thing to invest in with a house, there is a definite sense of relief to know that this two-decade old pestering problem was, once and for all, taken care of. Jafcos folks were great, post-job clean-up was immaculate, and the job was done on time and on budget. What more could I ask for?

What an amazing experience with this company. Office is always quick to answer their phone. We had Garret come out for a quote on our basement macerator pump and he explained EVERYTHING and answered all my questions. Weve dealt with other plumbing services and were grossly taken advantaged of but not with Garrett. We ended up going with this company and will continue to do so from now on. The day of service, both Garrett and his colleague Joey came out and did an amazing job. They took their time, installed new pump, test multiple times and then took the time to run through what they did, reminded me of warranties and services guaranteed. Ive had Jafco out to my house three different times in the last year. Each time they were friendly, fast, transparent, and fairly priced. At the beginning of this year, Mykel came out to investigate what I thought was a busted pipe during a deep freeze. He quickly determined it was actually my water heater letting off water, and let me know the heater would need to eventually be replaced. He didnt pressure me to do so. A few months later I had the water heater replaced by Jafco. This week I discovered we had a leak in our crawl space. Justen from Jafco came out, found the leak, and replaced it within a couple hours. He also, as a sheer coincidence, discovered our downstairs bathroom sink has a loose connection and was leaking water onto our wood floors. He was very transparent about everything and I felt very confident in his work. Let me be clear, I am NOT easily impressed. These guys actually leave be impressed, and always relieved that my problems are fixed!

I easily give Jafco Sewer Repair a 5 star rating!I have a 1942 home with many of the original sewer pipes, and I was waiting for the right time to get the CIPP pipe lining. This was it!!After I called about mud in my basement floor drain, Allen came out to evaluate the problem. He thoroughly scoped the line, explaining the issues to me, and addressing all my concerns.I had interviewed 2 other contractors, but Allen won my confidence. He detailed the project and gave a fair price. I hardly ever give reviews, but this place deserves it. We had a plumbing emergency at 2 am, and every single place we called sent us to a call center, and told us that we would have to wait until the morning for someone to come out even though our basement was flooding. When I finally called Jafco I got to speak to a real person and they were so helpful and said they could send someone out right now. Kylen was the one who came out to our house and right from the start he was super thorough and helped us get the issues sorted. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Since the first occurrence, I have learned to rely on his superior work and judgment.This time there was a pin hole in my copper pipe. This occurred last evening. I phoned Isaac and he put me on his schedule for this afternoon. Upon arriving they removed their shoes and evaluated the problem. Blaine and Isaac found the hole and repaired the pipe in less than an hour.

They provided me with a estimate, which proved to be precise, in the initial call and before anyone arrived on site.Their team arrived and were professional from the very start. Diagnosis of the problem, and mitigation for a backed up drain were extremely quick, just under one hour. They brought all their own materials and tools and explained their process and what was detected along the way.Though a high price for just 1 hour of work, I think it was fair and of good value considering the immediate dispatch, after hours, and being able to resolve the problem thoroughly.10/10 I would call Jafco for any future plumbing emergencies - hopefully I never have to!

Like many homeowners in Seattle, we finally had to bite the bullet and replace our 75 year old sewer line from the basement all the way to the street. Jafco was by far the most professional and straightforward bid we received. They were the least expensive for the work to be completed. Other contractors offered a bit lower prices, but would not have replaced all of the parts that needed replacing. Once the work started, they were on-time, professional, and very tidy. This job was messy! It involved a lot of indoor concrete cutting and hauling, but at the end of each day, everything was clean and organized. The workers were nice and polite. Our Project Manager, Max, was great. Super clear in his communications, responsive, and easy to work with. (Plus our dog loved him.) We would highly recommend Jafco and Max!

Jafco was great! Our sewer lined collapsed the day before Easter which were having a party. Jafco came out immediately on a Saturday and got us up and running for our party. They were able to handle all aspects of the repair which was huge. This was a big expense but when I saw all the heavy equipment and the many people involved with our repair I realized the price was fair. Jafco exceeded my expectations. They were prompt and very up front about my situation. There was a blockage in the sewer line that caused a back up and it was difficult to determine upon initial examination if it was on my property or the citys. The crews they sent out were friendly, communicative and very hard working. The cause was not on my property so Jafco did not do any repair work however they did expose the sewer line so that it could be determined where the blockage was. I was very pleased with their services and everyone that worked on my issue.

Our window was between 10am and noon - he arrived a few minutes early. Very friendly, honest and showed me what he was looking at. After a bit of troubleshooting, he was able to solve the problem and showed me how I could look out for it if it happens in the future.We have a bigger, unrelated (non-urgent) project weve been looking at and well be calling them once were ready to move forward with it.

We called JAFCO on a Saturday to come snake our drains because we were having flooding issues in our basement. A technician arrived within hours of calling to inspect our drains and quickly realized we had a bigger issue on our hands. He called his supervisor, Max, who responded that same day and found we had major issues with our old piping. They immediately got to work on solving our problems and didn’t waste our time or money with unnecessary diagnostic tests. The work they did was amazing and we have had no issues since. All the workers were professional and kind. Max responded to all our questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Knowing it would be pricey we received bids from multiple companies, finally choosing Jafco due to their professional nature and competitive bid.Dewayne was our main point of contact and he made sure everything on the job went smoothly and on schedule. He was also able to work the job around a guest we had in town (not wanting to shut the water off for too long while they were staying with us). The lining job only took two days and now we basically have a brand new sewer line. We would definitely recommend Jafco to anyone needing a new liner.

We had a blockage and water coming back into the house. Very long story short, we ultimately needed the full side sewer line to the main replaced due to more than 20 feet of crushed/blocked pipe (1928 cement). It took 2 companies and a bunch of money before Jafco finally stepped in with more competitive pricing. Aaron worked with us and our neighbors on strategy and was honest, kind, and straight forward. Instead of stringing us along one section at a time like the first two very expensive companies, he saw the risk of not finding the source of the crushed/blocked pipe, and structural risks due to the long trench, and recommended we replace the line, an approach that guaranteed an end to the madness. The crew were awesome, fast, state of the art, and respectful with John provided excellent and timely communication throughout once the work started. All said and done, 45 feet then a liner to the main from our neighbors tie-in. Because of what wed gone through with the two previous companies and then replacing the full line, they were kind enough to subcontract a fence company to button it all back up across the three properties (ours and two neighbors) at no extra charge. Even after wed finalized invoices and payments John was fast to research, plan, subcontract, and execute the fence work. Super impressed and grateful.

But the cable machine struggled getting down the clean-out pipe. The relatively young technician realized the struggles and called his boss for help. The boss not only helped but came out to the house and, with his 25+ years of experience, was able to get the cable to the problem spot. They worked the problem for a long time to make sure it was properly cleared and then thoroughly tested their work and cleaned up. After months of having an unusable shower due to a cracked shower floor, we shopped around for quotes and were dreading the process of having to rip out an old shower and replace with a new one. HONEST in Seattle!We had a sewer line issue while I was at work, sewage backed up in our basement bathtub, and my wife called Roto Rooter. We had Roto Rooter come out to clear the clog. after the clog was ceared Roto Rooter sent a second franchise owner to scope our sewer line for $500. After scoping our line we were given a hard sell emergency $18,000 quote for a sewer line spot fix. later the same evening we discussed how to proceed and chose to do due diligence and get a second opinion/quote. Jafco came out the same evening to rescope our line and found no issues, our sewer line is in excellent shape. I appreciate honest people Jafco is just that in my opinion HONEST!

I contacted jafco because my main line was draining very slowly, after having another company come that was unable to get a camera down my sewer line, Brandon came to my house and was able to get his camera down and locate the broken sewer pipe which connects to a common sewer on my neighbors side, I felt very comfortable during the process, everything was explained and shown to me in great detail of what they found after excavation, they started at 9 am and I had a working sewer again by about 2 pm, everyone was very kind and helpful during the process, as you can imagine having sewer issues is every home owners worst nightmare, everything works great now! The price for the most part I thought was reasonable, the hydrojetting process was a lot more than I had been quoted from other companies, but everything else was comparable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I would use them again in the future if needed (hopefully not) :)

Incredibly helpful all around. Kudos to Patrick and Ron both! I had a water main nicked while a fence post was being dug late on a Friday afternoon. I called about 20 local plumbing companies for help. The first company I tried because they have advertised with some of my favorite football players over the years and I was Freakin.Freakin sent two guys out that looked at pipe from above and said no one can fix this because of the type of pipe it was and then they walked to the truck to see if he could find a part to fix it ‍ He then returned a couple minutes later with a quote for $12,500 to run an entirely new water main to the street. I laughed as this was just a quick repair needed. He then had the nerve to ask me for $100 for coming out for the 5 minutes to do nothing but give me a ridiculous quote. I laughed again!I had two others come out that also didnt have the part on hand and said no one can get the part until the wholesalers open on Monday. It was a Friday evening. Thats understandable but I needed help ASAP or I wouldve gone 3 days without water waiting until Monday. They both also quoted me to run new line to the meter but at least their quotes were literally half that of Freakin!I then called Jafco as they were up the road from me and had good reviews. A gentleman named Patrick answered and he was so far above and beyond any of the other plumbing shops I had called. He understood my dilemma and although it was already late on a Friday night he was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough and said he could send someone out the next day but he would also have to find the same part.He said he was pretty sure he could find the part on a Saturday morning and he did. He also assured me that he was going to buy a bunch so they wouldnt have this problem again. He did what he said and had a guy named Ron come out that afternoon. Ron was great at what he does and had it all permanently repaired and working great within 45 minutes. I highly recommend Aaron! My basement sink overflowed each time I ran my washing machine. Aaron was extremely responsive and came out right away to check on the problem. After running a scope down the pipe, he found a break in the line and LOTS of tree roots.
