Anthony did a sewer inspection on our house. He was professional, explained things well, was very aware of keeping the work space clean and on top of that - he was just a nice person, which is sometimes hard to find these days. Definitely recommend.

Anthony was very prompt in responding to my request for a sewer inspection. He was able to schedule an appt. the following day. Anthony was very professional and courteous. He did the inspection in about 15 min. and talked with us afterward about what he saw. He did not try to sell us on any repairs. He was very succinct in his explanation. He emailed us a video of the inspection the following morning. I would highly recommend Anthony’s services. Oh also his price point was the best I found after researching about 10 other options.

Anthony is a man of his word. He operates off of integrity first mindset, which is not always easy to find in this line of work. I had another sewer technician try to rip me off, and told me I needed a $15K sewer line replacement. Anthony looked at it and verified that it is in perfectly good working order, and that it will have plenty of life left in it. There are a lot of people out there looking to make a quick buck, so make sure you choose Anthony for all your sewer needs. He is incredibly well versed in his work.

His expertise even helped us answer some of the oddball questions we had about our 1940s plumbing. I would definitely use his company again.

I had Anthony do a sewer inspection on a property I was looking to buy. He was very prompt in responding form the start and arrived right on time for the appointment. He did a thorough search for a clean out or any way to access the sewage line on the property but it turned out there just was no access available. He was very professional about laying out his observations about the property from looking around and the issues/risks he could see. In the end he even declined to accept payment since he was not able to do the sewer inspection. I will definitely engage him again as I continue my house hunt and strongly recommend him to others looking for a sewer inspector.

I have used ECSI twice in the past few months. The first time I was saved from thousands of dollars of sewer repairs, which were caught by this inspection... well worth the money, to say the least.The second time, while some minor issues were found, Anthony explained the nature of the roots blocking less than 20% of the pipe, and how to address that, and maintain it in the future. Anthony also took the time to show the minor blockage, prior to leaving this location. Super knowledgeable, on time, nice guy... HIGHLY recommend getting a sewer scope done... and by this guy, for sure!-Darryl

I was very satisfied with the work performed by Emerald City Sewer Inspection. Their service and advice will likely save me a lot of money.Over a year ago, I employed another service to unplug my drains and I took up their offer for a discounted inspection of my sewer line. They told me I would have to replace the entire line, which would require digging multiple holes and tearing up a section of my driveway. Emerald City however noted that the line is fine except for one joint. That could be handled without replacing the entire line and a hole to work on it could be dug without disturbing the driveway. This should save me thousands of dollars and much aggravation!

Hell take the time with clients to review the video live, in person, which is something that most inspectors do not; other inspectors Ive worked with perform the scope as quickly as possible, give a basic report, post the video online without speaking to the client. Five star rating!

I had a sewer clog that was caused by the City. The Team at Emerald City Sewer was absolutely incredible. They got out here soon, quickly helped diagnosis the issue, provided a fix on my property and then even worked with the city to have them solve the long-term problem on their side of things. Just an incredible experience. So hard to find people that care this much about their business and customers. Would give him six stars if I could.
