Communicative, extremely prompt, and super easy to work with. The entire process, from me first reaching out via email to payment and the report being filed, all occurred same day. Payment was easy (Venmo or Zelle) and Mark filed our report not 5 minutes after. I appreciated actually being CCed on the report sent to the city, and not just being sent a separate copy as I have been with other testers. All around great experience! Definitely planning to use Dixon Backflow Testing again next year.
