As the HOA president of a condo community, I had the pleasure of working with Cameron from Craftsman Plumbing during a challenging situation involving three slow leaks in our building. These leaks were incredibly difficult to locate and repair, but Cameron approached each one with calm professionalism and incredible skill.Not only did he identify and fix each issue in the least obtrusive way possible, but his dedication and thoughtfulness were evident throughout the process. Monty is a consummate professional - punctual, polite, efficient, effective and respectful (no mansplaining appreciated!). On his initial visit he identified the problem quickly, explained the solution clearly, and provided the cost estimate. On his return visit he fixed the problem, reviewed other recommended repairs and their costs, and was on his way in plenty of time to restore water to the units in our stack ahead of schedule. We especially appreciate the new shower fixture - the ease with which the handle turns, the sun and snowflake icons designating hot and cold, and its obvious quality compared to the old fixture. In short, Monty is a great plumber who represents your brand very well. Because of our experience with him we will recommend Craftsman highly.

Our technician Monty was thoughtful, very thorough, knowledgeable about plumbing codes & advantages/disadvantages of work needed to help our decision making process & help us budget by having pricing at the ready. He answered all my questions & helped me determine the right order of operations to get a few jobs done. He is also very kind and was delighted to find our cats in the bathroom vanity drawer (their kitty cave) while checking the pipes. We were throughly satisfied & are glad to now have a local plumber in our contacts and definitely recommend.

Cameron arrived during the scheduled time. He took his time and did a thorough inspection of our plumbing, taking pictures of all the fixtures. He provided helpful information and explained their pricing model clearly. He was able to provide a detailed estimate for repiping our house and told us what it would involve. I think it was worth the $69 visit to have our plumbing inspected. I’ve had plumbers charge $100 just to show up at our door. I feel more informed and have a better idea of what it would take if we decide to move forward with this project.

I would plan on hiring craftsman again.

Had a plumbing issue and Craftsman was great. After I called, they very promptly got a plumber to my house, Issac, who was awesome. He gave the pricing before starting, did the work rapidly and professionally, explaining what was happening as needed in a friendly way throughout. Completely happy with the experience.Updating my original review to say I recently had my third experience using Craftsman, and they remain top notch. This time my plumber was Monty, who came in a rush to help my mom (very ill at the time) with a bad drain issue. He was helpful, friendly, and kept working on the problem until it was done, even though it ended up being worse than expected. Amazing job!

Wow is all I can say! Great communication with the office, first of all - they are very responsive and flexible. Sam Garrett came to check out my broken garbage disposal and fixed it in like 2 minutes - and showed me how he fixed it (so I might try to hack it next time). They do a full inspection and estimate the first time they come out to your place, I didnt need the whole place inspected but he did find my main water shutoff which was much appreciated, and gave me helpful information and advice. Very reasonable prices and Im a very happy customer. Be calling them back in the future, Im sure, as plumbing is a tricky thing.

Monty was wonderful! He was replacing my kitchen sink faucet with a new one I had purchased. When he went to take out the old bridge faucet he realized that the center hole was too small. He was calm and positive about the problem. I was able to get someone out a few hours later to widen the hole. Monty said he would go to his next job and the come back to my house and finish the install which he did! He is not only proficient at his job but has such positive energy. I would highly recommend him.

Had Garrett come out to take a look and do a full review of the plumbing of the house and determine if there was a leak (I was hearing sounds that sounded like water dripping against the ceiling). We had Isaac from Craftsman Plumbing team come to our house to inspect and repair a steam shower. From appointment scheduling to actual service, it was a seamless and good experience. Isaac came prepared with the service manual for the specific steam generator (I had emailed prior) and shared in detail how he would approach diagnostic and any repair needed. Isaac seemed quite well versed with steam generator install and maintenance considerations. After he was done with diagnostic, he discussed solution and cost etc. and also shared a couple other things to keep in mind. It was a helpful, productive experience and wed recommend Craftsman team to anyone looking for help.

In Oct of 2024 Monty came out to our house to replace a very old and problematic toilet. He was sweet as pie, did a beautiful job, and left the bathroom cleaner than when he came in. Also entertained us all afternoon with funny stories! Unfortunately the new toilet turned out to be too tall for this short-legged family (who knew that new toilets were taller?!?). Kayla spent a goodly amount of time on the phone with me looking up specs and sussing out the best replacement toilet. This time Cameron came out who is always a delight. He replaced the toilet quickly, assured me the tall toilet would be re-used at their shop rather than wasted, and not only cleaned up perfectly but also shared some great stories. We were charged only for the difference between the two toilets, not for Cameron’s time or other expenses --and if you’re reading this youre probably familiar with the high hourly rate for plumbers! We have used Craftsman several times before and wouldnt consider using anyone else. Love love love these folks.

Craftsman did a fantastic job! We were installing several plumbed coffee machines that required indirect drains and water lines that needed to be plumbed from an existing source with no floor drain. They talked through the problem and space with us, heard our feedback and needs and came up with a great solution that was very neat despite our need for exposed piping. They were extremely prompt, were able to start very quickly after we accepted the quote, did good work, and left the space very clean each time they came. We worked with at 3-4 of their people throughout the job and all of them were great at explaining the job and working with us. I would absolutely hire them again.

Drew came for a check of a leaking water heater. He stopped the machine and cleaned the leaked water and made it clean and not cause any future damage. He also quickly adjusted the pipe position to fix a not working sump pump, saving me 2-3 hours if I clean it myself or 200-300$ if I ask someone to clean it. This is all part of a 69$ visit charge. In the end he offered the quote for the water heater replacement. I think they will do a good replacement job.

When he was looking at the pipes he mentioned that the previous install was not correct and the current fitting were not what they usually would be for a water heater install. We have used Craftsman Plumbing for small and large jobs . I love how they quickly and skillfully diagnose the issue, and present you with options to choose from . Yesterday I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced and I found the same straightforward approach with an added touch . I use a portable dishwasher and wanted to make sure I could still hook it up to my new faucet . So when Isaac went back to the warehouse to get the faucet I had chosen he offered to take the dishwasher connection piece with him to make sure it fit . That kind of personal touch is why I continue to be a loyal customer .

Garrett always wore booties inside the house, carried the snake machine in and out so as not to drah on or damage floors, and left work area clean. Also went under the crawl space and checked nearby connections in the nearby laundry room to confirm no leaks or bursts from snaking these galvanized pipes.

Cameron provided exactly what was necessary from an excellent plumbing company. I am very handy, and a sump pump is not normally something that will give me trouble. Needless to say, I was stumped by the sump. I called Craftsman Plumbing, and they sent him right away. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem waaaaaay faster than I would have. It was worth every penny, but their fees are very reasonable anyway.They have also fixed an odd problem in my basement sink and gave me some advice about what to do with my master bathroom. they dont nickel and dime you, and are up -front about what you are paying for. Cameron arrived in the window they had told me, and he was very friendly, and very professional. He explored some options very openly with me, and was patient enough to work with our property manager to ensure approval for the work, and that payment would be smooth. Then he got to work, and got the drain clog removed in very quick order. He ran the line ~100ft, all the way to the public sewer line, so that should clear out our issue pretty good. He also showed me some of the stuff that was in the clog (not gross), so I can be sure that were not putting weird things down our drains going forward, and then cleaned up all of this equipment and was on his way. Great experience overall. Cameron was the perfect gentleman.
