My kitchen was so clogged that it was backing up into the bathroom sink. Brian took the time to explain the problem and quickly resolved it. He was fast, personable, and thorough and tool the time to correct an extra issue while he was under the sink. I would definitely call him again for bigger jobs!

Brian was super responsive and accessible. I had an issue with a kitchen sink, and I had already called two other service folks to check it out, and neither of them could figure out the issue. Brian responded to my text almost immediately and was out to see the situation the next day for the diagnosis.Within a week he came back to address the issue, and had it fixed and ready to go within 2 hours. He’s awesome, and I will definitely call him again for any future plumbing issues.He’s awesome!

We’ve used Convey for jobs big and small at our house from full sump pump replacement with new routing to toilet repair and replacement. They have always been responsive, honest, and incredibly reasonable. We are in the process of purchasing a new (to us home) and plan on using Convey for all of the work that needs to be done there. We loved having. Convey Plumbing work on our home remodel. Brian was great installing all the new plumbing, shower hardware along with many other things. He is an excellent communicator, shows up when he says he will or immediately let us know if a prior job was running a bit long and we found his fees to be very competitive.After the remodel was finished we had Brian service our exterior water heater.If you want quality work at a competitive price choose Convey Plumbing. Were sure you will be as pleased as we are.

Brian has helped us with a bunch of things, from small projects (faucet handle not closing) to the medium-ish (new water heater). Hes been great to work with, really responsive, and really communicative about the work. We also really appreciate his practicality; he helps solve our problems with the right blend of cost-effectiveness and long term thinking. We havent shopped around for rates, but I feel like what Brian charges is very reasonable for the quality of the work and how easy he is to work with. All in all were very lucky to have found Brian for our plumbing needs!

Brian has fixed a number of issues with our plumbing. Previous owners cut a lot of corners and we’re dealing with it all now. Brian always explains what needs to happen and why, then fixes it right up. I’ve come to know we can rely on him to be thorough and thoughtful about everything: expense, timing, and the like. He’s even responded to panicked texts (what is this sound?!?!?) on a weekend. He’s the only plumber we call now.

I worked with Brian on a few different projects involving gas, water, and drainage / sewage. I found Brian through a friend in the neighborhood and couldn’t have been happier with the experience working with him and would absolutely do so again.Not only did he do great work, but he was always willing to explain what he was doing and how the systems and tools worked. I learned a ton from the couple of days I worked with him and feel a lot more confident in my knowledge of residential plumbing after! I also really appreciated his flexibility of working on a part of a larger project which was great as somebody with a budget who is willing to DIY what they can. For example - I’m not comfortable sweating copper and I don’t have a Propress, so for parts of the work involving copper I was able to hire Brian handle it.Another thing I appreciated was his dedication to cleanliness in his work - he cleaned up more than a few messy portions of pipe while he worked.I’m thrilled to have met Brian and would definitely hire him again!

We feel in safe hands with Brian. He has saved us on multiple occasions. We have used Convey to replace a toilet and our hot water tank, and to resolve the occasional leak. Recently the water main burst outside our house while we were abroad. Brian was there within an hour of my text to shut off the supply; he then had it all repaired and service restored in time for our return.

Wow. Im a first-time homeowner in the Seattle area, and suddenly my kitchen faucet is leaking down through the basement. I went searching for a plumber and came across Brian at Convey. After having reached out to a few other recommended plumbing companies in the area, I felt a bit defeated with long wait times for an appointment (more than a month out) and really pricey quotes. When I called Convey, Brian immediately answered the phone, listened to what the issue was, and told me hed stop by in 20 minutes. TWENTY MINUTES! He came by as promised, was extraordinarily professional and easygoing, and fixed our faucet within 10 minutes. Im still in awe of how incredible and painless of an experience this was. Pricing was unbeatable and so fair. Ive officially found my go-to plumber for all future needs in Seattle. If youre looking for a plumber, look no further. Brian at Convey is an absolute gem.

Who says plumber cant work remotely? I had an emergency situation in which I needed a plumber opinion for an ongoing project. I dont have immediate access to the project site at that time. Brian was kind enough to provide a remote consultant service over the phone after I shared pictures. He ran me through options and provided his assessment in a timely manner, while all other plumbers I contact wont talk to me without a visit. I highly appreciate his flexibility and his remote service.

Brian is both professional and personable. He installed a new bathroom sink faucet set and a one-way drain so rodents cant come up cellar floor drain. One of the faucets moaned so he fixed that as well as replacing an old clogged drain pipe from the sink. We think of him now as our plumber – will have him come out again when the next plumbing problem arises.

I had some old kitchen faucet pipes that didnt drain well and didnt have a a vent. At the same time was doing a kitchen remodel. Brian found the time to schedule alongside the remodel. Replaced some of the old pipes, replace the old sink pipe layout with the correct elevations, and even put a vent in to update the configuration. Very good with timing and efficiency and even shared some knowledge to help me understand how my old system works and informed me of some other re-workings that would be beneficial. I have my new sink and garbage disposal installed and looking/working better than ever. Would definitely recommend if you like good communication and an understanding of your systems.

We have a toilet in our finished basement that had a long history of poor flushes that didnt clear the bowl routinely. Sometimes we would have to flush several times to clear it. Conserving water and saving on water our bill, we chose to consult a professional to see what could be done. Rather than busting up concrete and putting in a new line $$$$ he had the idea to install a pressure assist toilet and problem solved! No overflows and one flush = clear. Our landlords wanted a quick and inexpensive solution. Great customer service, professional, reliable and didnt leave a mess.
