Cesar and crew are great. Took a while to line up our schedules but I was happy with the bid, the speed of the work once we got going and the team’s overall communication. He was also good at dealing with my neighbor who I share my sewer pipe with and she was confused about the way it would work and he was good with working with us on that to make sure she was ok as well. Good value for the work too, best price.

Trenchless put in a new water main from the meter to our house. Most of the length of the new pipe had to go under the driveway that serves our house and 2 other houses in our 3 house subdivision, so we needed a trenchless solution. They came in with high tech boring equipment and went down 5’ to avoid other gas, electric and water piping. They made connections on the meter and the connection on the house. They were done in one day. They were professional, polite, well trained, and focused. The work was inspected by the permit department, and signed off with no issues. We are very pleased with the entire transaction, and would not hesitate to hire them again on our next house. Thank You Very Much Complete Trenchless!!

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Complete Trenchless.At the beginning of December, I was informed by the water company that there was a leak between the meter and my house. I called on January 2nd, and Cesar Lara came out in less than two hours to give an estimate. He described how the work would be done to minimize the amount of disruption to our landscaping, including walls, and I had an email estimate minutes after he left. I called the next day to schedule the work, and the following day his crew, Bruce and Tomas, arrived on time. They had to wait for the underground utilities to be marked before digging, but started to cut away the cement floor in the garage where the old water line entered the house. The utility marker guys arrived mid-morning, and then Bruce and Tomas worked for six hours straight until the new water line was installed, pressure tested, and the water was back on. They had to leave the holes at both ends of the project open, until the new line could be inspected, but were back the next day to fill everything in, and to patch the cement floor in the garage. These guys are rock stars, and except for the cement patch, I can’t tell anything was disturbed. As a side note, I knew I didn’t want to have to dig up our landscaping, so was looking at trenchless options. Google search brought up lots of plumbing companies that said they could do the work (in addition to normal indoor plumbing jobs), but in the end I decided to go with a company that specializes in trenchless work. And I am so glad that I went with Complete Trenchless. The whole process was turn-key, thanks to Cesar and his crew, and I couldn’t be happier.

Lets start by saying sewer replacement is an expensive endeavor. However when you spend that money you want the best work at a competitive price and Cesar and his team deliver. They had too dig down roughly 10 feet, fix a collapsed portion of pipe, clean roots from my very old line then do the lining. Both my neighbor whos yard was needed for the dirt and the city inspector were also very happy with the work. I will 100% recommended them to anyone who needs this done. Thank you Cesar and please say thank you to your teams, who are very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Everything from start to finish, including clean up, was excellent.

Our water line runs from our water meter some 340 lineal feet from a street a block away to our house. It runs through a seismic and erosion hazard environmentally sensitive area on a steep hillside. It is a very challenging job. I called 4 contractors and Complete Trenchless , iNC. responded very quickly with site visit and firm bid. I had to call the other contractors to push for their bids but they either said it was too difficult a job or that they could not get to it because their subcontractors were booked up. Complete Trenchless did an excellent job and finished within 3 days. The owner and his son communicated with me well and kept me apprised of any issues. They do all work in-house—no subcontractors— and that saved time and money. They provided a 25-year warranty on their labor in addition to manufacturers’ warranties on the materials. The crew is very experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working, polite and personable. They did a similarly difficult job last year for one of my neighbors and my neighbor highly recommended them to me. I was so lucky to have Complete Trenchless , INC. put in my new water line and new irrigation faucets. I highly recommend them.

Cesar was very prompt in returning my initial inquiry. The estimator was on time and gave a very competitive price. I got other estimates but theirs was the best. They performed the scope of work on time and with excellence. I found the entire staff to be very friendly, accommodating, skillful and efficient. Wow, I dont even know where to begin... Cesar is responsive, available, reasonable, professional, trust worthy, etc... I could go on an on, but instead will try and remain factual. I have two issues (1) I share a main in Greenwood (peat settlement or bog) - the PVC gives into a cement/iron section from the street before it connect into the city main and (2) because of the peat settlement the area doesnt absorb water so after heavy rainfall water pools in our backyard... I tried calling numerous plumbers and other trenchless companies... they were unreliable, didnt show up, quoted me unreasonable amounts incl. traffic plans/city permits w/o really doing the investigative work... in short never ending excuses to justify their absurd prices... I luckily found Cesar - he came out multiple times, I was always able to get a hold of him, he amended the contract to capture our agreement and agreed to do the work at reasonable price... so much so that I was skeptical! Dont be - these guys are the real deal! They are super reliable and professional and incredibly hard working! Within a week of signing the contract, Cesar had the city permit, his crew showed up and worked relentlessly to solve both my problems... dug out w/o needing to reroute traffic and injected a liner & installed a french drain, and restored everything - you could barely tell they were even here! And this was serious work that no one else would take on! Cesar and Complete Trenchless THANK YOU!! You are simply the best and I would recommend you any time!

I had 3 contractors came to do the estimate. 2 of them said they can’t do the Trenchless, because the working area is too small and too complicated, can only do with trench, hence the price is much higher. Only Complete Trenchless can do with Trenchless, with a reasonable price.The job was well done. The plumbers were experienced and courtesy. Working area was well restored

We hired COMPLETE TRENCHLESS INC to put a new water service line using their trenchless technic. Cesar and his crew certainly master the task and did a very good job. The equipment they choose fits perfectly for the scope of a residential project, meaning its cost-effective without losing much of the tunneling accuracy. Some other contractors we interviewed proposed using a boring machine, which to me is overkill and waste of $$. The new line was about 65 feet, went in within a day, along with a new shutoff at the location we preferred. The new line comes with a 25-year warranty on labor and materials. We are very pleased with their work and have recommended them to our neighbors, and whoever needs to replace their residential service line.

The main water line from our home to the street meter was leaking and needed to be replaced because our water bills were outrageous. Complete Trenchless was able to repair within a couple days and completely replaced the water line with minimal disruption to our daily routine. The team was professional, friendly, and extremely considerate when entering the house. The value they provided was head and shoulders above the competition when compared to the other 3 companies we had out to bid for the job. Id definitely hire these guys again in the future.

Our main water line broke on a Friday evening and we had to shut our meter off. We gave Complete Trenchless a call Saturday morning and Cesar came to give us a quote within a few hours. He evaluated our situation and even went into our crawlspace to make sure they could hook up our indoor plumbing to the new line. Even with the short timeline, we received 4 quotes, and Complete Trenchless was the least expensive and able to complete the work the soonest. The crew came out first thing the next day (Sunday morning) and quickly got work. They installed the new line, got it inspected before hooking up to the meter, and had both ends connected within a couple hours. They tested the new lines for leaks and made sure we were back in business before covering up the small holes at the start and end of the line. After they left you wouldnt have even known they were there.

Cesar and his crew were AWESOME! The job was WAY harder than what they had anticipated. They had to drill over 1000 feet to install a correct water line to the house that was 3 deep. They ran into rocks which made the drilling very difficult. What they thought would be a one day project turned into a 4 day project. They showed up with positive attitudes and smiling faces. I would refer them to anyone. You cant go wrong with these guys :)

I hired complete trenchless in Oct to replace a leaking water main connecting water meter from the street to my house, which is about 50 yard long. After talking to several contractors, their price is the best. Initially, I had some hesitation since the company is relatively new. I think previously, the companys name is full bore. Cesar told me that he changed the name because he wasnt in this business for 2 years due to some personal reasons. Nevertheless, I decided to give them a chance.They arrived on time and the whole job took about 6 hours. It is December now, no leak so far. Today, seattle has the coldest weather, and the waterline wasnt frozen. Now, I feel more comfortable to write a review as I want to see if their work can endure the test of time.Overall, I am happy with their work. The only downside is it is a bit difficult to communicate with the workers during the day of the work. Cesar told me he would ensure at least one of the crew speaks English, but in reality, very limited. It is not a big concern to me since the work is solid.In the end, I also got my paid invoice so I can be reimbursed from the utility company due to the leak.Few things I learned along the way if you have a water main leak:1. If it can be done trenchlessly ( drilled ), dont do it with manual digging. Trenchless is always cheaper and better.2. Hire drilling contractors directly. Hiring someone that will subcontract the job will always cost you more.

Their bid was significantly less than our other four bids, too, and they scheduled the work quickly and completed the work in 1.5 days. Highly recommended! Fantastic company!

I would recommend them to everyone.I had a water main line break. To make things complicated my meter was 300 from my house under asphalt. Obviously I did not want to tear up the asphalt so I needed a trenchless water main replacement. Complete Trenchless did the job and caused me no additional work or headaches. I was told it would take 2 days and it took 1. I am very happy with outcome.

Our sewer line got clogged with tree roots, which is pretty common around here. We had Caesar give us an estimate a couple of years ago but never got around to doing the work. When the sewer backed up on a Saturday night, we called him, and his crew was out first thing Monday morning to get started. Caesar was super easy to talk to, priced fairly, and his team was professional and did exactly what they said they would. That was a nice change compared to other plumbers we’ve used. We cannot speak highly enough of Complete Trenchless Inc. We contacted Cesar on a Friday afternoon with an urgent need for a new waterline at our home over the mountain pass in Ellensburg. Without hesitation he said he could have a team there on Sunday. At 9 am on the dot, Victor and Raul showed up and got right to work. They explained everything very throughly and were extremely knowledgeable. The men called city workers that needed to come locate electrical and gas lines so that we did not have to. When a problem arose with a cement slab that we could not use the directional drill through, we inevitably had to temporarily remove some pavers from our patio. The men removed and replaced the pavers, filled in the few holes that needed to be dug, and left the job site spotless...you would hardly have known they were here! Except for the fact that we have running water again! We are so very thankful for their hard work, and although we hope to never have a large plumbing issue like this again, we wouldn’t hesitate to call them!
