When our sewer backed up into our basement we got two bids that sent our heads spinning. Then we saw a Clearline truck across the street. Scott and his teams finished the job with one hole dug instead of three, and at a significantly lower price.Theyre a small business so we had to wait our turn, but they cleared the line twice while we waited, to be sure we wouldnt have another backup. And when our turn came, they were prompt, friendly, and efficient. They also cheerfully answered all our questions along the way. We highly recommend Clearline Sewer Repair.

Sewer like connecting to our home kept clogging up so we hired Clear Line to help investigate. They went above and beyond to troubleshoot the problem and identified an area where roots were growing inside the pipe. They were able to quickly find time to start the project which involved carefully excavating a hole to access the pipe, replacing the pipe and removing roots from the area. They were able to get the work done in just one day and left the area nice and clean. I was very impressed with the whole team, especially Scott, who went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue. I have already recommended Clear Line to my neighbors and will continue to do so.

Mid-century Seattle property had chronic sewer line backups to the basement due to aging sewer line and root infiltration. I finally had had enough and researched options to remediate the issues and install an exterior cleanout as well. Scott and the Clearline crew came out within 24 hours [on a Friday afternoon] to evaluate the issues and Scott provided me with options and an estimate by Monday. Amazing response and communication and a very competitive price. All my questions were immediately responded to in emails, texts or by phone. Great service.

We contacted Waeco after a main sewer line was clogged and Roto Rooter couldn’t clear the line.We were aware that roots was the issue but the pipe was potentially collapsed/damaged or cracked.Lining of the sewer line was recommended. The line was carefully jetted to remove the clog and camera inspection revealed damaged pipe at a couple of joints.Waeco excavated 6’ down through the sidewalk (it was fortunate that’s where the damaged pipe was). The sidewalk was diamond cut then a GapVax truck was used to remove the soil. This process is cleaner and less likely to damage tree roots etc..The excavation and repair was done in one day and the lining the next day. Overall interruption to sewer service was about 4 hours each day during the middle of the day.The hole was back filled with “clean” rock and the sidewalk was reinstated to city specifications the next day.Cost of the entire job was $35000 + tax. (Roto Rooter was quoted at around $50000).Digging in the city street can add another $20000+ to the job.The lining should ensure uninterrupted sewer service without the need for regular jetting or rooting for over 50 years.The previously cracked sidewalk is now brand new. If I could give Clearline Sewer more than 5 stars, I would. We were in the unfortunate situation of having a hole in an old, corroded cast iron section of sewer pipe that ran under our house foundation. Replacing it would have involved demolishing a wraparound covered porch, excavating below the foundation for pipe replacement, and then rebuilding the entire porch. The fact that the house is on Orcas Island complicated matters, as there isnt a company on island that relines sewer pipes and many companies who do will not come out to the islands. Scott Jones answered all my phone calls, reviewed the sewer scope video that I sent him, and proposed patching the hole and then smoothing and relining the cast iron pipe. His crew arrived when they said they would and got right to work. They were knowledgeable, professional and their expertise, from years of experience, was evident. They successfully accessed, then patched and relined the defective pipe from outside the porch (which remained intact) and ended up saving us thousands of dollars in demo, dump, and reconstruction costs. Communication with the company was excellent at all times, as Scott explained the process, kept us updated on scheduling, and his crew answered any questions we had while the work was being done.

These guys are great!!! I filled out their contact form one evening after they were closed and got a phone call within 10 minutes from Scott after hours. They replaced a dis-placed pipe that was 8 feet below my drive way.Scott was the main person I dealt with and he was responsive to all my texts, kept me updated on scheduling and progress through out the repair and answered all my questions. I have a 1920s house in Seattle with an original concrete sewer line. After 100 years of service it was worn. After looking at the options I decided a CIP liner would be the way to go.I contacted Scott from Clearline and he came out and quoted a new CIP (Cured In Place) liner. The technology used comes from Europe (where the Romans introduced concrete sewer pipes before the dark ages). Clearline was able to reline my existing pipe without having to trench and replace the pipe. Once the liner is in it is pressurized and cured using a blue light laser. After curing a robot goes in and opens up any tie ins to the sewer line. This is like Star Wars in your sewer line.Now the best part. Scott and his crew started on a Monday to access the sewer line. They did their work and finished on Friday. My sewer line was only out of service for 4 hours.Lastly when we received our invoice it was below the quoted price.I gave Clearline 5 stars only because 6 stars are not available. I would and will recommend them to anyone needing a sewer repair.

I cant say enough good things about this outfit. Our sewer was was backing up into our house. These folks went out of their way to clear the backup comming out more than once to snake out the drains. Everyone that came to the property was professional courteous and kept us informed on their progress. Our house was built in 1947 and the sewer line had a crack in it that was causing the problem. They cleaned it and relined it so it is like new. They went out of their way not to inconveinence us in anyway. I defintely would recomend their services to anyone.

Waeco decommissioned my septic tank and connected my home to the sewer, since my septic system was on the verge of failing. They were professional, friendly and responsive every step of the way, from the time I called to ask for an appointment, having the appointment, receiving the bid, applying for the permit, scheduling and doing the work. I thought that I would have to wait weeks, but once the permit was accepted, they were available the following week. Scott (sales manager) and Cliff communicated very promptly via phone and e-mail, which I really appreciate. Ryan and Owen did a great job onsite! It rained most of the time, so the yard was a muddy mess. I have used many contractors before, for other types of work, and Waeco has been by far the best company I’ve worked with. They answered all of my questions, and I had many, mainly to understand the process and materials used. I did have another bid, but the other company had a price range which could change based on the price of materials, whereas Waeco’s bid was good for 30 days. Waeco’s bid was a good price in comparison, that I did not have to worry about changing.

We used Clearline to repair a known root intrusion issue on our side sewer a few weeks back and we could not be more pleased with the job they did! The entire team was profession and courteous of our property. Not to mention they estimated our project at half of the cost of a quote we originally received from a major leading sewer company.We had sever root intrusion at a depth of nearly 9’. The team was able to hand dig a trench to locate the affected area and repair the intrusion. Once the repair was complete the backfill process was so mindful I cannot even tell where the hole was dug!I highly recommend Clearline Sewer Repair!

I gave them a call as soon as I had my suspected main water line leak found. Had someone come out day of the call to get an estimate drawn up. After accepting the bid we were able to schedule within a week. They actually even came earlier than expected which helped me save some more leaking water! The fellas that came out on repair day were nice and early and got straight to digging. Once they got down to the line they came and grabbed me so I could actually see the thing. After that it seemed to be a simple patch and backfill. As a homeowner hearing i had a main water line leak, I was afraid it was going to be a huge thing, but all together it was a fast and comfortable process.
