Simply the best! Called Bobby Ts with a leak in the shower pan. Had to leave a message, he called back later in the day. We set up a date, time and a rough estimate of what he thought it might cost. He arrived on time. He looked over the situation and realized the installer had a gasket placed in upside down. He fixed that and the final price was lower than he thought it would be. Bobby conducts business the way it used to be conducted with honesty, respect and quality workmanship. If you need a plumber, call Bobby Ts!

Highly recommend. The valve in my shower was sticking and tough to open and close. The first plumbing company my landlord went with wanted thousands of dollars and rip through walling to fix it. Several friends recommend Bobby, so I suggested him to my landlord. He came by and fixed it in about half an hour without needing to destroy anything. . Awesome job! Thanks, Bobby!

Bobby T and his team are the absolute best! I don’t think we will ever use any other plumber. We’ve had him come out a few times, with services that need to be done as soon as possible. He was always very responsive and able to make it work. Tonight he came out to fix an outside water spigot that had burst. We had to turn off the water main and so he wanted to come out to fix it as soon as possible so that we would have our water back on. He was able to work quickly and come up with a very good solution to make it work and get our water back on. It was very affordable! Especially after having to use Beacon Plumbing a few years ago for a similar service and getting charged over five times as much as what they quoted us over the phone. I very much appreciate his business ethic and quality work. If you’re looking for a plumber don’t look any further than Bobby T! He’s your guy!! Thank you and your team so much for everything, we are truly grateful.

Bobby came out to my house after hours to inspect a possible leak and quickly found a hole in a pipe where we had some work being done. He replaced the pipe and cleared the lines. He did all of this in about 1.5 hours. He provided feedback on other items that could be issues down the road (we have original galvanized steel pipes) and recommended the most cost efficient solutions. He totally saved us! I highly recommend Bobby when it comes to your plumbing needs. Total life savior !!!

Finding quality service providers is challenging these days. Bobby is the real deal. Quickly diagnosed, showed me the issue and explained the reason why it was a problem. Transparent pricing. On time (was even able to come earlier than quoted). Before and after photos of the job. Couldnt ask for any better - Bobbys card is permanently on our fridge.

Called Bobby on a Saturday. He agreed to squeeze me in between two other calls. I had a few issues including a clogged floor drain, leaking washing machine and a slow draining shower drain. He came in, busted butt for 45 minutes straight, taught me a thing or two about my own house, fixed ALL of my issues and charged me $20 less than he quoted over the phone. Super awesome guy, right? It gets better...My wife gets home later that day and sees the Bobby Ts shopping bag he left behind and said, Oh you met Bobby T, huh? I wondered how my wife knew who Bobby T was. Then she reminded me that the winter before, she had got her van stuck on a snowy night while I was out of town. Bobby T happened to be driving by. He stopped, again busted his butt, got my wife unstuck and absolutely refused to take a payment.Were big fans of Bobby T the plumber and Bobby T the guy.

Just found out about a leak we had going in our crawl space yesterday. Bought this house 6 months ago and was not prepared for a huge plumbing disaster. After calling around to multiple plumbers in the area, with no one available, Bobby returned my call and said hed be right over to at least look at what the problem was and turn off my water main for me. As a new homeowner and someone who knows nothing about plumbing, the fact that he just came over to assess and reassure was huge. He told me exactly what we could do to speed the process along, and that hed be back as soon as he was able to actually fix it for us. Within less than 24 hours he was back here, and completed the entire job in a short time, and at a reasonable price. But more importantly, we now have a plumber we can count on for any future problems that may arise. That peace of mind in an older house is worth every penny! Thanks Bobby and Norm, you guys are the best. Highly recommend them.

Bobby T is so great! A couple of years ago I had a toy go down the tub drain, not only did he come the day I called he was friendly, helpful, fixed the problem and was very reasonably priced! Just called him on a Sunday he called me back within a few minutes and was able to help again fix the problem!

Excellent service and professional work. Bobby was able to refer me to another contractor to do some tile work to complement his plumbing. He replaced my toilet, found me a superior sink faucet, and found a way to work with my existing plumbing to replace leaky bathtub faucets.He was prompt, good at calling to notify of arrival time estimates, helpful in explaining options, and all around a great worker.
