Called to get my water pressure looked at. Their dispatch could have been a little nicer. They sent Jack out and he was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem relatively quickly. He was kind and informative, walked me through the issue. He felt genuine and not like a skeezy salesperson. If we have any plumbing issues in the future I’ll definitely be calling and asking for Jack to handle it.

We had a clogged kitchen sink right before a family event and were freaking out!Willie was the technician that came out and cleared our kitchen sink! Our hats are off to Colin Kehr for his quick figuring out our aging & peculiar plumbing/heating system that was leaking at the circulation manifolds. Rebuilding the aged distribution manifolds took knowing where to look for parts & how to merge new with old, and it worked! These guys finished in a startling short amount of time. Without functioning manifolds our home was unheated but thanks to the two Best Plumbing crew we now have a heated home!

Last fall, Best Plumbing completed several projects at our home. After replacing an old recirculation pump on the hot water system, water was taking an extraordinarily long time to get hot. Although it required several trips back to the house, Best Plumbing persisted until the problem was identified and corrected. Throughout the process, the plumbers and office staff were professional and concerned. On top of that, Cameran, Mike, and Ryan were really nice guys and fun to work with.

Best Plumbing lives up to their name! Five years ago, they were the plumbing contractor for our new home. Last week I noticed a small leak coming from the bottom of the wall in the water heater closet. They came today, found that a bracing screw had just barely perforated a pipe and it finally started a very small leak. They proactively stated it would be covered under warranty! We didnt ask for this and didnt expect it. Five years later. Thank you for standing behind your work.

We had a severely clogged bathroom drain. Called Rotorooter first and they were unable to fix the problem. Called Best the next day. Plumber Willie Winston showed up at our front door within 15 minutes of the call. After explaining the situation to him, he confidently told me that he would have my drain cleared in 15 minutes. Well he was wrong. He cleared it in 5! He then fixed a leaky drain pipe for me that had been incorrectly repaired by a previous plumber. We called Best to help us out of a really tight spot. We had a very short turn around time to complete a tub and shower faucet replacement just before closing on the sale of our home. We received a very timely visit and estimate from Steven Fritz, one of Bests fantastic service and install team. Steven was super helpful explaining what would be required and provided us with excellent communications all through the process up to and including personally doing the install for us. We had a problem getting our realtor to show up on time to let Steven in on the day of the install and he went WAY out of his way to help us make sure the work was done. We would have been in a real jam if Steven hadnt been so great to help make sure we were take care of.The work quality was top notch and performed in such a professional manner. We would recommend Steven VERY, VERY highly and also all the rest of the wonderful Best Team - from the showroom with Sarah who helped us pick out and expedite the delivery of the new faucet in time to the different service dispatchers who went way over and above what is normally expected to help us get this challenging job completed on time. We had an excellent experience with Best Plumbing. We had a massive leak on our hot water tank on Saturday afternoon, we had to find a plumber who can come to install a new tank on the same day. We the other businesses didnt answer to my call, or didnt have available plumber for the same day appointment, but Best Plumbing sent us a plumber within 1 hour after I called them. Travis O., the Technician was beyond awesome. Although he was already very busy taking care of other appointments, he said he can come back in the evening after the other appointments to take care of our need, and he came back to our house as promised, took care of everything VERY quickly. Thanks to him, we were able to take a shower on that night! Also, he was very efficient, polite, and professional all the time. We have a barking dog and a chatty 4 years old boy, he was very patient, kind and friendly to them as well. He is the best ever Plumber we ever had! I also want to thank the receptionist who assisted me. Her name is Irie. She was very friendly and helpful. I could tell she was sincerely trying to help us with the issue we had and arranged to send us the great technician!! Thank you so much!

Plumbing tech Steven Fritz was fantastic. Although I did some legwork with preparation and drywall water damage mitigation, that helped him with being able to access and see the source of the leakage more quickly. And, his analysis of the pressure-assist toilet on the top floor of our house was spot on. He did a full “pull and reset” including changing the backside neoprene gasket quickly and his checks were thorough and his cleanup was great. We spent an hour trying to see if we could figure out how to fish it out, but couldn’t even locate where the pieces were. Our Best Plumbing tech was able to easily push the pieces out of the pipe and clear up the blockage…in literally 5 min!

I had a non-urgent plumbing issue in my home. I called best plumbing and literally the next morning someone was there to fix it - Steve & one other technician were dispatched to my home. I dont have any point of reference on pricing, so cant comment if they are expensive or cheap, but Im really happy with the quality of the job and I would go to them again anytime.

An urgent situation just arose and I managed to speak directly with Kurt Volkle, the plumber. I give Kurt, 5+ stars!!! He was awesome. He did everything he said he would. I was waiting on a bid from him, he called to let me know he was on another job that would take quite a while and as soon as he was done he would get the bid to me. Were fortunate to be able to live in a floating home community but it has its challenges - one of the biggest of which is our community plumbing.Best Plumbing has become our go-to plumbing company. Recently, Travis came out to replace a main sewage pump 15 down at the bottom of a tank. If you think that sounds unpleasant , you are correct. He was on time, professional in all aspects, worked through several unexpected problems, and stayed positive and up beat the entire time. It was a privilege to get to know him and to benefit from his superior work.BTW, in the past, we used another large company. Youve heard their ads. Not only were they three to four times the cost of Best for similar work but also they did sloppy electrical work. (Im a general contractor and have worked with many electricians.) And they refused, despite multiple polite requests, to fix the problems.Thank you Best Plumbing and Travis!

Our 7 year old bradford white gas water heater stopped making hot water. Its indicator light said the temperature sensor was faulty. We called the plumbing company who installed it. The first thing their technician said to me was your water heater was not installed correctly, and is not to code. it took another day for him to find a replacement part, with a repair cost of $1300. Since the cost of the heater, installation, and removal of the previous tank was $1500, I was stunned. Then I was quoted a cost of $3200 to install a new heater. We called Best Plumbing and they had a technical arrive within an hour. Our cost for the up-to-code installation of the same heater was about half the price. We highly recommend Best Plumbing and Kurt was exceptional in his expertise and workmanship.

Today I had a great young guy come out and replace an outdoor hose bib. Previously, I had used South County Plumbing before they merged with Best about two years ago.This is the fourth job Ive had Best/South County do. Previously had two sink hookups and another outdoor bib replacement done.Have had four different plumbers and all have been good over past 3-4 years. Typically job is done in an hour or less and price with some minor parts usually ends up around $250.The plumber who came today had worked at South County previously handling parts and warehouse ops. He said South County charged less for most services and had to merge because they couldnt financially make a go. Todays price was more than SC, but I will continue to use Best because they get the job done.

Funny story - we were desperate for help and live on an island where plumbing needs are hard to get in a pinch. With a quick run to the grocery store I saw the Best Plumbing Truck with a driver in it having a quick lunch. I knocked on the window and Curt kindly rolled down his window, let me Interrupt him and ask if they service the island and he asked me what my issue was. He was waiting for his customer and said if he could finish his install with enough time he would try and catch me before going off island to get his ferry. He actually did! Immediately assessed our situation and was able to give my husband the guidance we needed to help him solve our problem which overwhelmed us and let us ask him about a couple other things we’ve been worried about. Give this guy a raise Best Plumbing - he rocks and he represents your company well!

I was completely taken care of within 24 hours. These people are my heroes!

Initial experience a couple of years ago was frustrating... a case, unfortunately, of a seemingly knowledgeable tradesman who didn’t follow through. Based on my experience then - my rating would have been 1 Star.Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago though, and the experience is much improved! Curt showed up on time; listened to the issues to be addressed and went to work with efficiency and professionalism. He left with homework to complete (estimates and a search for parts) and has kept up with the follow through that was promised. The only things holding this down from a 5-star rating are the prior experience that needs to be overcome, and the fact that the job is still ongoing. I’ll report back when Curt finishes up.

I am leaving this review for the incident technician Wade at Best Plumbing helped me out in April of 2017. Long story short is that my new tenant at that time told my property manager (PM) the water pressure was VERY low. The PM got two quotes from two plumbing companies, both nearly 10k, for opening dry wall and relay water lines. I was puzzled since previous two tenants never had this low pressure problem. After my PM found WADE at BEST PLUMBING for third opinion, Wade found there is a pressure adjuster valve closed. Total cost was very minimal. Thanks so much for their honesty !!!

We were very lucky to have him bring us back to civilization!

The guys (we had a apprentice too) were great from Best, professional, on time and they figured out why my two year old tankless water heater had turned into a waterless and heatless water heater. They worked with the manufactures tech support and got at least the parts covered under warrantee. They were also able to get the thing working again so we had both water and hot water while the parts were being shipped (much to my wifes delight).I love Best but I am not very impressed with my tankless water heater.The Guy returned with the parts and voila as good as new!
