Daniel is AMAZING! Went way above and beyond. Positive and professional from start to finish. Had to climb multiple flights of stairs. Our old hot water heater was 24 years old and wouldnt even drain so he had to remove it from our apt full of water. He also had to remove part of the door frame to fit the new heater in our small coat closet. He did all this with a smile on his face and a winning attitude. 10 out of 10 would recommend him and this company.

5 stars all the way. Daniel came to inspect our water heater and was able to replace it within a few days. He was on time, professional, and thorough. He even took the time to show what wasnt installed correctly on our previous water heater and things to look out for. A second tech, Ray, came to do a quality check the following day and gave us instructions how to re-light the pilot light if it ever went out. The scheduling team was wonderful on top of everything else, and even called to confirm when our tech was on his way and gave us a more specific time frame.

The technicians were friendly and highly skilled, handling the installation of both a complex combi boiler and a standard water heater with precision. They worked tirelessly for many hours, paying careful attention to every detail with patience and care.What impressed me most was the customer-focused approach demonstrated by the owner and president. They werent just interested in a one-time transaction but genuinely aimed to address my needs. Although I initially requested the replacement of only one unit, they noticed another was nearing the end of its lifespan and offered a great deal to replace both, potentially saving me from future issues. I would wholeheartedly recommend Benla to all my friends without hesitation.

Benla is the only company I call when we need a new water heater for more than 30 years! A technician always comes to my house to replace tank the day I called them. Marques is super nice guy and so reliable! The new water heater works great, too!! I will definitely call Benla again in the time to replace it in 10 years from now.

Marques was extremely polite and very professional while uninstalling my old water heater and installing the new water heater. This is a trustworthy company, that goes above and beyond! We had a hybrid installed in our place, and they did an incredible job! We had a leak, and it was a very old water heater that needed to be replaced, and they made sure to check for mold and any other damage caused by the slow leak. Out of the three quotes we got, this was the most affordable, we also got a $500 rebate taken off our total amount. They recommended we get a louvre door, which made more sense than the other two quotes we got that advised us to cut into the door and create a vent. My uncles suggested this company and I’m so happy they did!

Benla water heater service was beyond helpful when we needed a part for our water heater. The week before Christmas, with a bunch of family heading to our house to stay for a week, our water heater needed a new part. Long story short, in desperation we reached out to a manufacturing rep, who in turn reached out to Benla on our behalf to get us the needed part ASAP. Their customer service was incredible, and I cannot recommend them enough!

They called me first thing in the morning, asked a few questions to find the correct size. Everyone I dealt with online, on the phone, and the installer were professional, engaged, and helpful. A day later I had hot water back. Excellent service.

I called Benla to install a water heater at my condo. They were recommended by my property manager. Benla offered a 50 gallon unit with either a 6 year or 10 year warranty at a fair price. Within 1 week the water heater was installed and the next business day I received an invoice which I paid online. Fast, efficient, with clear communication. I would gladly recommend them.

Scott went out of the way to drop me off a pilot light + thermocouple assembly for my broken water heater, after hours and out in Mason County. I had planned on driving up to Tukwila tomorrow to get it, but he saved me the trip. Much appreciated, great customer service. Will absolutely do business with them again, despite the distance.

Benla came in with a competitive quote on a Hybrid water heater. The install went smoothly. The people that came out for the quote as well as the installer were masked. The water heater has been working great, about a week down the road, plenty of hot water.Because we were getting a hybrid system we were eligible for a $500 rebate. Several days later I was on the Seattle City Light (SCL) rebate web site where it listed the things needed to apply for it, including a receipt for the purchase of the water heater from the contractor, in this case Benla, showing the contractor hadnt already taken and applied the rebate.I contacted Scott at Benla to ask for this, it was not something he was familiar with. He invested several hours of phone work to pin down exactly what needed to be done. The SCL site was incorrect. The process had changed back in April and contrary to SCLs instructions, the home owner that had a qualifying water heater installed by a contractor could not apply themselves. It had to go through the contractor.So, Scott sent a $500 check to us, then he has to recover that from his supplier who in turn has to recover it from the agency sponsoring the rebate. Quite the mess but because of Scotts persistence and professionalism we got the rebate.Overall it was a good experience and we would have no qualms in recommending Benla to others.
