I had a great experience with Bee’s. I am a former general contractor and currently the owner of a restaurant in West Seattle in the midst of a build out. The lead plumber, Jose Ruiz, along with his crew, were conscientious, courteous, communicated well, and I participated as Jose mentally mapped out the completed work . His knowledge of Seattle commercial plumbing codes was extensive and the work was meticulous. We passed inspection for our rough-in on the first go round. I will be calling Bee’s for all my future work.

Usually having a plumbing issue is never a great experience, perfect timing, or cheap. And having to find the right plumber, quickly, and someone you think will be dependable, is very difficult. I made the right choice when I selected Bees Plumbing. Sam Junior and Gus came to my home within a few hours of me making my initial call to DJ, who handled my intake quickly and responsibly, when I needed my hot water tank replaced. Sam and Gus were on time, communicative, very professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me everything that needed to happen, all of my options, and no pressure in choosing the service that I needed. Most importantly, they didn’t leave until they gave me instructions on how to maintain my new pot water heater and explain everything to me and answered all my questions, and I had many. I felt their pricing was reasonable and within market range, and fair. I recommend Bees Plumbing for sure!

Trent and Caleb came out on New Year’s Day to assess my leaking toilet. They ran through different repair and replacement options with me and helped me choose the right option for me, without any pressure, and even added on a couple small plumbing jobs around the home for free. The quality of work was exceptional, they were very friendly and professional, and I felt at ease with them working in my home. They were good with my dogs and very considerate of noise around my 10-week old baby too. I would welcome them back any time!

Wow - Darius and his helper were awesome. Bees sent Darius again. (he unplugged our bathtub this summer too) Loved that they made sure we had a familiar face.This time it was a major thing. Our toilet had an old Lead Flange and it was leaking into the floor. Had to cut off that nasty 1950s pipe and put in new modern connection.And what a job he did. Not easy either, he spent a good amount of time in our crawl space cutting, reconnecting and making sure the fix was perfect.Two other things - One he spent a lot of time making sure it was the toilet leaking. He did tests with the washer, the bathtub and insured where the leak was. It seemed obvious but he did not assume. Second - they shared photos of the repair before and after. Most of the work was under the house amid water and gas pipes. So, the photos are a great touch.Last but most important, we now have a plumber we know and can count on. My hubby has plumber distrust from past work & Darius won him over!!Great job and I recommend Bees and my personal plumber Darius. Thank YOU!!Before & after photos!

I had a long-standing clogged sink in my basement that I couldn’t fix on my own with a snake from the local hardware store. Bees Plumbing, led by Eddie and his crew, came in with a much more powerful snake and expertly went 25 feet into the pipes to clear all the blockages. They resolved the issue quickly, resulting in a clear and free-flowing plumbing situation.What stood out to me was their pleasant and professional demeanor. They worked seamlessly with both my landlord and me to handle billing and obtain all necessary permissions, making the process smooth and stress-free for me as a renter. Had a labor day weekend water line break from the meter to the house. Diego and his team came out labor day to assess the issue. Since the old pipe was galvanized. He recommended replacing the line to either copper trenched or pex along with a trenched or trenchless method. I opted for the pex trenched method. We scheduled for wednesday to start the repair. They came out wednesday, dug and replaced 35 ft of line and got the water running the same day. After inspections were passed from the city on thursday morning they came and backfilled and did a rough concrete patch in the afternoon. Great service and great hard working team.

Had a 10/10 experience. They were out very quickly, gave a 25$ off discount due to them having to come next day. They were respectful and worked fast, and we got out copper pipes repaired within the hour.All in all. I can absolutely recommend them!One caveat to note, though, is price. I think its worth it but to repair 6 inches, if that, of pipe for 930$ is. Definitely pricey. Worth it! But very pricey and a somewhat difficult pill to swallow.If you have the money and need services right now, these are your guys. The service is right, the speed is right, and if youre willing to pay, they can be out quite fast.Hot tip for anyone reading! Make sure when you move into a property to get familiar with where all the water shut offs are for the various pipelines. Otherwise youll have to find it in the heat of the moment and I can tell you, its not fun to do that.

The team also provided a very thorough home inspection that provided great insights into some future maintenance with no pressure whatsoever. It’s a pleasure to leave a review for Tate, a plumber who works for Bee’s Plumbing. He left about an hour ago, having replaced a leaky section of kitchen sink drain that the last repairer (before we bought our old house) had neglected - because it was in a difficult place to reach. I’d spent about 2 hrs trying to do it myself and failing. Bee’s had already been called; I was just giving it a try. Couldn’t do it myself, but Tate didn’t blink and had the old steel pipe out in about ten minutes. He went on to efficiently replace the line. He was on-time, neat, skillful, pleasant, and answered all my picky questions. If we need a plumber again, I’m calling Bee’s. Thanks Tate!

Hayden and his apprentice crushed it. Very speedy install, high quality work. Had a toilet and a faucet installed. They also replaced my toilet flange, and two domestic water sink valves. Did a pretty good job cleaning up after, found a bunch of dirty finger prints on the walls. Don’t think the apprentice noticed the finger prints, otherwise I’m sure he would’ve cleaned it up because he made sure to clean everything else. Besides that, no complaints. Pricing was able to be negotiated to help align with my budget. Communication was great. Best part was that I called at noon on a Friday and they were at my house two hours later to knock the install out. I need to reiterate again, very fast and good quality install.

This was our second time using Bees. (First time was to do pipe repairs following the freeze back in December 2022; they were able to come out on short notice and get the job done quicky and efficiently.). This time, Josue came out on a Saturday morning following completion of our kitchen remodel. He installed our new sink, and reinstalled our disposal and dishwasher. He also set up our new gas stove. He came in and gave us his estimate and went to work and got everything done quickly and professionally while communicating to us about our preferences on fixture placements. We were so glad to have our kitchen back and were very satisfied with Josues great work. Will definitely use again!

My washing machine drain was backing up. After receiving a $7,000+ quote from another company to rip up concrete to install a clean out for my old side sewer, etc. (because snaking the sewer was “not possible”) I called Bee’s for a second opinion. Trent and Caleb came out and was able to camera and snake our side sewer to remove tree roots and also explain in detail what was going on with that particular sewer line so we understood. Trent also provided us with several future options for rerouting the plumbing in the crawl space if/when the roots become an issue again and we want to bypass the problem for good. Hint: the estimate for this is a lot cheaper than $7k+ and ripping up a bunch of concrete!We will call Bee’s plumbing first the next time we have plumbing issues! We appreciate that they actually fixed our problem and provided several options throughout our experience.

The support team did a great job of answering the phone and getting things scheduled quickly and efficiently even though my issue wasnt urgent. The technician Blake was thorough and explained the costs up front before starting the repair. I was somewhat surprised that the cost was almost $600 and it required only 20 minutes from start to finish to repair the issue with the faucet but I knew the cost before he started and that it was possible that it would be much more involved to repair it than it turned out to be. I guess when it was just a simple fix I thought the cost would have been reduced but I did agree to it ahead of time so that is on me. Overall, I would use this company again. Professional, courteous and prompt.

Sharing my experience with Bees Plumbing and Heating. I recently purchased a property in Renton, Washington, and discovered a gas leak under the range. PSE came out, identified the leak, and tagged the property with an orange notice, indicating the need for immediate repair to avoid gas shut-off. Frustrated, I searched online and found Bees Plumbing due to their high Google ratings.They promptly scheduled an appointment and sent technicians Jeff and Anthony. Given that PSE had already identified the problem as being within the walls and not on any exposed pipes, I relayed this information to the technicians. Jeff suggested disconnecting and reconnecting all exposed pipes, though the cost was steep at $700 with no guarantee of resolving the issue. Despite knowing it might not fix the problem, we reluctantly agreed because it needed to be addressed. After approximately 30 minutes of work, the gas smell persisted, indicating the leak was still present.It was running late in the day and they needed to continue the next day, proposing to take down walls, which would incur additional costs. We decided not to proceed and had PSE come out again, who confirmed the leak still existed.At this point, my experience was less than ideal. However, Bees Plumbings management saw my initial 2-star review and reached out. Pierre stepped in, understood the situation, and issued a refund for the work performed. This gesture significantly improved the overall experience, highlighting Bees commitment to customer satisfaction.Despite the problem ultimately being resolved by another company, I would consider using Bees Plumbing again in the future, knowing that they genuinely care about their customers. It was a unique experience with some ups and downs, but their dedication to customer service stands out. I recommend giving Bees Pluming and Heating a chance if you have something going on at the house. They will take care of you one way or another!

My shower drain was backed up talking hours to drain, and water was even seeping out of the base of the toilet onto the the floor. Yikes! Bees was able to get their guys over that same day. Diagnosed the issue and explained it clearly, had everything fixed in just a few hours. Clean, polite and easy to have in my home. All for a fair price. Our water heater spontaneously burst last night, spewing cold water all over our basement. A little googling helped with shutting off cold water and gas to the heater, but I was pretty worried about getting the thing fixed. We called Bee Plumbing the following morning and they were a) kind and b) immediately helpful. They sent Luke H. to us, and he was here in literally 15 minutes after the call. Like, actually, literally 15 minutes.Luke H was great - friendly, kind, quick diagnosis of what was wrong, and didnt do a hard sell on anything. Gave me time to go research that I did not, in fact, want to add on an expansion tank, and he had both a gas water heater and an electric water heater in his truck ready to go. Swapped our gas water heater out, installed the new one , now turned 90 degrees to make flushing it yearly a lot easier, and schooled me on how to do that yearly flush.Weve been going with Bee plumbing whenever anything goes wrong for several years now, but we were really knocked out with how well this went. Brendan H. from Bees Plumbing and Heating came out to install a gas connection for a new stove, and was able to successfully do so. After installation the gas water heater was not relighting. Brendan spent the next day working to repair the issue, and eventually provided a water heater replacement free of charge. Obviously not the ideal situation but Brendan was reliable, communicative, and made sure to rectify the problem responsibly and professionally. Would use again.

I waited 2 more hrs before they assign a different plumber. Christian G and Brad arrived at estimated ETA. Glad I ended with Christian and Brad, they were awesome. Very professional and nice to talk to. The job was done quickly, I am very happy with the work. Both deserve a raise. :)

After ordering a new washer and dryer from an appliance store I called Bees Plumbing to have the hot and cold water supply valves moved so they are recessed into the wall, giving us more room for the appliances to fit. A pair of plumbers arrived the next morning and gave me a price for moving the water valves and a second price for also including moving the waste water pipe to a wall-recessed spot. I foolishly chose not to move the waste water pipe but when the appliance install crew arrived later that day they said the appliances would not fit without moving the waste water pipe. I called Bees Plumbing again and they had the plumbers return the next morning and they did the work for the same quoted price without charging me for the second trip. Very happy with their work and wouldnt hesitate to call on them again.

Bees re-plumbed my entire house from CPVC to PEX-a. It took a week for a 1500 sq ft, 2.5 bath house! They sent a licensed plumber and two apprentices for the job. Their licensed plumber was very transparent about pricing from the beginning and was able to offer me different options to consider before starting work. Their 3-year warranty on the pipes and 1-year warranty on valves also gives me peace of mind.I also really liked Honest-1 Construction, their recommendation for drywall repair (no plumbers Ive spoken to will do their own drywall repairs). Between Bees and Honest-1, I felt very well taken care of!

Bees was the first plumber to respond to my request on Angies list about unclogging a toilet. They had a low, reasonable, visit fee and provided a same day time range that worked great for us. Christian and Bradley came out and quickly ascertained the problem after removing the fixture. Then they repaired a longstanding issue that had been causing clogs literally for a couple of years. (I know because when a friend installed flooring, he warned me about that very issue.) Apparently there was no way to bolt the wax ring under the toilet so it was just sitting there blocking part of the drain! They caulked and cleaned up when they were done too, so I highly recommend Bees for resolving plumbing issues in a competent, speedy, and thorough manner.

They scheduled my appointment fairly quickly for the next day. Lawrence came in and fixed the clogging problem on the kitchen sink. And he even checked our vanity faucet (minor issue) for us quick and gave us some insight.The clog in the kitchen sink was worse than I thought but it would be and lead him to use the whole 60ft snake to clear the pipe.. Thanks for the quick appointment. The charge was more than I expended but I guess that’s the recent market price. We haven’t hired a plumber for the last 6-7 years so no idea. It was a little surprise.

We had an emergency unground leak that we were completely unaware of until the utilities company called us about our water usage spiking. We called multiple plumbing companies and Bees was by far the most responsive. They came out the same day- within a few hours of our call. Parker (our technician) and his team had identified the leak, fixed it, had it inspected by the city, and had our yard looking new again in a few short days. We were skeptical and stressed about the whole situation but were so happy Bees (and Parker!) were able to help us right away. We will be using them for all plumbing needs moving forward because the experience was so great and easy.

We had a great experience with a toilet install we needed done. We had two different plumbers give us quotes for a toilet install and line inspection. We received push back on installing the toilet we purchased as well as them trying to sell us a different toilet. Parker came out on a Wednesday to provide a quote for the install and inspection. While the toilet install was a little more than the first two, we felt confident in his work and appreciated him taking the time to talk with us without trying to sell us a different toilet. Parker came back on Friday to install the toilet and inspect the line. He did a great job and we appreciated him showing us the line was clear and being creative with going through the garage to fix a broken pipe vs. taking out the tile behind the toilet. We will be calling Bee’s plumbing and asking for Parker for future needs.

They did a Bait-n-Switch with me, telling me how the plumber has 27 years of LICENSED experience, sent his photo & a brief bio of him and how he is a family man, etc... When he showed up, he had a sidekick/Trainee who did all the work UNSUPERVISED. The licensed guy never even looked under my sink, he spent the entire time OUTSIDE on his cell phone, roaming/casing out(?) my property instead.The Trainee was sweet & professional and admitted that he wasnt licensed, as he couldnt figure out why my unit didnt work when he installed it and it leaked, looking to me as though it wasnt installed properly. The licensed guy never checked his work. Trainee miraculously had another unit on their truck that I could get, for over $1200, otherwise I owed over $600+ for a non-working unit and now a leaking sink. I opted to pay double, to get my sink in working order. Amazingly, he was able to take off my allegedly non-working unit and replace it with their unit, in about 5 minutes, after it took him almost 2 hours to take off the initial unit and then claim my replacement unit didnt work.Shouldnt the Licensed plumber be supervising this mess?!After they left, I had to call them back, because the rubber drain piece was never attached. If the Trainee was properly supervised, this would/should have been caught and not further inconvenienced me.I felt that this was their intentional game/fraud. When I let them know that I wasnt happy and suspected Fraud, their Customer Service rep/manager called to apologize and offered to refund me 50%, which I accepted. HOWEVER, it took 2 weeks to finally get the refund, after I had to ask about the status of it, it came in 3 days which included the weekend.5-star service shouldnt be this painful for the customer. But, to their credit, they made things right, after I complained. I rated as a 4 because I had to follow-up on their promised refund. Five-star reviews SHOULD be from happy customers who dont have to work this hard for what is right.

I’m so excited that I found Bee’s Plumbing! The main water shut off in my house broke (in the off position luckily) and, like most people, I was frustrated about having to find a good plumber. That’s when I got to meet Paul from Bee’s Plumbing. Paul is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, always seems to strive for perfection and makes sure the customer is completely satisfied. We even had to deal with the city water utilities because the water wouldn’t turn off at the street so he couldn’t fix my problem before the city fixed the problem at the street. So he turned my valve on so I could have water until the water to my house could be turn off completely. He then had to come back after I coordinated time with him and the city. The reason I’m telling this lengthy story is that even with all the hassle, the coordination and having to return to complete the job, the quoted price didn’t change! First for me!! I was so impressed by the quality and integrity of Bee’s Plumbing that they will be my go to plumber’s from now on!

Bees plumbing contacted me right away on a Sunday after I filled out an online contact form. They can the next day and installed two new hose bibs, one of which had a burst pipe and had water damage inside my house. They got me in touch with a water damage company right away to assess further damage. They also installed a gas expansion tank on the water heater as they noticed during work that it was not there and not to code. In addition, they fixed my jammed garbage disposal for free. They offered all options in terms of work that could be done. Great technicians and fast service! Tyler and another nice man were the techs!

The expansion tank exploded on my water heater and what was taking BestPlumbing, and Gene Johnson over 4 days to address, Bee’s Plumbing solved in less than 5 hrs. Demitri and Bogey arrived and had a new heater and expansion tank ready to install within an hour. They were professional, pleasant, great communicators, super tidy, and did absolutely fantastic work. Five+ excellent stars for Bee’s Plumbing. Would hire them again in a second. The other companies I tried dealing with have been bought out by large companies who just don’t get the customer experience or their employees. Save yourself the heartache and frustration that I went through, and just call Bee’s first.

We called on a Sunday evening and Bee’s made an appointment for us the next day. Our plumber Paul arrived on time in his scheduled time frame and took a careful look at our dilemma, giving us a run down of everything that would need to be done to correct the situation. We had a washing machine that wouldn’t drain, and after giving us a quote he went to work. Paul got us back up and running on the same day, bringing our pipes up to code and making sure everything was cleared out and able to function properly. Paul was very professional, communicative, and efficient. We found Bee’s through King County’s listing report of best skilled trade business’ with highest reviews, and now we see why! I’ve had Bees Plumbing and Heating out twice (once on a Saturday and once on a Sunday) to perform some work on a new shower install. They have been competitively priced, very transparent about the work that will be done, and very communicative when it comes to scheduling, arrival times, and ensuring that I was satisfied with the work that was completed. I was hesitant with the non-refundable $99 dispatch fee, but after their visit I was sold. Best of all, there is no additional weekend charges/fees which was a huge selling point for me. 11/10 would recommend.

Edit as of 01/23/2023:Someone from Bees Plumbing reached out to me after this review and I have upgraded my initial review from 2 to 4 stars due to the swift and acceptable response.They listened to my complaint and offered to refund me the cost of the X-ray and the amount I paid to replace the two toilet paper holders, as this was their fault.Original Review:I do not recommend Bees for toilet installations as the prices are quite steep and the work performed definitely does not warrant that type of pricing. The installation of the toilets themselves were fine but the work to fix damage that the technician did as part of the install was very sloppy. I was not offered any sort of remediation for the additional damage.I hired Bees for upgrading two toilets in my condo because they had the best reviews on Google; however, my end-to-end experience with the toilet installation was definitely not worth the premium I paid by going with this company.I was quoted $6000+tax for the installation of the two toilets during the initial visit as they needed to move and replace the valve due to the uniqueness of the toilets being installed. This also required cutting large holes in the drywall behind my toilets; however, replacing that was on me and that was told to me up front. As I just wanted to get the work done, I accepted the bid even though the price was much higher than I was expecting.As the technician removed the old toilet in the first bathroom, they broke my toilet paper holder. However, they offered to re-install it if I bought a new one myself. Things happen, but this was not really the outcome I wanted as the technician broke the toilet paper holder in the first place.Around 4 hours after the project started, it was discovered that 4 1-inch holes needed to be drilled into the concrete floor per toilet for anchoring. As the technician was unsure whether this was allowed, they went down to my building manager who requested that I get my floor x-rayed (which I was then billed another ~$700 w/tax by Bees) and also obtain additional HOA approval at the next board meeting for these holes. The positives here were that the technician was very responsive through the whole process from coordinating the x-ray appointment and communicating the issues and the office team for quickly completing the paperwork I needed for the approval. However, this all should have been done as part of the initial estimate as all the instructions were provided at quote time and would have saved me a month.After I finally obtained HOA approval, the scheduling team was able to get the technician (and an additional member) back out the next day.The installation of the first toilet (and the re-install of the toilet paper holder they broke the first time) went smoothly (see first photo).However, for the second toilet, the technician broke the toilet paper holder as well! I did suspect this a likely possibility, so I had purchased two toilet paper holders during the time between appointments. I had the technician reinstall this one as well since the first one went ok. This installation was a bit trickier than the first as there is a pocket door behind the toilet paper holder and this was communicated to the technician. The work here was very sloppy as I am now left with a large knick in my pocket door (see second photo) and drill slippage for the toilet paper holder (see third photo) that I now need to patch. There was no offer of remediation of the situation.

I called them and they gave me a window of time same day they were coming and came at a decent time. When they showed up they gave me a basic estimate but unfortunately there was more wrong. They explained the situation and gave me a new estimate before proceeding. Josh and his coworker worked at a well pace all day to get it fixed, next is for us to fix our wall. Obviously plumbing isnt cheap but it needed to get fixed! They did a fantastic job and all in 1 day and we have water again. Thanks guys!

I was alerted by Alderwood Water that I had a water leak. Unfortunately, it was an outside leak on a 1/2 acre lot and I couldnt find it. Luke came out, explained to me the leak-detection process, had it all set up within days, and the problem was rapidly solved. Both workers were fast and efficient - and Luke was particularly good. He understood my situation and made it as easy on me as possible. He had to cut back a shrub to dig out the leak and even put all the refuse in my yard waste bin. It was all expensive, of course, but not near as bad as I expected, plus some credits were authorized...and I was just relieved to have the problem fixed quickly and efficiently. I wouldnt hesitate to call Bees for any problems I have in the future!
