Repeat customer here because of how great these guys are. APP previously did a huge project for me so when I had a smaller leak to address I came back to these guys. Tony was my plumber again. Tony is always great and we really love working with him. Hes really great at explaining the issue and the solution to the homeowners so we know exactly whats going on.

Travis and Tony helped repipe my entire upstairs. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I interviewed approximately 10 plumbers and was very impressed by not only Travis and Tony’s domain knowledge, but their effort to thoroughly understand my project and needs. The front desk folks are also incredibly helpful in answering all my questions to I can make a confident decision (repiping is not a cheap process!!). Thanks to this team! I’m recommending them to all my friends.

This is a long-overdue positive review for All Phase Plumbing and Caesar! I hired them in March 2022 for a misaligned new kitchen sink drainpipe assessment and repair/ installation. The company was immediately responsive, I was able to get an appointment to diagnose and treat my situation quickly. The plumber, Caesar, was highly skilled and knowledgeable regarding what was wrong & how to fix it (and it was complicated, he had to be innovative because it was not just a “standard” fix in my older home); the plumbing work was excellently and efficiently done, and the price was very fair! All what one would hope for and expect, and reason enough for me to always choose All Phase Plumbing for any future plumbing work I may need and recommend them to others.Where Caesar really went above and beyond, however, and must be commended--is the story of how my cat somehow got on top of his truck and rode all the way to the bottom of a long hill (Shaw Road, if you know Puyallup)--Caesar noticed another driver honking & pointing, saw my cat jump off the van, pulled over, called me, waited there for me to get there while also keeping an eye on where the cat was going & calling to her, and finally helped me catch my cat and get her back into my car! All at the end of a long day when he was surely tired and could have just kept on driving. That is next level of customer service.

He was a professional who took his work very seriously and was committed to delivering the best possible experience. Very courteous as well!

Joseph R. did an amazing job replacing our water heater. Ours was tucked away in a corner and he not only cleaned up the debris there but also built a stand for the new one (old one was sitting on cinder blocks). We got quotes from about 10 different places and All Phase Plumbing beat them all in pricing. Could not be more pleased! Highly recommend and definitely at the top of my list for future plumbing work.

The work we had done, was a clearing of an external drain.Raymond and Jason from All Phase Plumbing, working with Garys Pipelining and Drain Services, were professional. They explained what was causing the issue and cleared the drain to allow more water to flow down.They also recommended possible further work to clear more embedded roots to follow.Great work, very happy with the quality and professionalism of the workers.

After a previous company had failed to resolve the issue, I called All Phase Plumbing. They came out on the day of the appointment, a tad ahead of schedule, provided excellent communication throughout, explained everything in detail, took care of the job, all in one visit. Caesar was great. He seems to know his stuff, was patient and friendly and provided a great experience overall. Definitely recommend them!

Larry, Julie and their team are awesome to work with, especially in an emergency and you would not believe how wide of a service area they cover. Working with them is like working with family/close friends, always polite, professional and prompt which is very appreciated in a Commercial environment. Steve, Jon and the rest of the technicians are very knowledgeable and come with fully stocked vehicles so routine plumbing issues are able to be repaired during the initial service call making them more cost effective. Julie runs the show from the office and could not be a nicer person to work with. I recommend that they should always be your 1st call!

Ray and Alex were professional and cleared my sewer line clog quickly and efficiently. They left the bathroom cleaner than it started, even cleaning the backed up sewage out of the shower. Highly recommend!

I have an old house that always had a backed up kitchen drain, this time I couldnt fix it with my armature plumbing skills. So i needed backup so I called All Phase and luckily Regina was able to schedule me in for the next day. Than the 2 service techs Ray & Jason came a conquered the drain problem that came from a clogged floor drain line in the basement. If I have any other issues in the future, All phase is my go to plumbing problem solvers. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend this company.I live in another state and I needed a plumber to meet my friend at her parents house where we did a surprise remodel on their bathroom. I spoke to their general manager on the phone this morning and gave him all of the details. They had someone to the location at 4pm and got the issues fixed in less than two hours.Excellent service!

Tony came out and fixed a leak that we have been dealing with for a long time that we tried to fix twice previously. He was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up when he was done! Would definitely be happy to work with Tony again!

I had originally chosen All Phase Plumbing due to its high reviews. I was hoping the quality of work and professionalism would be just as described in the online reviews, and indeed it was! Certified plumber Ellis and his apprentice Geronimo came out to assess a situation with a failed pipe running through my property and my neighbors’. Ellis provided an assessment for a permanent solution and a reasonable estimate. As they were working on removing the failed pipe, they came across a section of pipe that was covered by a joist. It was very difficult to reach. Looking into this complication, and the possibility that a general contractor would be needed to cut the joist, Ellis troubleshot with his team and they were able to come up with a creative solution to cut a slight opening under the kitchen cabinet to access the pipe. The solution worked! Ellis and Geronimo were able to get access to the remaining pipe and replace it. They were both very professional, took their shoes off as they came into the house, observed social distancing protocols, cleaned up as they went, and guided us through the process of the repair. They even finished slightly ahead of schedule. The materials and their work is protected by a 5 year warranty bringing peace of mind. I will certainly use All Phase Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

You should call them first.Our drainage problem started Saturday. Sunday morning I call local pluming company. They made appointment for 3:00 and confirmed. Just before 3:00 they call and canceled. Immediately call other local plumber and got appointment Monday morning. They canceled shortly stating that they not sure if they can fix this problem. I ask front desk lady if she can recommend some on good and reliable. She give name of All phase Pluming.They immediately made appointment between 1-2 and showed right on time.Before starting job technician did full inspection and told me he can resolve problem.The did great job cleaning system twice to make sure problem wont come back. Give advice on future maintenance and left place as clean is it was.Extremely courteous and professional way of handling customers. And bill was about half of what other company quoted me.If you need great plumber at reasonable prices call All Phase Pluming.Thank you.
