I don’t even know where to start but Andrew and platinum plumbing is an A++++++ company. My bathrooms flooded and he set me up with another company for the restoration work to be completed. He then came out the next day multiple times to fix the leaking plumbing. Nonetheless he came out on Mother’s Day to finish up the project. He is a very honest and upfront about everything. Andrew is Very respectful and reasonable for the work that he completed. His quality of work is amazing. He also had great communication with me during the 2 day project and informed of what was going on multiple times. If you ever need a plumber he is the one to use. I will definitely refer you to anybody that I hear with plumbing issues. Seriously I cannot thank you enough during this stressful situation. Use Platinum plumbing on your next project !!!!!!!

Andrew was incredibly patient and professional in diagnosing our water heater issues. He worked over the course of a couple of days to troubleshoot, making it a priority for us to get hot water in the middle of winter at the end of January. What hasn’t already been said about Andrew and Platinum Services? Integrity…check. Trustworthy…check. Prompt…check. This guy is legit and a great asset to the plumbing community and our neighborhood! I’m performing my own remodel and asked Andrew if he could provide some expert advice on how I wanted to run my plumbing. I wanted to make sure I was going down the right path and adhering to code. I was willing to compensate him for his time, but Andrew refused. Not only did he review what I was planning, but he also gave me some ideas about additional features. Makes decisions much easier knowing there’s a trusted resource to go to.

Later, we needed additional services, and we reached out again. As before, Andrew answered the phone. He listened, asked the right questions and came up with a plan. This is an incredibly well run company with tremendous service and communication.

Andrew and his team bring their A-game every time! I heard about Platinum from neighbors on the next-door app. Andrew came highly recommended when my shower dial decided to stop working out of the blue. He gave a fair and honest price, ran out - got the specialty part (old house) and had it fixed in no time. Ive been here for a couple years and called Andrew for various quasi emergency scenarios. I even text him on a Sunday night after dinner and the guy responds (no kidding). Hes terrific at assessing what needs to be done right away and what items youll need to pay attention to in the future. Andrew has successfully fixed various problems over the years. I had the seal in the water softener system blow (not fun..affected everything with a nozzle in the whole house), the shower dial stopped working, found water leaking into the garage, and he also rerouted the piping from my hot water heater (I now have HOT water!). He also recently installed a pressure regulator valve. I was told by multiple people my PSI was way too high. I trust him immensely and even gave his number to my boss who needed help in a jam. Andrew is top notch, professional, easy going, fun to talk to AND KNOWS HIS TRADE!Look no further, you found your plumber!

His prices are very fair and he is honest and to the point of what you need. We’ve used him twice in emergency plumbing situations in the past week. Andrew is awesome!! For the past 4 years, he has been our go to guy for all of our plumbing work. We are adding a new addition to our patio and my husband (aka to himself Mister. Fix It) came across a problem with running the supply lines before the framers got there next week. Andrew understood the time sensitivity of the work and came over right away. Andrew not only provides a professional service, but also a personal service. He charges per job and seems to have very fair pricing. He is dependable, gets the job done in the expected time frame and most importantly he is honest. He replaced the valves, installed a new faucet and a new RO system that we love. Found Andrew thanks to my local Nextdoor app. He was competitively priced I have to say and offered me a bundle if installing more than one. Arrived on time. Wore protecting coverings on his shoes upon entering and had an apprentice with him but supervised the whole process of installing a new kitchen faucet and also advised me that the quality of my faucets I bought online may no be the best. He was polite in doing so and explained some of the installation issues with what I purchased. Can definitely recommend him.

Andrew is incredible! Hes super friendly and personable and not a scary dude to have in your house. Hes a cat lover so that instantly gives him credit in my book :) Oh, and hes also a great plumber! We had him out to our place twice. First time around he adjusted a shower faucet that had a temperature control thingy (totally a technical term, folks) and now the water is scalding and delightful. He also looked at our second shower because it wasnt getting hot. We assumed that the cartridge needed to be replaced. We are renting so we needed to run things by our landlord, oh and I was convinced I had become a plumber after watching YouTube videos but when my attempts failed, here came Andrew to the rescue! Seriously, call this guy! Hes efficient, reliable, punctual, and fair.

Very professional, thoughtful, honest and high quality. You cant ask for better/more attributes.We discovered a leak in our wall where the main water enters the house. Andrew and Joshua conservatively approached the problem to be sure we were not opening a wall to repair a leak unnecessarily. We ultimately had to open the wall. They were available immediately, responded promptly and diagnosed and repaired what otherwise could have been a disaster. They anticipated maintenance concerns that will likely become problems and solved the problem and set us up for years to come.Very reasonable and responsive.I will use Platinum Plumbing for future plumbing needs. What an incredible company, I can not say enough about Andrew. My wife decided to pour a large amount of salad down the sink causing a huge clog. Literally called Platinum Services and Andrew immediately gave me a prompt appointment the same day. Please note he gave me a scheduled time not a 4 hour window like other companies. At 2 pm the same day my drains were clear and running. If you have any plumbing need you owe it to yourself to contact Platinum Services. They will be handling my shower install for our bathroom remodel and any other plumbing needs from here on out!!!

While I thought something was wrong with my toilet and the flush was off I called Andrew and he came to take a look...I thought a new toilet was needed but he assured me the chain to the toilet flap was not tight enough and he fixed it but I felt bad because it was a minor fix that didnt need to be replaced...he assured me that was okay he just wanted to make sure that it wasnt a bigger problem...I was very surprised and thankful there are honest and good people out there who truly want to help and make sure things are good...I tried to give him payment for just coming out to my house but he told me it was okay because it wasnt a major fix just a chain fix that I could have done myself...thank you again Andrew 🙏🏽

I own a local restaurant/bar in the area (Backyards) and had an issue with a urinal not shutting off and overflowing. It was fairly late at night and Andrew promptly returned my call. Asked about the issue and asked for a picture of the problem. Instead of charging me an emergency fee, he told me how to shut it off without having to turn off the main water valve. He showed up the next morning, early/on-time, and was able to fix the problem before we opened. AND, stayed at the bottom end of his original price quote range. High quality local business owner and great service. Recommend calling him first!

I am the store manager at Pauls Ace hardware on McDonald and Granite reef in Scottsdale and we had a plumbing emergency in the store. You never enjoy finding a leak, especially on a Friday afternoon! I called my regular plumber and got his voice mail, then 15 minutes later the callback in a grumpy voice informing me he was out of town. Luckily it appeared it was a one time event. Then Saturday it happened agsin, twice. What to do? I went on my neighbor site and there were glowing reviews for Andrew and Platinum Services. I texted Andrew and said I didnt think it was an emergency. He texted back immediately and said he cold. Be here between 11 and 12 on Monday. He was here at 11:20, diagnosed the problem as my reverse osmosis and gave me a fair quote for repair. I asked if I should change the system. He was measured and said he didnt like to seem like he was selling, but gave me a couple of options. I took the new system which was fairly priced and he had it installed in no time. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and fair. I now have a NEW regular plumber. I am thrilled.
