Exceptional service and responsiveness. Our water heater failed on a Saturday morning (when I had a party planned for the evening, of course), and Allegiance and Rubin, the technician, saved the day. New gas water heater installed within a few hours. Rubin is quite the savvy engineer-like plumber, and knew all about virtually everything on this topic; he also graciously educated my engineer husband. Truly exceptional experience all-around. I cannot recommend highly enough. A++++++++. BRAVO and THANK YOU!!

I had an exceptional experience with Allegiance today. My old gas water heater needs to be replaced. I called Allegiance yesterday and discussed with David who is very knowledgeable, transparent and told me pros and cons among the different water heaters. I decided to go with 50 gallon Bradford White water heater. Ruben came in next day and clearly explained to me what is the process. He is excellent, very skillful and told me how to maintain it. He cleaned everything afterwards. I am very happy with their services and will call Allegiance for my plumbing issues for sure.Ruben from Allegiance Water Services did an excellent job again today. I had water hammer issue for a couple of months and my pipes coming out the main pipe werent connected right by a previous plumber. The irrigation system controller needs to be replaced as well And it is now upgraded to an enabling phone control unit. Ruben did an excellent job on replacing the unit and repiping everything. It only took him an hour and they work great! Ruben is very experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. It wouldnt go wrong for Ruben to do your plumbing jobs.

I was too hasty with the first review below where a gave them a 3 rating. I am revising this to a 5 because today they did follow through on their commitment to pick up the old brine. They needed a truck with a lift. I was too quick to think they were going to leave this behind. This company is also very good with their text communication give time/date reminders and Bios of the workers. I will definitely use this company again. See a more extensive revision of this review on YelpRuben took the extra time to sweep up the salt on the garage floor. He didn’t take the old brine tank with (1/2 full of salt). He said it would take too long. This was promised……see below text by manager/owner so I’m disappointed in that.“Hi Bob, dont worry about removing any of it sir. If you are not feeling well -we can do it.Im not going to charge extra for removing it, as long as we dont need a separate truck with a winch and tow lift, to do it. : )If you let us schedule it tomorrow morning and because we will already be close to your home, we can say $100 even- If for some reason its way too heavy for one guy, it may need to sit there until we can send another guy with a hydraulic lift- but there wont be a charge afterwards.

Why should you hire Allegiance? Quality. Dependability. Customer service. Experience. Dedication. Hard work. This company takes quality experience and service to the next level. I haven’t worked with many home service companies who do such a good job like this. From the moment we got the quote, until the minute the job was done, they were reliable and they provided the service we requested.First they came out to inspect the issue.Once they figured out what was wrong, they provided a verbal quote and followed up with a digital quote. I was able to accept the quote digitally and put a deposit down to begin the work.Since our system needed to be replaced, it was quite a process and luckily they had it all under control. They contacted the city and cox communications to flag their underground items so that they knew where to avoid. Then Lawson came out and literally spent an entire day replacing the system. The customer service was above and beyond.Yes there are a million plumbers and irrigation companies out there, but there aren’t as many reputable, trustworthy, licensed and qualified ones like Allegience.

Here is what sets this company apart from others.The bid process was very detailed and they explained what needed to be done and why. When install day came the person that did the bid showed up with the crew and walked the crew and me through the whole yard and explained what and how the install was to be done. This puts us all on the same page and reduces any communication issues. The crew then communicated to me when they were going to be on site and when they were leaving. The crew was great and did the work fast but they were very thorough. At the end of the install the person that did the bid came back and walked me through all the pieces, what they were and how they operated and what I needed to do to adjust and maintain the system.This type of customer service is incredible.I highly recommend Allegiance Water Services!

Had an issue with my sprinkler system, something failed and I had a big wet spot on the side of my house. Called in and was helped with instructions on how to turn off the sprinkler side so no water would go to it until a repair could be scheduled. Paul comes out and shows me the problem, we set a time and he fixes all of that, THEN while testing, just waltzes into the spraying sprinklers and dials in where the water SHOULD have been spraying, like oh, thats the wrong direction to spray for this area... Then he programs the whole thing to fix my already mediocre lawn and bushes, told me what to do to improve my lawn through yard care and got into his car with soaking pants and thanked ME! 10/10.

This company is very professional and innovative. They previously removed our troublesome plastic drip pipes and installed long-lasting PVC. Their prices are competitive when you consider the quality of their equipment and high level of service they provide. Follow up has been amazing with a quick response and resolution of any concerns. In addition, they provide seasonal checks for a low cost to be sure the system is running at optimal levels and no emitters have been damaged by landscapers, etc. Overall, it has been a pleasure to work with Allegiance!

I cannot say enough about the professionalism, perfection, dedication, responsiveness, tidiness, and honesty that Eloy brought to the jobs at my home. After explaining my options, he replaced my water softener, which had failed and sprayed water everywhere, and he redesigned the house and irrigation water shut-offs, which also failed and prevented me from stopping the flow of water. He explained every step of the process, answered all my questions, worked tirelessly in the heat and hot sun, and left everything immaculate. His quote also beat that of another plumber for replacing and reworking the shut-off. A partner, Kalib(SP?) at Allegiance, visited and volunteered to reprogram my irrigation system controller while Eloy was finishing up. I did not realize all the plumbing services that Allegiance offers, but now I will not hesitate to call them again when I have any another water issue. If Eloy has the experience to address my next water problem, I want him to fix it!
