Gold Medal Plumbing is a great company ran by a very professional and patient team. I recently hire them to re-run the entire natural gas system for a home I purchased in Galveston Texas. Their team was very quick to respond, very professional with the estimating process and did exactly what was promised and requested. They did not try to over sell and were extremely efficient with handling the permit and inspection process to complete the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend their team and will be referring their plumbing service to anyone who asks me for recommendations, and of course will be making them my #1 plumbing contact for any work I have in the future.

My 14-year old water heater stopped working. My daughter recommended Gold Medal Plumbing as they had done substantial work at her clinic. I called them on Monday morning, and they showed up in the afternoon to check the system. After their inspection, they told me what was wrong with it and gave me several options. Since my heater was near its end-of-life, I opted to have a new heater installed. The next day, Fisher and Marshall came with a new water heater, lugged it to a very hot attic in my two-story house and installed it. By that afternoon I had hot water again. Both gentlemen were friendly, courteous, and professional. Communication with them was excellent as they always kept me informed via texts and emails. I was also glad to know that they are a veteran-owned company. I would recommend them to anybody without reservation.

We moved into a new house and had a tankless water heater issue. He fixed the problem and checked and cleaned it. I asked about another potential problem with the garbage disposal. He diagnosed the problem, gave me my options and clearly explained each one. He recommended the cheapest option, which I greatly appreciated. Their service was great, their prices were very good and he didnt try to oversell me on repairs. I highly recommend this company. I would recommend these guys to anyone in a heartbeat. Fisher and Marshall came by early and addressed an A/C drain issue that had caused the upstairs air conditioning to shut off for several days during the summer. Both an HVAC and plumbing company had come by previously and were unsuccessful in repairing the issue. They were courteous, very hardworking and professional. Ultimately, they were able to get the air conditioner working the same day at a tremendously cheaper price than the 6,000.00 quote given by another company. They don’t try to upsell you on anything and will give you their honest opinion along the way. They even called to make sure things were still working later that evening. Follow through is hard to come by these days. Give them a call if you need any plumbing issue addressed and you will be highly satisfied with the result.

Due to great reviews, I called Gold Medal Plumbing on a late Sunday afternoon with an urgent matter. Our spigot broke off and we had to shut our waterline off so we were panicking! No one answered at first. We called several other companies and no one was willing to help without charging a HEFTY weekend fee or they were closed. The feeling of defeat started to set in as we got closer towards the evening. Fortunately, Fisher called us back and he was eager to help! He was very knowledgeable, polite and reassured us that he could get us up and running. He was there within 10 minutes and fixed us up! Recommending Gold Medal Plumbing to everyone I know!

I had them come out today to replace my hot water heater due to dirty water and since my hot water heater was the original to the house. They looked around and tested my water only to find out that my well was the issue (which I know was part of the problem). He took over an hour of his time to explain in detail all of my issues and recommended that I get the well company out instead of selling and installing me a hot water heater. Since they haven’t actually done any work, I can’t comment on the work, but the service was amazing. He didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. The warranties that comes with the work is fair and they are insured and on time. I was impressed with their services.
