    I am beyond pleased with my experience today with XYG Plumbing services. I would like to particularly compliment the service agent/dispatcher, Katie, and Javier, the plumber who came today. Katie, the dispatcher was so kind and helped process my request within a few minutes! She pulled some strings to make sure that my water could be shut off in order to complete the project. My request was so last-minute, and I am beyond grateful that she was able to rearrange their schedule so that the work could be done on my unit. She was so efficient and it meant so much that she really listened and coordinated everything for me!I also wanted to take a moment to recognize Javier for his exceptional service. He helped with replacing the angle stops and bathroom faucet at my home, and I was beyond impressed! Despite being called last minute, he arrived promptly, handled the issue with expertise, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved perfectly. When he was finished, he even offered to take out my trash, which honestly is so rare nowadays that I was completely taken off guard. What stood out the most was his pleasant demeanor and kind customer service. He made a stressful situation much easier to navigate, and his professionalism was truly appreciated.Not only were these two people exceptional, but the price was more than reasonable and I’ve done my fair share of research quoting many different places for the work that needed to be done on my home.I hope that management sees this review and that they relay my gratitude to these two employees. They are wonderful people and you are lucky to have them represent your company. I’ll be sure to recommend your services in the future to anyone in need!

    I paid these folks to come out and look at a water shut off problem.They did and scheduled two other visits. Both times the needed part, a simple shut off handle, did not fit. Eventually the president came out, figured out the issue, got the part and fixed it. Four or five visits. The original quote had been $130 but when the bill came it said zero. I called to see if it was a mistake. It wasn’t. The president, who is a total gentleman, decided it had become too much of a hassle for me…so no charge. These folks are first class in every way. I’ve used them before and highly recommend them.John K

    Kyle and Eduardo from XYG Plumbing have been fantastic. I have had some major leaks in my condo unit from the unit above which have been fixed. In addition. I also had a clogged sink in the kitchen and was able to get a same day appointment. The invoide has an excellent and detailed discription of the work done for future reference. Plus, Kyle and Eduardo have been kind, knowledgeable and have made a difficult experience easier. Katie, the person who schjedules the appointments was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. I will definately be using XYG Plumbing in the future when needed!

    The entire team at XYG have been amazingly caring, professional helpful and problem-solving oriented. The team continues to impress; from the owner who has been on site, to Katie coordinating the team, to the techs on site, especially Kyle who is on site most with our downtown , mid-rise condo. I would give more than 5 stars if there were more to click.

    Contacted XYG for a plumbing water issue in our bathroom. We had a water leak in our bathroom sink and we accidentally broke of the handle below when we tried to turn off the water so the leak wouldnt stop. When we contacted XYG they squeezed us into their busy schedule to do the repairs. They did a fantastic job and not only that they managed to replace all the water angles stops thru out the house. I truly appreciate them doing the extra work and the awesome Customer service preformed by representative Katie she did and out standing customer service attending to our need. Thank XYG. We highly recommend them for the outstanding work they did and excellent customer service they preformed. Thank You.

    I love XYG! They make things easy for you and provide a very broad range of services (with both plumbing and restoration services). I’ve used them for various plumbing issues in our house and high rise condo, and we recently used the restoration services to replace the vanities in our bathrooms. Katie (the dispatcher/coordinator) is so great to work with - very organized, helpful, and transparent. The guys are all very friendly and genuinely want to make sure you’re happy with the service. I also really appreciate the detailed notes that are completed after each service so you never forget what has/hasn’t been done to your property. XYG may be a bit more pricey compared to others, but it’s truly worth the comfort that your home is being taken care of.

    XYG has been prompt, responsive, and helpful each time Ive used them. Pricing is transparent, based on a flat fee for the first hour & then billed in 30 minute increments after that at a slightly lower fee, plus cost of parts/flat service fee. After receiving several quotes from other SD plumbers, XYG has always been the most affordable and able to address the issue quickly.

    I have never worked with a more ethical and reasonable company. The customer support staff and plumbing staff have made life so much easier. I have lived in a building that is plagued by floods for 13 years. As such, I am well versed in flood mitigation. As a woman, when you hire a plumber then tend to talk down to you not realizing you have dealt with over 11 floods and then tend to inflate prices. XYG is the exception. I will not only continue to use them but also recommend them to friends and family. I highly recommend this service provider.
