Lawrence was scheduled to come over during a four-hour window, but he showed up 30 minutes late. Immediately after assessing the issue, Lawrence realized that his snake tool was not long enough for the job. I had no choice but to reschedule for the following morning with a different plumber, Gabriel. This meant that I had to forgo my income for one morning, and potentially another one. However, I appreciated Lawrences transparency. He chose not to bill me for a service that wouldnt offer a long-term solution to my drain problem. The issue with my utility sink persisted as it started to back up once more. Despite Gabriel giving his absolute best, the clog remained. Now, my only option is to shut off the water supply to my kitchen and use a laundromat until enough time has passed for the water in the pipe to drain slowly. On Tuesday, the stubborn clog is set to be blasted. If all else fails, the pipe will have to be replaced. Despite the inconvenience, working with Gabriel has been a pleasant experience. He is punctual, hardworking, and goes above and beyond to resolve the issue.

After two unsuccessful visits from another plumbing service, I was suggested to contact another company as I might need a new well. Gabriel was kind enough to arrange a plumber to visit my place that same day. Bobby, the plumber, listened patiently to my concerns and then began inspecting the plumbing system in my house and the well. Bobby suspected a leak and asked me to switch off the pump for a few days to allow the well to recover. Despite being short-staffed due to illness, Gabriel managed to arrange another visit. Even though Bobby wasnt available, Gabriel assured me there was no cause for concern. Sean, who was well-acquainted with my case and had consulted with Bobby beforehand, got to work immediately. He confirmed I had water and quickly identified the issue - a leak in a valve about 4ft underground, typically. Sean and another plumber, worked tirelessly to dig a 7ft hole by hand, as their excavation equipment was unavailable. They kindly refused my offer to postpone the job until the following week. They rectified the issue, showed me the faulty part, explained what had happened, and even replaced an old well cap with no seal that no one else had pointed out. They meticulously inspected the entire system once the water was restored. I was truly impressed by their teamwork, communication, and determination, particularly Sean and his colleague, who went above and beyond to solve the problem and restore my water supply before the holiday. Its important to note that the first company also detected the same underground leak that Sean did. Despite my doubts, they still pulled my pump – all 360 feet of it – out of the ground, only to find nothing, leaving me with a hefty bill and a recommendation to another company. While they were certainly professional and diligent in their efforts to diagnose the problem, it seems that their experience and communication could have been improved. Their quick response, politeness, and professionalism really stood out. i had been searching high and low for someone to fix my sink, but kept hitting dead ends. Let me affirm through my review (as well as others) that you can confidently depend on anthonys finest plumbing for all your plumbing requirements. i had a couple of problems that required immediate attention and luckily, same day service was available. usually, i would reach out to two separate firms for any work i need, and let them compete for the job. but with their transparent, professional approach, and highly affordable prices, i felt no need to even solicit another company for a quote. jesus is profoundly skilled in his craft, and does not attempt to offer you additional (unnecessary) services. hes straightforward and actually went the extra mile to explain things to us (even issues that were not part of his job). i had two outdoor faucets that were leaking and spinning. on one, he simply changed a part instead of unnecessarily replacing the entire unit, and the other needed replacement, so he fixed the piping along with it (see photos). he came fully equipped with everything required for the job. trust me, give them a call! appreciate all the work youve done for us!

They were really polite on the phone, even asking me to send over some photos so they could come well-prepared for the job. But, they thought outside the box and went with a different plan that saved me a few hundred bucks, and even thousands compared to the initial quote. He also devoted extra time to clear out the mineral accumulation (were yet to get a water softener) in the heater to prolong its lifespan as much as possible. The spot he had to access was tight and tricky to navigate, but he persisted, utilizing a makeshift hose and scraper to really reach the difficult areas. we were astounded by the time and effort he invested in the repair. We had a combo boiler that went out a couple of months ago. Numerous parts were replaced to no avail. I had a sit down talk with Malachi & we agreed to try one more part, which lasted about 5 days. Malachi calls you back when promised. He makes sure youre ok by checking to see. My husband has been ill & were seniors, I greatly appreciated Malachi did. We ended up with a new system & as promised it was here in 24 hours & installed in one day. The installer, Sawyer arrived at 9:00am & worked immensely alone pulling out the old unit. He was informative, patient, and worked none stop. In the afternoon 2 other installers came & assisted Sawyer. All were nice guys, working til 6 at night. Malachi did he could to help us knowing our circumstances. They are definitely NICE GUYS.
